I was having a charging issue with my AirPods Pro 2. I work with Apple Technical Support for around an hour, and they were not able to get to the root of the issue. Their suggestion was to head over to the "Genius Bar" at one of our local Apple stores. Upon arriving I checked up since I'd made a prior appointment. I love the vibe the Apple stores have. I'm glad I'd made an appointment since the store was packed. There was a lot of students there since it's the start of school. After a 10-15-minute wait as the Genius Bar, Blake greeted me with a smile and asked me what's going on. He logged on to my service record and followed what had already occurred the prior day with the support I'd received. I asked his how long he's worked for Apple. He told me 10 years on the Genius Bar and 20 years providing Apple support. Yep, I was chatting with a genius at the Genius Bar. He clarified what was happening and which air Pod was acting up. He ran several intensive tests and at the Genuis Bar and back in the back of the store. For some reason there was a "disconnect" between one of the pods and the case causing the charging issue. He needed to send them in for repair and they'd be back in my hands in 4-5 days. Thank goodness for AppleCare. What an incredible experience with Blake and the Apple store personnel. Superior service and support are what one expects with Apple products and that's what I received.

I had already verified this plan was unlimited text, talk and data. When I went to this location, I was told the 3 lines for $90 a month was NOT a good option and NOT unlimited. They wanted me on the most expensive plan possible with internet. I was told they don't even bring up the essentials package because it's such a waste. I immediately left and went to the Overton Ridge location where I was helped. I did not feel like I was being pressured into a sale, and I was able to get the plan I wanted when I walked in. I will never go to the Benbrook location or recommend it to anyone. I know people need to make money, but that doesn't mean being dishonest or hiding information trying to force someone into a more expensive plan.

From the start Mark made a great impression and phone support is nothing less then excellent. At first I was concerned about coverage with TMobile for all family members so I signed up with one account and tested coverage at everyone's home and work locations. All were equal or better coverage so I changed to TMobile on all family members phones, and after several months now everyone is very happy about the change. No more data monitoring to insure we don't exceed the 30 Gig plan for everyone because everyone is unlimited and no more bills with a dozen or more different taxes, fees, and service charges. My bill went way down from about $180 +phone installments on 5 phones to 120+ phone installments for 6 unlimited phones. Definitely a well satisfied customer for over 3 months now.
