We've given both the Lacey and Olympia locations a couple chances now and unfortunately we can't recommend Casa Mia. Every pasta dish we tried tried was at best bland and disappointing... at worst just down right bad. Once I ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce, and the pasta came cold and really stuck together with a very very bland (think plain reduced milk) Alfredo sauce that wouldn't have been enough even for the dish even if I could have separated the cold noodles. Pizza is also unexciting at best. The service and ambiance was always nice, as well as the side Caesar, but those were obviously not enough to win us over. read more

I stop by once or twice a month for pizza for lunch. My only complaint is the price. The pizza is excellent (the Casa Mia Special). The small pizza with extra cheese and black olives along with a soda and simple salad is about $24. With tip, this costs me about $28 for lunch. Honestly, it should be half that for for lunch. The salads and pasta are average--good but not great. However the "award winning" pizzas are what keep me coming back. The grated potato and truffle oil pizza and the fresh red and yellow tomato pizza should not to be missed . I usually buy the largest size because they make great leftovers! read more

Love this place. The house salad with shrimp and the traditional oil and vinegar is fabulous. With bread it makes a full lunch for me!

We love Casa Mia not only for the food, but also for their family friendly environment and quick service. The seating is a little cramped, but not uncomfortable. My husband and kids love the pizza here, but my favorites are the shrimp salad and canelloni! This restaurant fulfills all our expectations; good food, good service, and moderately priced. My family and I got the pepperoni and margherita pizza both were a little bland. The pizzas were the taste of Digiorno. Even though we didn't like the pizzas very much, we did enjoy the garlic bread and the sauces that came with it. From what I hear the other pizzas are good, the two pizzas we got were most likely just not the right ones for us to get. The chicken pizzas were probably more our cup of tea. read more

Awful service. It took almost thirty minutes to order drinks and another fifteen to actually receive them. By the time our pizza came, we were so hungry, we had already filled ourselves with two servings of the bread. The pizza was not fully warm which caused the cheese to be chunky and unappetizing. Once desert time came around , we were promised a waiter to come take our order, but it was never fulfilled, and before we knew it, they brought us the bill. I was joined in dinner with my wife and was pleased. We drive by here frequently however have until now never stopped in. We both loved the look of the outdoors area. They serve warm rolls which are nice and there pizza was perfect. The one thing that lacked was service. The waitress was chatting a lot when we were ready to order and after receiving the food that was the last we seen of her until she asked if we were through and gave us our check. This was my 4th time at Casa Mia. Every other time I had been there my coworkers and I went for happy hour right after work at around 4:00 so it was never ever busy the previous times I had visited. I went last night with a group of coworkers and our families and was completely shocked and appalled with the service and treatment I received from the wait staff. My coworkers arrived at around 5:05 and for a party of eleven, they were seated at a table for six people. Not sure what that was about. I arrived at 5:25, just in time to sit down and order from the happy hour menu. When I walked in the restaurant I went directly to where my friends were seated. I noticed that only one seat was available so I sat at a table for four right behind them so that my family could sit with me when they arrived. I planned on ordering from the happy hour menu so my family and I could sample some pizzas and my husband could enjoy a happy hour beer. When the waitress arrived at my friends table with their appetizers and pizzas, she looked at me and asked if I was with them. I told her that I was and that we had more people coming. She told me that she couldn't wait on me because that table wasn't her section. I'm like, okay well that's fine. About 7 minutes later another waitress comes to my table and I tell her that I wanted to order some things from the happy hour menu since it was now about 5:30 and happy hour ends at 5:30. She told me that she would check to see if that was OK. I informed her that I had already been sitting their for about ten minutes and the other waitress wouldn't wait on me. About 10 more minutes go by and a male waiter comes to the table and I tell him the same thing. He said that it shouldn't be a problem and he would tell my waitress Nicole. At this point I'm getting very frustrated that three servers had come to my table and not one was interested in taking my order, not even a drink order. FINALLY, my waitress who I assume was Nicole came to the table. By this time the rest of our party had arrived. I asked her if we could a few things from the happy hour menu and that I had been waiting since before 5:30 to be waited on. THIS GIRL!!!! She had the nerve to say, "Our happy hour menu is strictly enforced and it's past 5:30 so it's over. At this point I was totally fed up and told her that I explained it to 4 different wait staff and had been waiting since before 5:30 to be waited on. She gets an attitude, rolls her eyes, and says, "Ummm no, I saw you walk in at 5:30 and just walk in here and sit down." Are u serious??? I came in and sat down because I was with a party that was already seated. She continued with her attitude and I gave her attitude back and she finally said that they would do it this one time but never again. I honestly at that point would've gotten up and just left but I didn't want to leave my friends who were already eating. What kind of service is that? I was embarrassed because this waitress was basically calling me a liar right in front of my coworkers, friends and family. Even though the pizza was good I was still unable to enjoy my food because I was fuming from how I was being treated at this place. Now to the food, yes, the pizza is good. Not the best I've ever had and definitely not worth $12 for a small personal sized pizza but the $6 happy hour price is reasonable. We also ordered the spinach ravioli which was not so great at all. It was a basic prepackaged ravioli covered in a very thick Alfredo sauce and then topped with a bit of jarred pesto and one single basil leaf. For the price of the dish, I was shocked that it was served on a small salad sized plate. I wanted to make sure that this wasn't a one time occurrence because I used to like this place so I checked the reviews on yelp and wouldn't you know that there are tons of other reviews on here complaining about how poor their service is. "HEY OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT...GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER AND GET RID OF THESE WORTHLESS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS DOWN CAUSING YOU TO LOSE TONS OF CUSTOMERS." Seriously, if you read the reviews, it's not rocket science! The majority of the people are not complaining much about your food (well some). The problem is with your rude wait staff. I stay at the Ramada every month and sometimes for weeks at a time and I will never go here again. I will walk to Jimmy Johns or even grab a hotdog from the Shell station before even considering going to this place again! read more

Last night was mine and my wife's first time eating here. It was around 9 P.M. on a Saturday night and there was only two tables taken(that should have been a sign). The music was so loud the kid asking us what we wanted to drink was having troubles even hearing us. We asked for waters, a coffee, and a glass of wine. It took 10 minutes before he came back with the wine, another 3 for the coffee and we never even ended up getting our waters. My coffee was empty by the time he came back and asked for our order (that took almost 10 minutes to get refilled once he noticed it was empty). When we finally made our order we had to ask for water a second time before we actually got them. By this time we were watching the clock just to see how long it took him to do things that are normal at other restaurants. The asparagus was thin and soggy, and my chicken marinara was something frozen and thrown in the microwave. My wife's pesto Alfredo with shrimp was ok but nothing $5 at Walmart couldn't get you. All in all we were there over an hour and only spent 10 minutes eating. Not only that but two sets of couples came in after we did and both tables got a basket of bread rolls that we also did not get. For 2 plates, 1 appetizer, 1 glass of wine, and a cup of coffee it came out to $50. For $10 more we could have gone to the Olive Garden a place I never thought I would call gourmet but after this experience it was a mistake we wont make again. read more
