I recommend this company and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had been looking for retractable screens for my french doors and I am so happy I found Casper. I did the DIY kit as I live in VA and I LOVE THEM!!! The screens are awesome and they look perfect with my condo, you can not even tell they are there. The service was stellar! As we were installing we called with a few questions and they walked us through the installation. Unfortunately one of the doors was very slightly off in the measurement and they did not hesitate to re cut and send me a new one. I recently called because the tab to hold one side in place broke and they took my name and within 4 days I had a new one. I did not expect them to just ship it out, I fully expected to purchase this replacement part. If you are looking into purchasing a retractable screen stop here do not look anywhere else! We originally had a disappearing screen installed by another company, however after a few years it needed some repairs. We called Casper Screens who did these repairs. Fast forward a few years and we started to have a few issues with the screen. I called their office and the owner, Kevin promptly returned my call and personally came out to my home within 45 minutes of the call to make the repairs. After finding my original receipt, I discovered we were technically a little bit past our warranty date, yet Kevin wanted to make it right. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his company and showed a lot of integrity by coming out so quickly and taking care of it. Yes, this is my very first 5 star yelp review because I feel that Kevin and Casper Screens deserve it after my experience today. We had a French door installed to replace a sliding glass door so we were looking to get a retractable screen door to prevent mosquitoes, bug flying in the house when we need the outside fresh air. We checked the price with couples other stores, they were double prices compare to Casper. We ordered the retractable screen door through Casper, their customer service is excellent and the pricing is reasonable. They were flexible timing for installation and were able to meet ours for installation. We have our screen door in black color, so it isn't only to prevent bugs, it also provides some shade for our family room. We love our retractable screen door, it looks really stylish and serve the purposes without paying a high price. We already referred Casper to a few friends, and relatives. I ordered a disappearing screen on line. After a week or so Casper forwarded an email that the screen was shipped via FedEx. Per FedEx tracking they delivered and left by the front door at a time that no one was home (about a 45 minute period). However there was no package at our home. I filed a claim with FedEx and did not receive any emails or status on my claim. I called Casper Screens and relayed what had happen. They had me forward all the information, the original order number and invoice and I also sent the FedEx tracking and Claim number. In a few days a person from Casper showed up at our house with a screen. All he said is that his boss asked him to personally deliver the screen. It was easy to install and works great! I consider Casper excellent due to this service. read more

Had a neighbor who recently got one of these screens installed show me theirs that was put in. Decided to give them a call and was able to get an appintment within the week. They had a sales guy come out (Cody) and he answered my questions and had an example of the screen door. I didn't realize that he could install it that day as I had things going on but he was able to come out the next week and put my door in within an hour. I got my retractable screen on the front door. Its been a few weeks and I'm thinking about getting another one before summer as I am getting good airflow through the door. I enjoy it and would recommend getting a screen, curious to see what happens with my AC bill when summer gets here. read more

I would like to thank Casper Screens for being so professional, and efficient. Dale came out on time ,and explained the process of the screen throughly. He was completed with the job so quickly. I was so satisfied with my screen when he left. I then had some furniture delivered, and the screen got damaged literally an hour after the installation. I called the company and explained the situation, and the owner said they were still in the area, and would come back and fix the screen free of charge. I couldn't believe how kind and understanding they were. I highly recommend Casper to anyone that is looking to get a screen. I finally decided that the Casper Screen was my choice after talking to 2 competitive Screen manufacturer's. it was a simple decision better product & service. After purchasing my 3 screens came the install. The Gentleman that came out for the install explained the product to my wife & I He then walked around and explained each screen install and what to expect. I have called Casper Screens eight (8) different times from May 14,2018, to June 8, 2018, and each time a well-spoken rep tells me I will get a call back.. on two call backs a technician came to my home to fix the screen. He stated, technician Ron, that the screen door was not fixable and the office would take care of my problem..The office is not in Tucson, Arizona, you call a Tucson phone exchange and speak to someone on San Diego, California, and this person tells you that someone will call back. What a flimsy piece of junk. Had them come out to see why the door would not work correctly (never has after a year). The guy replaced the bottom track and now they send me a bill for $65 (service charge). I thought it had a lifetime warranty?? We do NOT use the door because it is such a piece of junk. When I called about the charge the guy said " oh the technician isn't back yet I will get back to you tomorrow." Yea, you guessed it, never heard from anyone again. Clowns! I spent quite a bit of time calling around, getting quotes and arranging appointments. I stated I needed brown retractable screens due to HOA requirements. One company even showed up with white and bronze after I explicitly said brown/dark brown. Urgh!! Thank goodness for Casper Screens. Easy to make appointment with Natalie who was very professional and answered all questions. Arrived on time with all Covid safety precautions. Explained everything he was going to do, showed me sample, checked out my door jam, measured and went out to his van to cut all materials. We're very happy with our screens. I've already tested their ability to collapse while walking into them a couple times. They pop right back in and keep going. My only critique is that I wish the plastic rod and holder that keeps the screen in place when open was a little better quality. It looks kind of like an afterthought. Either way, we're very happy with the screens. A huge improvement from what we had and we will recommend to others. read more

We had a screen door installed from our kitchen to our garage. During this past summer's heat wave in San Diego, no AC, that screen door enabled us to get some fantastic air flow through out the kitchen and the rest of the house.
