We went back the following weekend and the owner was apologetic and more than willing to offer a refund with a receipt or store credit. We both love the purses we purchased and have no issues but it was great knowing they stand behind their products. They also have some cute clothing - sweaters, dresses along with some decorative pillows and more. Their bulldog, Lovely was there the second time we went and she was so friendly and sweet. All in all, we had a positive experience and will be back!
