Good food, good service. Price is good and reasonable, portions good. Service was spotty but decent. Parking is easy, a definite worth stopping for brunch.

Found this place on Yelp after hiking in a park nearby that morning and I am very happy with the choice to stop here! I got French toast (with cinnamon sugar and butter topping), bacon and eggs. Everything was so absolutely delicious! I snuck some home fries off my boyfriend's plate, and they were crispy and fantastic too. Everything is priced fair and the coffee was decent.! I wished I lived closer so I could stop by more often!

Supposed to be eggs over easy.

Ordered delivery via door Dash. I ordered two eggs over easy, toast, beans, and an iced coffee with six sugars and non-dairy "milk". Delivery was very quick, and also very expensive. I received scrambled eggs instead of over easy and a black coffee instead of what I ordered. Toast is not toasted, it's just plain room temperature bread with butter. Also no utensils included. Very disappointed in my very expensive breakfast.

    A great breakfast.

Excellent choice for breakfast. Had the special pumpkin walnut pancake and it was great. They have excellent home fries and hash browns. Coffee was really good too. Sour dough toast was so good.

Excellent portions vs cost. Food was excellent. You need to eat here. Could use a bit more eye candy...lol

Irish eggs Benedict. Grilled english muffin, homemade corned beef hash and hollandaise, poached eggs, with home fries and bacon.

Casey's diner is my go to breakfast place. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is amazing. I have been going here for almost two years now and I have never had a single problem. Every waitress is extremely friendly and willing to accommodate your wants and needs. My favorite breakfast meal is the Irish eggs and personally I enjoy it with spinach added which is never a problem to them, I highly recommend their Irish eggs. Their hash and hollandaise sauce are both homemade and taste outstanding. The manager Lou Ann is so sweet and does everything she can to make sure the experience is the best it can possibly be. The food, service, and atmosphere are all great. I have tried many other breakfast places but none of them amount to Casey's diner.

Grand Slam and side of french toast and pancakes!

** Patty Melt review **…read more Roadside eatery in a tiny strip plaza. Outside, it looks nothing like the classic New England train car style or New Jersey stainless steel style diners, but inside are countertop with stools, booths around the outskirts, and the hustle and bustle giving it a strong diner vibe. Like my visits to many diners, I was here on my patty melt quest. -- Patty Melt: First, the composition is faithful to the prototype, with a quarter pound patty (no smashburger nonsense), rye bread (no sourdough decoy), buttered (not merely toasted), and with the classic Swiss cheese, sautéed onions and thousand Island dressing. No fusion, no reinvention, no omissions, no hipster jive. Good crispness and butteriness on the bread, great melt on the cheese, and noticeable softness to the onions. Most importantly, the beef could be ordered medium rare, and they executed. More softness, with gushing juices and a really pleasing bite. I suspect nothing special to start with, but they cooked it to near perfection. Only quibble would be not much crust to the patty, but not as critical on a patty melt. -- Fries: I could have had tots or a few other options, but fries were fine. Almost certainly frozen, but the skin-on variety and not the dreaded coated kind. Nothing special, but good enough. Service was adequate. It seemed like everyone was prepping to get everything gathered and cleaned for closing about 90 minutes earlier than necessary, but that didn't detract. If anything, it shows initiative and hustle. Not much data to go on, but an easy 4 for me.

The service is always amazing and the food is always on point and it never disappoints. The ambiance is like a typical diner with booths, no loud music so you can talk to your party. Let's get down to the food. Cinnamon Bun Pancakes- this is my go to because I love it! It's not overly sweet which I love and it reminds me on a cinnamon bun. I always get one lol Country Benedict- this is what I order every time I come here as my main dish. You get buttermilk biscuits instead of English muffins with sausage patties on top and the lovely gravy. The gravy is soo good. CHOCOLATECHIP pancakes- my daughter go to since she loves chocolate lol. Which 5 year old doesn't right? She always gets this and it's really good. So if you're in Hudson be sure to come here, you won't be disappointed.

I crunched on at least five of them. It's very disconcerting. The latest trend in New Hampshire lately is charging you to use your credit card well, I use my credit card all the time and I'm not gonna pay you extra for any inconvenience. That's ridiculous. What an incentive !wont be back to your place. I don't carry cash so you won't see me there . you are the loser now somebody somewhere will take my credit card and not charge me extra as I already pay finance charge. This casual family owned and operated restaurant cafe serves up breakfast all day and lunch. The place was redone with a brighter and an inviting atmosphere with booths along the walls and in front, table seating in the center and counter seating in the dining area. There are patriotic prints on the walls and checkered floors remain. I've picked up Lebanese and Italian food from the previous restaurant in this space and it's bittersweet seeing a small town breakfast and lunch spot open up in its place. There are a few other options in this area, but spread out. I decided to stop by here for breakfast before work. I got here just before 6:30 and sat myself in a booth which had menus to look at. The breakfast menu offerings include breakfast platters, 3 egg omelettes, pancakes, French toast, Belgian waffles, breakfast burritos, Tony The Tiger (frosted flakes French toast), hash (canned and homemade (soon)) and breakfast sides. The lunch menu offerings include fried appetizers, hand cut fries, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, soup, chili, salads, comfort dishes, and daily specials. The prices seem fair, most meals $8 to $15 range (in 2024). After I was seated, the server came over and offered a drink and I requested an ice water since I already had coffee beforehand. They did not have homemade hash yet, so I eventually decided to go with the Steak Bomb Omelette ($13.50 plus tax) with choice of toast (I chose sourdough) and one side (I got home fries). My food was served in about 8 minutes after ordering. There was a good amount of hot food on my plate. The omelette was filled with grilled shaved steak, green peppers, onions, mushrooms & cheese (I chose cheddar) with a folded thin egg sheet. This omelette was pretty good. The home fries were fresh cut potatoes (cube cut) lightly grilled and seasoned, which were potatoey and with the skins. The sour dough toast was firm and had minimal butter. The server dropped off the check as I was almost done eating, no rush. The check was $14.65 with tax and before tip. Overall, this is a good place stop for food and I plan to stop by for lunch next time since I saw they had chicken tenders, reubens, monte cristos, mac & cheese, and spaghetti & meatballs (Wednesdays). The friendly staff knew people by name as they stopped in for breakfast. The service for weekday breakfast was prompt and I was able to make to work on time. It is noted they are closed on Sundays (at the time of this posting).
