Under normal circumstances that might be understandable, but this was taking place in a restaurant hosting karaoke with loud music and the usual busy restaurant noise. It felt unnecessary and inconsistent given the environment. As long-time customers, we left feeling unwelcome and overlooked. We understand that restaurants have busy nights, but basic customer service, attentiveness, and common sense should still be expected. Sadly, this experience has caused us to reconsider whether we'll be returning in the future. Seemed like Karen behavior coming from the manager looking like a chola. Very disappointed.

I will say that the [mini] pepperoni was actually delicious and probably the best part of the pizza. If you're looking for a good pepperoni topping, they've got that part down. Unfortunately, the crust, sauce, and overall breading were pretty lackluster and didn't meet our expectations for a quality pizza. Thankfully, we got 20% off plus an additional coupon, so we paid roughly half of the original price. But there's no way we would pay the full $31.99 for this quality. At full price, it feels like highway robbery. Maybe our expectations are still influenced by all the pizza we had access to back in California, but so far, we haven't had much luck with local small-business pizza in Washington.
