Scooped up these Alexander McQueen boots for a steal
Amanda M.

I've been to this location twice and have found two gems! When you go in make sure you ask for Luke. Luke is my favorite employee there and is the absolute sweetest, ever. Next up is Hunter the manager who is very reasonable when it comes to closing deals. I've had the pleasure of finding Alexander McQueen with the original tags from a Canadian retailer - only thing is there was no box. And, then we found this microphone that was marked down deeply and negotiated a deal we all agreed on. I look forward to finding more surprises.

It's not the prettiest of rings but worth $140? Try again, lady.

Gone in store twice, both horrible experiences both times. The people are rude and want to rip you off. Skip it. It's a waste of time.

I never thought I'd be walking into a pawn shop to buy a TV, especially for Valentine's Day. My mom…read morespecifically asked me to check out Cash America next door to her nail salon. I'll be honest--I had zero expectations and was secretly wondering why she didn't just want a TV from Costco like a normal person. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how helpful the staff was. Cole, Adam, Anthony, and Emily were all incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest to a fault. They answered every question I had without any pressure and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting. After doing my own research, I was shocked to find out the 67" TV I bought was priced at just $250 -- that's a full $200 cheaper than both Costco and Amazon. The quality looked excellent, and the price was unbeatable. I left the store extremely impressed. I now completely trust the employees, the value of the items they sell, and especially their 30-day return policy with no issues. This won't be my last visit -- I'll definitely be coming back to Cash America for future purchases. If you're on the fence about shopping at a pawn store, do yourself a favor and give this location a try. You might be just as pleasantly surprised as I was!

Unprofessional and rude employee, Shameless people.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This person who runs this place is a scammer. They offered me…read moreinitially $100 for a JBL boombox speaker which was listed on Ebay for triple the price. I tried to barter for myself like anyone would at a pawn shop and this rude person behind the counter goes "Oh, you want more money? How about $80 now?". Why scrape off money you offered me initially all because I tried to advocate for 5-10 extra bucks. Extremely disrespectful, do not go here! I went to Pawn America in North Seattle and received MORE money. This place is a joke.

I'm on a fixed budget and needed food bad. It helped me get a couple meals needed to get to the first. However the second time i came by i was offended by how dismissive and felt talked down to. They informed me they are no longer buying sterling silver???? just gold. IDK it sounded like a lie, but he didn't even look at what was brought and was a different person than first time. I don't understand a company buying gold but not silver? Wouldn't they just be losing money, out the door. The store looks like its dying by lack of inventory for such a small space. He said not interested in meta oculus virtual reality or any VR. BTW what is going on with these pawn shops around here, all they want is gold and they look like dying. sux cause i sell online but when you need quick cash pawning helps. And my stuff is legit i have copies of my receipts. But at least capitol pawn not down right wanting to sock them cause so rude, like I've ran into in the other pawn shops in Seattle. Telling me "I just don't think your coming back" when i got $40 on $700 of items pawned (when attitude should be they hope i don't come back, so they could profit more). The other two pawn shops owners are rude and looking at their shops how dare they!!! and ones a horrible stereotype,, i almost thought he was doing a bit.

Last Saturday (June 6th), I stopped by Redmond Rare Coins to get a second opinion on a 1 oz silver…read moreround I picked up online, and this shop is the real deal. Santo buzzed me in through their secure entry -- always a good sign for a place dealing in real metal -- and walked me through a full verification process. He did a classic sound test against one of their known‑good coins on a rock slate, then compared it to mine. After that, he used their measurement device and scale; my round hit 31.1 grams, exactly one troy ounce, and the device confirmed it was .999 fine. That level of transparency is exactly what stackers look for. We ended up talking spot, premiums, and the current silver market. Both Santo and his partner in the back (Carol?) were easy to talk with and clearly know their stuff. I also asked about the Red Book, and they confirmed it's a solid foundation for anyone building real numismatic knowledge -- principles stay the same even when prices move. If you're a stacker who values transparency, proper testing, and straight talk, Redmond Rare Coins is a shop worth visiting. Solid people, solid process, solid metal.

Edit 7/24/26: In response to the response by the owner, this…read morestore is completely lying about what went on during this interaction. I would encourage them to share video about what happened if they have a camera recording of the interaction in their store. The guy that initially helped me looked at my coin for barely 5 seconds and went straight to telling me that I should not have graded the coin and that the coin tracks the spot value of gold which just IS NOT TRUE for this coin. I have no issues with what they could or could not offer me in terms of price. I had issues with their arrogance on what I should or should not be doing with the coin. Without doing any research, the shop guy told me an inaccurate market price and then the shop guy went back on what he said to me AFTER he researched that the price was higher. He then said that initial price he mentioned was what he would offer, which was clearly not what he was saying. None of us need to argue what happened. They have cameras in the store and I am sure they record all customer interactions. Id highly suggest the owners post that video and show what actually happened. The problem is if they show the camera footage of our interaction they'll show how disingenuous this store really is. P.S. They kept mentioning to me about how they're a shop and not an auction house and they base their market price off of wholesale yet they have an Ebay account that they sell on. Initial post: I would double check with other stores before taking any advice or facts from this store. The guy at the main counter barely looked at my coin and gave his factually incorrect opinion about my coin I was looking to get appraised or sell. He was so confidently incorrect on the price of the coin, whether I should have gotten it graded or not and so many other attitude problems. I confirmed with with another well known establishment in Bellevue that this guy was completely incorrect. Im sure hes an expert but Im sure theres ulterior motives to being that aggressive about devaluing the value of the coin. It initially started when the store guy looked at my 2020-W (PF69 and PF70) V75 Proof American Gold Eagle Privy $50 PCGS First Strike and said word for word in the first 5 seconds of looking at it: "You should not have graded this coin." That was just blatantly false considering for THIS specific coin the graded coins go for way more than the ungraded coin. He told me it was an 8k coin but anyone that googles or does any research can tell you its more than that. He then goes and searches it up on his grey sheets and it says 12k which then he went back to say oh 8k is what I would offer you. I even told him in the store that if he initally told me his OFFER was 8k then thats a different story than telling me that my coin is WORTH 8k, but then he just kept being defensive. He also says this coin tracks spot value of gold but this coins value is based off of collector value not the spot price of gold. I even told him I was not looking for market price on this coin and that I understood dealers need to make money but he was just factually wrong about so many things. This guy is genuinely all over the place. Im essentially telling anyone that goes in this store to be very careful with this owner. He's passive aggressive, arrogant and pretty bad to talk to. This store barely has any selection of items as well. Plenty of parking as its in a strip mall. I would not recommend.
