What a cool place! First time coming here last Friday night. I had made reservations for two people at 6 PM, and I'm glad I did! The restaurant is well lit, inviting and fills up very quickly. We were seated right away and our server was very knowledgeable and attentive but not excessive. We started with oysters on the half shell, which we actually complained about because they are rinsed with water before serving. We told our server so hopefully they stop rinsing the briny deliciousness away. We also tried the bone marrow, I would definitely order this again. It was our first time trying it and we both thought it was quite delicious! Also, ordered the pork belly which is unctuous, meaty and well seasoned. The ribs are to die for! They are fall off the bone tender and have a unique and tasty bbq sauce. My husband ordered the 28-day dry aged ribeye. Let me tell you, if you have never tried a dry- aged ribeye steak, you need to! The flavor is indescribable! It was cooked to perfection seasoned perfectly and so tender! We will definitely come back for the steak! Feb 15, host SUCKS at communication, said there was availability, there was NONE, within 15 mins that she said, and tried lying. Please ask for the manager for any reservations, the host seems to not know what she's doing. First off, I wanted to mention that I found this restaurant because I was looking for a place that had bone marrow and steak! I came here as a party of 4 and we were seated pretty much right away. We got the pork belly, the bone marrow, and the shrimp with bread for our appetizers. They were all top-tier! My favorite was the pork belly, but it did have a flavor that some of my party didn't favor as much. For my main, I ended up getting the filet mignon which came with a side salad and a side of our choice (mine being the cilantro mashed potatoes). The meat was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! The only thing I would critique would be that the mashed potatoes had too much cilantro for me. My party also got short ribs, lamb, and salmon. The salmon was a second favorite! It came with another salad and sweet purple mashed potatoes. Everything went well together and wasn't too heavy. Overall, the service and food were amazing! Huge shrimp and slightly deep fried fish so good. The highlight is the delicious sauce and the perfectly cooked mussels and clams. My wife had braised short rib. Appetizers were very good. Ceviche, croquetas, and glazed pork ribs all were delicious. I ordered the 35 day dry aged ribeye. Asked for medium rare, they cooked it well done. Had to send it back and they cooked me another which was medium. At that point, I felt bad for murdering any more cows for them to attempt to get it right so I just accepted the beef jerky that was served. I suspect they were so intent on trying to get cross hatched grill marks they continually over cooked the steak. You'd think for a $62 steak they'd be able to cook it perfectly. read more

Absolutely recommend! Personal favorite is always the polenta cakes, ceviche, and paella. The ceviche combo is my personal favorite and a MUST!!! They have great gluten free menu that easily notes which items are gluten free. Also their cocktails are very tasty, but every time I come, their cocktails always take forever and the food usually arrives before I will get my cocktail which is frustrating and only reason I didn't give it five stars. But when the cocktails do come they're soooo tasty. Honestly, I would get more cocktails but they take so long. Their indoor seating is beautiful! I would not recommend dining here. Ever. The service was extremely poor from the start. We stood at the front trying to get someone's (anyone, really) attention so we could be seated. They were not busy, but the server seemed to also be the host and he was just extremely slow. This applied to placing an order as well and we were there for almost 45 minutes before someone took our order. The food was just mediocre yet oddly overpriced. But the worst part is we were charged $200 for drinks we didn't order. And they refused to change the bill. My girlfriend and I ordered margaritas and we asked for an upgrade. the server recommended Siempre Azul. So I checked the menu and it was $17. I said sure! We even ordered a second round. But when the bill came, they charged us $47 per drink. We were so confused. He told us - well I gave you Clase Azul. We ended up speaking to the "manager". He came over and told us, well my server said you did order Clase Azul and that's what I poured you. So there's nothing we can do about it since you drank it. What???!! We never ordered that. Be cautious with places like this. I highly doubt they'll stay in business treating customers like this. read more

Ok, so we have had 3 other reviews. Today a 5 because it continues to amaze us. The specialty drinks, which I cannot even tell you their names are Juan's secret. Ask for Juan!! He said he was going to bring our drinks, but then seemed to forget. As for the food, the shrimp appetizer was small, but very delicious. I had the pork chop with polenta and broccolini. There wasn't much broccolini on the plate, but what was there was tasty. The polenta could have had more spice--it was mostly buttery. And the pork chop was awful! It was a terrible cut of meat. Very fatty. I had to cut and pick through the pork chop to even find some edible meat. Again, no one came by to apologize that our food took so long to arrive. When I told the waiter that my food wasn't very good, he basically ran away. I won't be coming here again. read more
