Always friendly service. Food is good. I haven't had any issues for them to take care of so I don't have any input on that.

Service was very slow and unfriendly, it took nearly 20 minutes just to get in a drink order. The food is not horrible but it is not great either. This place is amazing! The wait time was short and the food is very good, homemade tortillas and tasty salsa. It's reasonably priced compared to other Mexican restaurants and the decor on the inside is also a great touch. The only downside is the small bathroom and stale chips but if you can look past that this is a great find for some authentic Mexican food! read more

This place is a favorite for my family and I to always enjoy a hot, delicious meal, in a relaxed environment. Every time we enter, we are greeted with big smiles (since they have masks on, I would think they are smiling), happy greetings and seated according to the number in our party. Chips and salsa right in front of you as soon as we sit down, and exceptional service! The food is top notch, never a complaint. The Chimichanga Del Mar is perhaps the best thing I have eaten in a long time! Perfect size and shrimp filling, can't beat it! OMG! It's this tiny little Mexican joint on the 69, full of ranchers and Cowboys. Walked in and it's aged but in a proper way. Staff is very friendly and very attentive. Then out comes the food. Unbelievably great! Their tortilla soup is best! I ordered the chicken taco salad and I have never been served that much chicken in a shell before! I could not eat it all and took home another entire meal. Great value, prices amazing. My wife ordered the fajita platter and Shazam! Out comes a platter with chicken strips all the way across it. Perfect mix of chicken, onions and peppers. The chicken itself had an amazing flavor. Took another meal home with that one! I recommend this eatery to anyone and everyone. The decor was bright and inviting, the staff was very friendly and their service was very prompt. We went with some typical combos... taco/ttamale with rice and beans and margaritas. Doesn't look like much on the outside. I had just moved out here. Was looking to try a new Mexican Restaurant. Never thought I would try this place from the looks of the outside. My new friends I had met where I had moved to had asked me to join them in going here. I excepted and never dreamed it would look like it did on the inside. Just moved into town. Saw they had a big enough parking lot for our huge trailer so we pulled in and we're not disappointed. Took a minute to get seated for our party of six. Waiter was great and his recommendations were as well. We had the Aguachile to start it was yummy. All the entrees were as well. We will definitely be back for some more margaritas and Mexican food. Another well prepared Chile Relleno!! Beef taco is good. Rice and beans good, need to expand their salsa selection. Hot salsa requested was not really hot but then again the only hot salsa I've ever had was at Mango Cantina in Cabo San Lucas. Will go back though for sure, no doubt. read more

I have passed this restaurant several times in past from coming up from Phoenix to Prescott for different activities. Today my boyfriend and I finally stopped and so glad we did. We both had the Combo plates: Enchilada and Taco and we both agreed it is the best Mexican food we have ever had in Arizona!! I highly recommend it for the great food, polite staff, awesome atmosphere, and reasonable prices. We will definitely be making this a stop ever time we come up from the valley now on!! read more

Beautiful interior and great waiters. I was so excited to showcase this restaurant on my YouTube channel but was greeted by I believe the owner? As I was seated away from customers, (I asked so I wouldn't disturb any other customers while recording) I began to setup my tripod and equipment which is only a light and cell phone. I was approached by a man who came up to me angrily and said "Do not record my customers, you're going to ruin my reputation." I replied with, "Sir, I am not recording your costumers, I am vlogging for my channel and was recording the ceiling and no customers were recorded." Again, I was sitting away from customers by request and super excited to finally bring this restaurant to my channel after several requests to do so but was shut down immediately after being seated. As a paying customer, no one should be treated this way. All the waiters as well as some of the customers showed excitement when they noticed me setting up and asked for my YouTube channel information. I gladly shared it with them and was created with curiosity and excitement from them. Whoever this man was not sure if he was the owner or maybe a manager, should NEVER speak to a customer in that manner. I will never come back to this place again. Used to be 5 stars and USED TO bring any friends or family that visited us in Prescott for decent Mexican food, not anymore thought. Sadly, my wife and I had a very bad discrimatory time and were totally mistreated on our last visit there. We never had this server before but we know in the state of AZ it's illegal to charge for water unless it is bottled. Also, soda water is NOT an actual soda... it's TAP WATER with bubbles. If you want to charge for the carbonation, perhaps $1 charge, Or rather pay full price for a pelligrino or whatever bottled bubble soda h20, but even has a owner in the same industry, I am educated enough to know the costs of the carbonation ONLY... costs of fountain sodas are different. Therefore after all the years coming here, we were shocked to be charged $7?! TALK ABOUT INFLATION MUCH? We mentioned our experience there and how that was a shocking charge. Which they did not take off or reduced... Then as my wife went to the restroom as we were leaving the server went to the front and was talking crap about us in Spanish. We ALWAYS OVER TIP OVER 20%. They had the audacity to called us cheap and said some derogatory words about my wife. We are actually bilingual white people that they said the wrong things at the wrong time assuming we would not understand! Talk about racism... and it sucks as we love all people and try to understand cultures, foods and languages around the world. This place should know more people around the world moving here and should be kind to all and not assume we are all only knowing 1 language. Very insulting and we will never be back nor bring anymore of our family or guests to your restaurant. Although cute inside, it's become real ugly now. And the word WILL BE SPREAD. read more

I really enjoyed this place. Nice decor, and fast service. Most importantly, I really enjoyed my food. I would love to go back and try the enchilada plates, as they looked delicious. On our first time there, just yesterday, I opted for the beef fajita burrito, and asked them to smother it in the red enchilada sauce. The red enchilada sauce was absolutely delicious, and the flavor of the fajita steak really shined through. It did not come with beans and rice, but it was not needed, as the burrito itself was very filling. We were so happy to get good chips and salsa. Our previous outing to a highly-rated Mexican restaurant in Prescott was very disappointing in that the chips were cold and stale (they also ran out of flour tortillas for our fajitas). This was not a problem here, as the chips were hot and fresh, and we asked for the extra spicy salsa in addition to the one that came with the chips. The standard chip salsa was fresh and tasty, and the extra spicy salsa was quite a bit different. It was not chunky at all, and had more of a smoky Chipotle taste. The name has changed but still the same owners, now called CASA PEREZ. Food is okay, Was told this was Jalisco style, but not what we ate at home, or at my grandparents (who were from Jalisco). I like and usually order their carnitas plate although it more like grilled slices of pork rump roast. Very tasty. Owner very nice and you're treated with courtesy.
