We initially were really concerned and cautious about dropping off our furbaby when she was younger and not yet socialized with other dogs. But she wound up loving Ben and team, as well as all of the other doggos that she got to play with during her sessions. If your dog is not comfortable with other dogs, they have the option to segregate your furbaby as well. Drop-off times are usually early to mid-day. And pickups are typically closer to end of day on Saturdays due to the heavier traffic. There's limited room inside, so Ben or a member of his team will always come outside to retrieve your doggy or bring them out after their groom.

***PETSMART GROOMING***…read more PetSmart grooming denied my dog service because of a small scratch/cut on her head. The manager Matthew Hecka merely just glanced at her head and said they cannot service her. He did not listen to my sister and I after we told him how hard it is for us to bring our dog there as she is an extremely nervous and anxious dog and that they had previously canceled and rescheduled our previous appointment. . He offered no sympathy, understanding, or resolution for the situation after we begged and asked if they could meet us halfway so they can groom our dog. He just kept repeating over and over again they cannot service our dog. My sister and I literally have no idea how our dog got this small scratch that was bleeding. She may have scratched her head with her nails or bumped it on something right before her appointment. It was bleeding a bit yes but it was not a huge gash or gushing blood. I actually went to get a paper towel to wipe it off and it was gone. He still refused. We are so upset and disappointed because of how this was handled. Had he thoroughly examined our dog and at least try to meet us in the middle or try to schedule an appointment without us asking him or LISTEN and sympathize with us, I wouldn't have written this review. But instead he flat out denied our service and offered no sympathy or resolution.

I'm pretty sure they're friends, so I was hesitant to leave a review. I told him that I just needed the basics. Sanitation cut, glands, and nails. I dropped my dog off at 10. I called at 2 and he wasn't ready. I don't know how you need 4 hours when I made an appointment, but whatever. I finally got to pick him up around 3. Was charged almost $100 and was griped out by the guy saying that next time he had to "do all that" it would be $120. All that? He did way more than I asked. I am actually find with that. Hair grows out. I'm not okay with the nicks and razor burn. He's been licking and chewing himself for 4 days. He never used to do that. He keeps licking his anus, which worries me about how gentle they weren't with expressing him. The cut itself is super choppy looking. Like he has short spots and long spots right next to each other. But even if he looked perfect, I'd be upset by the razor burn and the little nicks. I wish I had listened to myself. I really didn't want to leave him there. My brain kept screaming for me to leave. I should have listened. Now I had to spend another $40 on hot spot sprays and skin soothing lotion.
