It was very busy in here over the three mornings I came for coffee and a pastry. I fell in love with the Blueberry Cheesecake Croissant and they made my White Mocha perfect with a little extra sweet. There were many dogs coming to visit the outside seating areas, which was an added bonus. My only complaint was they didn't have any nice souvenirs with there logo and Florence Oregon to take back home to people. I was looking for keychains and another car sticker to add to my automobile collection. They did have coffee cups, and I really liked their design, but I like more of a wider coffee cup, so I didn't grab it. They do have punch cards, which are cool to grab a punch whenever you are passing through town, and I highly recommend coming here. In the silence I said "I know you all have the carmel brulee, my favorite drink, I was wondering if you had the carmel brulee cream." She stared at me a couple of seconds and responded "No." I said ok I'll have the regular carmel brulee blended half the coffee. She started making the drink and I noticed that she put ice in it. I told I had asked for it blended. Her response was out of this world. "We don't make that drink blended and you paid for this one and I already made it." Hmmmm wow!! Now I know for a fact Starbucks makes the carmel brulee and the carmel brulee cream blended, iced, and hot. I explained this to her. She said no we don't i can give you a refund. I told her I didn't want a refund. Without saying a word shewasgone. Next came a manager. She had no idea about anything. She went to her manager. Long story short no one knew anything about the drinks but me. I walked out with something that wasn't a carmel brulee and was 30 minutes late for work. Get it together Starbucks hire people who have some common sense and train them. This isnt the first time I have had a problem with them. I've come in twice at 4:45 and the store is closed. Daily iced coffee is expensive. This nitwit argued with me over what a cold pressed coffee is, as if I didn't know. Her attitude was abnormal and over the top. I expressed my discontent, and I left. I hadn't been back until yesterday. I went in for a simple double espresso people. Aubrey, true to her weird snooty booty entitled attitude, asked me "what size?" I kindly said, "a double espresso." It only comes in one size. She proceeded to get more snooty and again asked me what size. She must have remember my particular voice as I grew annoyed because that's when she asked me my name which I proudly gave. I mentioned that I remember her from several months ago and that she's still copping a weird attitude. She then denied me service, which is most unfortunate for her innocent boss, but fortunate for River Roasters, as they have a better view, and in the three years I have been going there , never have I had one issue with a single person on their staff Not one. I mean why should there be any problems? I run three business in this town. I feel bad for the struggling business owners, especially marginally profitable mom and pop business such this. Who they are forced to hire is insulting for them, and this town. Good job Aubrey. Reality is going to bite you in your snooty arse someday. The food.... the hash browns was not done & stone cold. The McMuffin..the egg was almost black around the yolk and tasted horrible. The sausage was just ok. The muffin itself was cold & rubbery. I should have spend a few bucks less & got an egg sausage cheddar sandwich from Starbucks across the street..atleast they heat their precooked food all the way & the way. I will not return to this McDonalds, mostly based on employee conduct & then the poor quality of the over priced food.
