It was so briny and salty that I could barely eat half of the portion they gave me. The chicken was also a little tough to cut through. I would be willing to try again. From all indications, this practice seems to be hurting business rather than enhancing it. On a recent visit to the Peoria Heights location, the young man cooking pizza's was picking his nose!!! The place looked VERY dirty in many areas of the restaurant. Some time ago, smaller booths were replaced with GIANT ones that could seat nine guests. My husband and I have been seated there which does not lend itself to an enjoyable experience. Where the booths were changed around, the floor was not touched up leaving areas with no finish on the floor at all (tacky). The new location at Grand Prairie had two other people in the restaurant the night we checked it out. We assumed it would be busy given it was new to the area. Not so! I would say these businesses need the owners (both) to either hire competent restaurant managers and/or spend more time at their sizable investments. If not, they would not be the first business owners to close and then blame it on everything but themselves. Take ownership of your mismanagement. When I walked in, there were probably six or so people sitting inside eating and another two or three, plus myself, getting orders to go. Place was clean and seemed pretty lively, with employees working and chatting pleasantly with the customers as they made their orders. Pizzas were good. There was a ton of susage and pepperoni (see pictures below). The sauce ratio was perfect and the crust was nice and perfectly chewy (in a good way). Overall a good experience and would come back. If you are not familiar with the location or plaza, it is hidden in the very back corner next to Sushi Popo (or Sushi Ko as the sign says).

Anyone who is from here will be OFFENDED by the poor, miserable attempt. First of all, Jumer's Cinnamon Rolls are made with Bisquick. Oliver's is using plain (and I mean PLAIN) pizza dough. Jumer's also uses a lot of butter inside and out. I didn't detect any butter at all. Shame, shame, shame. I expected more and I'm sure Oliver's will redeem themselves, but they need to take Jumer's out they mouth.
