Very good overall, good prices and good portions. The food was above average and seamed to be fresh. Clean and fun decore, would go again.

DANG GOOD AMERICAN MEXICAN with a catch... It's what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant here in the states. Good food, Casa style decorations, Mexican music playing, chips and salsa the second you sit down. HUGE MARGARITAS with many flavors. fried ice cream, and so much more. They were super packed!!! But somehow we were seated in only a few minutes, even with the full lobby. Our food came FAST, and my shrimp tacos were awesome!!!! The refried beans kinda sucked. Rice was normal. The guy brought a complimentary sopapillos, about as good as the beans, but appreciated. Service was stellar fast, prompt, and friendly. Parking lot thankfully was huge to allow for how busy it was. All in all a great Mexican restaurant and I highly recommend them based on our first experience. If it weren't for the beans, I would have given a full 5 star, but a places beans are usually a reflection of the overall "balance", so I'm gonna assume it's a solid 4, but not 5. read more

I came here with some friends last week and was amazed by how the restaurant was set up. Its very beautiful inside, nicely built, with a decor that made you felt like you were somewhere in central america. The food was absolutely on point! My friends shared a steak fajita and they loved it. I ordered their crab chimichanga, and boy that's all that i kept thinking about the next few days! It was delicious!! And all their portions were very generous. I cannot wait to come back again, and i think i will be stuck on the crab chimichanga for AWHILE. I never loved mexican food, but after trying this place out, i am sold, and would like to try more! read more

We were looking forward to eating some possible good Mexican food and having Margaritas. First disappointment was NO TEQUILA . We settled for a couple of Coronas, and ordered food, hubby got Chile Verde, nothing special there, his pork was very dry,mand he thought the sauce could have been from a jar. We chose to eat here because of close proximity to our hotel, I'm glad we did. Food was great, I had the Burrito Carne Asada. Wife had a combo enchiladas plate. Our bill was $25 and we got plenty of food. They have lots of tables inside as well as a large outdoor patio seating area. read more

Not a bad restaurant. Chips are plain and don't taste home made but the salsa is. I had the combo Fajitas with shrimp steak and chicken. Tasted ok. An all right Mexican restaurant with expected taste but nothing that made me go Wow! I would eat here again. Came in twice to this restaurant in 3 days. The service was excellent the food was good. The best part of the meal was the chips and salsa they bring out for you too much on while you're waiting for your meal to arrive. My wife really enjoys the refried beans. Ate here while in Kalispell at the RV Show and we were impressed. Very nice atmosphere, clean, friendly and the food was really good, especially the rice and beans. Had a taco, and cheese enchilada, margarita was ok.... She messed up my husbands order but it was all good. I put a 5 star because this was the first Mexican restaurant in Montana that we liked so far. Will go again next time we're in town.... read more

Was passing through with the wife, we hadn't eating in about 400 miles and I had the kids screaming my ear off. Seating was immediate. Food came to the table just as fast as it went to the toilet. Resturant was within walking distance of my hotel which is the only reason I decided to give it a try. It had a very "chain feel", except the food was disappointing. The staff was friendly and prompt. In fact, the food was "too prompt". Mexican restaurant food always comes out fast but this was a busy night and came out within 5 minutes. Fast food fast. I love Mexican food and feel it is one of the more easy ways to please me. Unfortunately the Mexican rice was mushy, almost like sticky rice. The guacamole was runny, which should be a crime. The sauce on the tamale tastes like sphagetti sauce?! I hopefully won't be back to Montana any time soon, if I am, wont be back here. Sad day. read more

The Fajita Salad was a large mound of shredded lettuce with NO dressing. VERY DRY. The booths are sooo high (yes, gives privacy) that you have to get up and walk around the restaurant in order to find your server. They don't walk by very often. When I asked for dressing, the server looked confused, like "why would you need anything on that huge pile of dry lettuce?" He didn't say that, but it felt like that. He asked what i wanted to put on it and I didn't know....what would taste good with this. He didn't know....suggested I put salsa on it....the salad. This is the job of the chef....come up with a cohesive plate that doesn't require the guest to try to figure out how to compose the dish. I live near by, but don't plan on going back anytime soon. read more

I'm a fan. Overall, being a mexican and raised in california, I did like the food. The staff was very friendly (especially Rayna, she's an angel). The food was a little bit questionable, where i was little disappointed at. The chips and salsa were good, but i wish the chips were a little bit more salty and the salsa wasn't too watery. The main entree was pretty good though, the beans and the rice were amazing, and the enchiladas overall were really good. If you're looking for a good mexican restaurant, good prices, and good service, would totally recommend. But don't expect the mexican food to blow you away. read more

The menu selections looked great and the service was good except for when we asked our waiter if they could turn down the music a little so we could hear each other talking. He looked at us like we were asking for the moon and the music stayed loud. There was an open door to the outside and the weather was great but we were bothered by several flies. The plates were extremely hot and we were not warned. The refried beans were like soup and the huge globs of melted sour cream combined with soggy lettuce were unappetizing. My wife and I agree that Casa Mexico is the best Mexican restaurant in the area. If this restaurant was in our previous state of California (we finally escaped the California nightmare!) I would give it three or four stars instead of five, but it's still one of our favorite places to eat in Kalispell. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The salsa is great and there are several items on the menu that we enjoy. We especially appreciate the fact that there are no annoying, distracting televisions. read more

We are new to the Kalispell area . Have tried 2 other Mexican restaurants near here which simply PALE IN COMPARISON to this restaurant. Beautiful landscaping well maintained. Eating in restaurant, outside on patio with colorful umbrellas or in the bar which is a full bar. EnLunch here today husband had Burrito Colorado and loved it. I chose Enchiladas Verde with one chicken and one ground beef. Both came with rice & beans. My family and I had such an enjoyable dining experience all around. The restaurant was beautiful and clean, our server was kind and attentive, the food was delicious (they had vegetarian options for us!). On the whole, we were so happy... with one exception. We were sad to see that they use styrofoam Togo containers which our family is very much against. We had a great experience! Both our plates (carne asada and carnitas) were absolutely massive! They came with a generous portion of rice and beans, guacamole, pico de Gallo, and lettuce, as well as 4 small flour tortillas each. We both got a beer as well, and they were very reasonably priced. The service was superb, we were seated immediately upon arrival, even though they seemed packed. Our server came to take our order numerous times (we were being super slow) and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The only downside was that only the first basket of chips is free. We are so glad we went here on our first night in town, because we will be back! read more
