I knew the street but not the address so I found the street, it was Acushnet Ave. in New Bedford. I stopped in a store which was Fall River Pawn Brokers on Acushnet Ave. There was a gentleman and a women working there and the man charged my phone for a minute (at this point I was running late) and it was long enough for me to get the address off of my phone. I think his name was Jim, I didn't get hers but they are both very professional, friendly, and helped me out fast while also serving a customer in the store. Absolutely two of the best people that I ever meet. Btw my appointment went great and would have been a disaster without them. When you leave your house you never know what will happen and this is one day that I'll never forget.
