    Was impressed last year but this year NOT!!!!! When you make a service time for 10 and arrive at 9:15 then told you will be waiting several hours because people didn't show for work that's unprofessional I should've received a call in the morning before my hour drive to get here. Then sent to desk to reschedule to wait forever while a customer is on intercom on phone saying hello because she was not transferred properly. Maybe my next visit will be better but not looking promising at the moment.

    They did not fix my son's car. They sent him on a 9 Hour Rd. trip knowing where he was going with a car that wasn't fixed.

    What a crazy place. I drove almost 3 hours and then was told they already sold the car (I was coming to purchase) when I arrived.

    Based on the good reviews I trusted them with a deposit over the phone. I live 6 hours away. I…read morepaid a local mechanic to look at the car. Guaranteed Auto Service determined it was unsafe and in need of a number of repairs including a very expensive air suspension repair. It was freshly "inspected" but was not safe according to the repair shop. One of the tires was driven flat making it unsafe. Additionally one of the tail lights has a crack in it where water entered and fogged it out. So it was not visible. For a myriad of reasons the car was not safe and could not pass a properly performed inspection because it was not safe. When I spoke to them over the phone to give a good faith deposit it was refundable. Once there was an issue he said "I have a sign right here in my shop that say deposits are not refundable." Well I could not see a sign over the phone from NYC and its contrary to what you said before. Just think about what type of shop and what type of person would behave this way. If you honestly had a good car why wouldn't you just sell it to someone else and give me back my money? Be careful here. The moment there is a dispute they turn. The car was discounted before I saw it because they couldn't move it. Suddenly there are 6 people they turned down because I had a deposit on it for a few days. This has been my experience. Be careful they don't put you or your loved ones in an unsafe vehicle that shouldn't be on the road. They tried to do it to me. Stay safe!!

The gentleman who mainly worked with me, Chris, made me feel cared for and that he wanted to do anything he could to help me during these trying times. A great man! Douglas' team worked on my vehicle and did amazing work. The lady at the front desk, Lauren, was very nice and thorough with helping me with the paperwork side.     I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I…read morepurchased my vehicle from Suttle Motors a few years ago and included a tire warranty. Recently, at around 70k miles, I needed new tires and reached out just to understand my coverage. I left a voicemail -- no response. A week later, I called again and was transferred multiple times. When I finally spoke with someone, I explained I needed an oil change and wanted to discuss my tires. The representative immediately dismissed me and said tire replacement "is not a thing," without even trying to understand what I was asking. Because of that interaction, I took my business elsewhere (Sam's Club), where I received quick and professional service. I still went back to Suttle the next day for an oil change. I arrived at 7:45 AM and was still waiting after 9:00 AM. In total, I've spent over 4 hours across two days dealing with poor communication and long wait times. The issue isn't just the wait -- it's the lack of customer care, follow-up, and basic professionalism. This dealership needs to improve how they treat customers.
