Love Mary Ann's Diner!! They're always consistent and I love their 50 style vibes and ambience. The service is always on point and the parking lot is always filled lol. Which is a good thing and a bad thing when the weather is super cold. Let's talk about the food now... I always get the sausage benedict. Love the biscuits and gravy sauce with the patties on top. It's always good and the menu is very extensive. If you're around Salem NH area, be sure to give them a try.

Food was good. Tough to get great biscuits and gravy up here as it's all usually canned biscuits and canned gravy. Our server was solid. Checked in but wasn't bothersome at all. Good dude. What can I say, we all know the decor but at least this time there wasn't actual on the bathroom walls. It's nice because it's close and they're on Fetch Rewards, otherwise I'd go a bit north to Maddie's

A very busy diner in Salem close by other shops and restaurants, but has its own parking lot. We should've joined the wait-list before we got there because it was about a 30 min wait for us to get a table. This diner has a very retro old style with lots of decor and oldies music playing. It was busy coming towards the end of lunch rush, but we got a booth and were able to order quickly. I decided on the California omelette with white toast and a small strawberry milk. The strawberry milk was the artificial syrup taste making is pretty sweet. The omelette was good, the chunks of avocado were a bit big for the omelette, but the mushrooms and cheese worked together great. The home fries were a bit disappointing since they were not evenly cooked. Some were hard, while others were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The tables all have advertisements of local shops and businesses which is such a great way to get your place promoted. Our server was great and it was a nice pit stop to grab a bite to eat in Salem. There was also a local girl scout troop selling cookies, which was an added bonus to our trip. Overall, a decent diner, but I wouldn't wait long for a table again.

After a hike up Mt. Washington, we needed something to cure our legs. Here is it; Jack- got an omelette: I left the treacherous and deceitful Cumberland Farmington to procure a table for my compatriots. This resulted in me entering the establishment and standing in front of the 'wait to be seated sign' that was also a seat yourself sign. I stood and made awkward eye contact with every patriot merchandise wearing employee that walked by: this lasted the next 5 minutes while nobody seated me. Once seated the service was swift and omelettes delectable. I purchased a western that wasn't actually a western and started a bread race war. All was devoured but the home fries were somewhat lacking. We perfected our dine n dash strategy by consuming our food, paying for it, then leaving for final destination. Charlie- got the "kitchen sink" omelette: So we went to Cumberland farms and if if I spent no ... so I went to Cumberland farms and I went inside to ask to park, I told them I spend 69 shmeckles, they said no, I told them I spent 60 dollars on gas, they said no. So I went to the devious parking lot under the parking lot at the final destination. Incredible service: someone was waiting at our table before we got there. The "kitchen sink" was yummy. This is the least helpful yelp review ever. I had a fun time waiting for the waiter to tell them that we indeed were not going to throw money on the table. That's it 5 stars. Mike - Got the "Gronkowski Special" omelette: Ah dude, I'm driving my truck against some greenery, tell me when ur ready. Ok. Gasp. Mount Washington ... formidable opponent, devious rock cluster; challenged us to a 12 hour no eating challenge impossible. Little did it know, Mary Ann's diner had us covered, insert omelette. The omlette tasted good. I ordered the super gronkowski special and pleasured my mouth how do you spell kielbasa and mushrooms. My only big frowny face was the hash browns, they were downright unethical except for the parts where they weren't, this is real by the way. I have one problem Zeke - got the "I don't know the name it was corned beef and hash" omelette: The omlette was like ugh omlette, the omlette could be better compared to the omlette. When you flip the omlette then ur like whaoooo. Yo, the omlette was like an omelette, it was the best part of the omlette. This is what most of my book reports look like in school. I was thinking about epic things. Personally I think the omlette is final, destination. yeah that's it.

This place is very popular and is constantly packed! It is obviously a local favorite. My wife and I dined her on a Saturday late morning and there was a 15m wait for the two of us. They have a neat Yelp labeled tablet up front for you to put your name on the waiting list. However, the 2 people that came AFTER us who also used the tablet to book a table was seated before us! WTF! I called it out and the lady said "It's because they chose a table option". I said "We chose first available"...shouldn't that include a table option if it opens first? Based on some of the observations while I was seated right next to the check-in booth, I believe there is either favortism or just some really messed up handling. We were seated a couple of minutes later in a booth. The booth was dirty and I had to wipe something off myself after some tissue was put on the table. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious. They have a lot of decor that and old style booths to bring out the retro 50's vibes. The menu is a single large placard with content on both sides. It is a pretty good selection of breakfast platters and burgers and more. Breakfast is what is popular here. Our food: Country fried steak - I asked for the free tater tots substitution and paid $1 for to replace toast with corn muffin. I could not upgrade toast to french toast they said. The steak was fried nicely but a bit on the small side (compared to the Ihop version). The gravy is nice but lacked flavor (there are loads of condiments on the table, though). The tots were perfectly fried and crisp. I got my eggs scrambled and they were fine. The corn muffin was excellent - slightly toasted and it came with a good amount of butter on the side. Eggs Benedict - Wife had this and she liked it. The eggs were poached well and the yoke oozed out very nicely. She enjoyed her home fries that it came with. Our waters came with lemon but many others didn't. Others got straws but we didn't. More inconsistencies? There is plenty of parking outside and this restaurant is right outside of the Rockingham Mall, right off the 93 highway. Pricing is very reasonable, with good portion sizes (save for my steak). I would recommend this place, especially to those who wants a decent breakfast without breaking the bank. Very casual and comfy place. They need to fix the ladies room bathroom door - it slams HARD every single time.

The food so delicious!! The service is always good. I've been here several times I live in Michigan and every time I come to visit my daughter we always come here. It's one of my favorite places and the atmosphere always makes you feel like you're welcome here. I forgot to take a picture of my food. I was so excited to see my grandbaby and he was excited also to get his food here. It's one of everybody's favorite places to eat. You won't be disappointed. Everything I've ever had. Here is delicious.

We had a party of 7 and we were very excited to finally try Dreo. We started with 2 orders of the calamari and the spinach dip special. My husband noticed the calamari also had shrimp which I am allergic to. They happily removed the shrimp but unfortunately it's fried in the same oil (which is completely logical) but everyone at our table (besides me) throughly enjoyed the calamari. I cannot even begin to explain how good the spinach dip was. I'm not sure I'll have want to eat spinach dip without garlic bread again!!! Next up entrees: 2 ribeyes, 1 NY strip, 1 Korean BBQ Bowl, 1 Soy Maple Glazed Salmon, and 1 Tuscan Fried Chicken. I am newly pregnant and to be honest I was not looking forward to eating out because my go to is rib eye but I refuse to eat well done meat so instead I ordered the Tuscan fried chicken. I also asked to sub the mashed potatoes for truffle fries and the veggie medley for green beans. They had no problems with my requests which I loved. I loved every single bite of my chicken and I actually stopped caring that I was missing on steak! In fact every single person at our table loved everything they ate too. We ended our meal with cookie skillets and again absolutely delicious! Now our meal was fantastic by itself but I have to say our waiter Brett was just as amazing!! He couldn't have done a better job and he totally rolled with our parties over the top personalities. Even if the food wasn't outstanding we'd go back just for the service! I really hope of the owners or managers see this; Brett is fantastic and deserves praise!! We will definitely be back and since I still have about 7 and half months to go I will be coming back for more Tuscan fried chicken soon!!
