What a horrible customer service experience. I bought a used tile saw from them and the motor worked when tested in store. Great! What I was unable to test in the store was the water pump. It did not work. I hooked up the one I had that does work, still no power. The inaccessible plug is bad. Requested to return it same day and I get the "SOLD AS IS" reply. Nowhere on the tool was that stated or before I paid did I learn that. Only on the receipt in tiny print AFTER YOU PAY is that mentioned. Manager refused to help. Well the sign indicates they are open, the lights are on and I can see employees inside, nevertheless here three of us stand outside wondering if they are open for business or not. The phone number on the door doesn't appear to work. Well run establishment this is. Update: they finally let us in with no explanation or apology. I was in looking for a cordless metal cutting circular saw and having not found one went to leave only to find I was locked in the store. Right under the " this door to remain unlocked during business hours" sign. Then the clerk seemed to think i could wait until a convenient time for him to let me out. Numerous times, I was treated very rudely my the "Manager" of the shop. This "gentlemen" and I use this term very loosely, told me and I quote "to drop my attitude". This place also sells new and used firearms They in my opinion do nothing more than to get you to put something on layaway and wait until you receive a background check. Background check came for me to Proceed I received a call from them at about 3:45pm that department closes at 5:00pm I really didn't want to rush there so I asked if this department was open the next day, the person I was talking with said yes. I showed up the next day and they told me that I could not pick up the gun because my thirty day back ground check had expired so I needed to start a new background check. I knew this was not right so I asked for a refund they told me I would have to pay a 52 dollar fee long story short I filled out another background check 30 days later I came to pick up my weapon they told me did I had to file another one because they hadn't heard of heard anything I also had to make another payment another long story short I ended up getting my money back without having to pay a fee, but I would not recommend going through these people buying any firearms total scam. read more

I found a guitar that was a bit beat up on the wall that had a price tag connected to the guitar with a sale sticker placed on the price tag. The sale price seemed good for a guitar in it's condition and I figured I could fix it up and have a decent practice guitar. When I brought it up to the counter to pay for it the girl took it from me to ring me up but immediately stated that this guitar was full price and the sale sticker was a mistake. She pulled the sale sticker off and told me if I wanted it I'd have to pay full price. What a waste of time.
