So much flavor in everything!!! and large portions. Both plates could easily be split for two. The service was quick and the ladies helpful. It's a small spot but there's a lot of seating. I enjoyed the walk that had info on the original owners and location.

We love Casa Garcia ! They have some of the best chile verde nachos in town and we love sharing the Louie Louie burrito, it's huge and filled with their best ingredients. It's nice to support a family owned restaurant.

Ordered a chile verde burrito for delivery. It was a ridiculous amount of food. The sauce was spot on. Also had some of the chile verde nachos to share with the rest of my group - that was finished really quickly. I only really order the chile verde items here - just stick to what they're good at! Would order from here again.

Getting some grub Decided on a place I have know since I was younger I have done reviews before so continuing to show there progress Very Busy, only Mexican food on the strip mall good location Theater just down the way. Walked in and Very busy people sitting enjoying there choices. Menu has a good selection from Breakfast to lunch and even family meals Young counter staff and cooking staff. Some would be skeptical but truth I have not been disappointed yet. Grabbed a carne asada burrito got it wet could have been a little more sauce and a side carnitas taco. My wife got a sopes ans the taquitos plate well filling with 3 taquitos rice beans and a salad base They have a good system of serving call numbers out but they read back what you ordered especially to go orders Even though it's Busy need a little more TLC like when people leave when there done eating a Associate should do a glance and do a wipe down of tables and seats. Otherwise this place is great and holds a long time customer services reputation Cleanliness = 6 Customer service = 8 Price to product = 7 Atmosphere = 7 Menu = 8

Today we purchased carne asada nachos and the nachos were horrible the carne asada was cold and cheese was not melted.

Ordered Uber Eats for Casa Garcia, did not receive order of nachos. Called to check where problem occurred, staff told me they had forgotten to place item in bag.

I grew up eating at Casa Garcias since I was a kid in the 70's. There Nachos are legendary! Fresh homemade tortilla chips, fresh chili verde, guacamole and additions toppings are what you get. It is a flavor you can only get at Casa Garcias. In 50 years of eating all over the world nothing compares to Casa Garcias flavor. From the original Super Nachos, Louie Louie Burrito, hint order it Wet with Green Chili OMG! Enough for 2-3 people seriously.

Came to Casa Garcia twice and the food is delicious. My plate with carne asada was so tasty and the meat was very tender and flavorful. Love this place for solid Mexican food

There have been upgrades to the look and menu that are nice but take away from the feel of it being small and family owned. They have added some fluorescent signs, likely in the effort to be more attractive to influencers for photo ops. The service isn't what it used to be. The food is good, and the nachos hit the spot still from time to time since they're the only place that pours their chile verde juice on the nachos. I wish the young employees got more training about providing customer service. I feel like that used to be part of what set this place apart from others.

Are your beans vegan friendly? (No lard)

Hi Alex! No, our beans are not vegan friendly.

What kind of cheese is used on the original chile verde nachos?

    Monterey Jack

Did y'all move?? I have a pick up order for tomorrow but my cousin said you guys left the location?

They moved about 8 years ago

Why did change the recipe for the chile verde nachos? The chips were different and the amount of cheese and guacamole. Also portion is smaller.

We haven’t changed any of the recipes or portions. The container is different because we moved from styrofoam to sustainable packaging but the dimensions of the box itself are the same.

Is this place currently take out and delivery only, or is dine in available?

Not yet. We have ordered custom plexiglass partitions that we are waiting for. Once they install those we will be ready for dine in seating again. It should be next week. Thank you!

Does anyone have a description of how the super nachos and the regular nachos come with?

The original nachos come with meat, cheese and guacamole and the super nachos come with meat, cheese, guacamole, beans and sour cream. The original meat is Chile verde, it’s also by far the most popular! But you can choose a different meat instead…

Does anyone know where they get their meat from?

I tried the carne asada, fish tacos, and quesabirria. I was a little disappointed by how small the tacos were for the price. The quality also did not live up to the cost. There are taco stands that charge much less and have better flavor than all of the tacos I tried. The drinks were good and are probably the only reason I would come back. The service was just okay. I felt like since we did not order much, there was not much attention given to our table, even though the restaurant was not busy. Overall, this place is okay, but I do not think it offers enough value for the price.

(See attached picture). This restaurant is in such an obscure location, I can't believe I was going to a Burrito Track across the street for so many years not knowing this place existed. Friendly staff and prompt service. The unfortunate negative is it's location and I'm referring to parking. There must be 8 business crammed into this lot. With a bar to the right and a laudermat on its left finding a parking spot is like winning the lotto. Now layer in one driveway and you have to make a 3 point turn just to navigate to leave. The idea was to enjoy my coffee while getting organized--paying bills, planning calendar events, and having the opportunity to focus without any distractions from my usual surroundings. In search of the perfect spot, I turned to Yelp, a reliable resource for uncovering hidden gems nearby. Upon stepping into the coffee shop, I was immediately greeted with warm hospitality, setting the tone for a delightful experience. The ambiance of the place was truly captivating--it was bright and welcoming, infused with an aesthetic charm that instantly put me at ease. I couldn't help but be intrigued by the design elements throughout the shop, which added an inviting touch to its overall atmosphere. Before I settled in, I asked the staff if I could snap a few photos to capture the essence of this delightful space. They graciously welcomed my request, and I was shown to my table, which, quite uniquely, was designated by a number--a small detail that I found charming. As I browsed the menu, I encountered a small conundrum: I wasn't entirely sure what to order. I wanted to break the mold and try something out of the ordinary. My curiosity was piqued by their exclusive offering of Café de la Olla--a traditional hot drink that piqued my interest right away. I ultimately settled on a hearty plate that included rice, beans, and enticing potato tostones, accompanied by two beautifully cooked sunny-side-up eggs. As I waited for my order, I noticed the café was filled with the sweet sounds of old-school music from the '60s and '70s, which only enhanced the cozy ambiance while I sipped my drink. Now, let's talk about the food! I must say, I rated the café itself a solid 4 out of 5 for its overall charm, while the rice earned a respectable 4 out of 5. The beans were rich in flavor and received a fair 3.9 out of 5. The potato tostones, delicately bathed in a savory red sauce, stood out with an impressive score of 4.3 out of 5--these are a must-try if you visit! And as for the sunny-side-up eggs, they were good, but hey, eggs are eggs, right? Overall, the entire experience was quite enjoyable, from the delightful food to the warm atmosphere. A special shout-out goes to Ana, whose exceptional customer service made my visit even more memorable. The combination of fantastic service, inviting aesthetics, and satisfying food truly made for a perfect morning retreat. I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind and focus on what matters.
