Unfortunately, it has fallen through the cracks and was not ready. The young lady working that afternoon (I think Nicole was her name? Could be wrong!) reassured me that she was going to fix this, and she didn't care if she had to stay well past her shift end to get it right for me. She called me a few hours after her shift was supposed to end to tell me that it was ready for me, and when I picked it up it was PERFECT. She handled the situation with grace, respect and genuine care for my experience. She came through for one of the most special days of my life, and this is exactly why I wanted Gelati to be apart of it. She deserves everything good life has to offer and makes Gelati's aura shine.
