I drove up to a car at the window and I was the only other car on my side. I wasn't sure what was taking so long until I got up to the window and ordered my drink. There was only 1 barista making the drinks for 2 lines of customers. The guy that took my order didn't help her and the girl that came and talked to me didn't help her either, with the exception of putting the green tea back into the refrigerator. They were both friendly however. The outside of the shop was clean. They had a sign that advertised their donuts and chipotle nuts and two drinks. I'd never seen this at any other Dutch Bros, so I thought I'd give the donut holes a try. To me, they were nothing special. I think they we're supposed to be glazed, original donut holes, but they were soggy. If you like a long wait because there's only one barista(whom I felt really bad for) making drinks, then stop here. read more

This Dutch Bros is the worst that I have been to so far.. the employees seem to be depressed and unenthusiastic about being there which is the opposite of what Dutch Bros is supposed to be, not only that but they even took a tip from my card without even asking me about it! I always tip in cash and to see the extra $1 charge on my card after I left was the last time I ever tipped this specific DB. Sure, it's only a dollar but I had also given $3 cash tip for my $7 drink. The cash in my wallet is only for giving tips, I don't like paying tips through my card because I base my tip not only as a % of the order but by the experience aswell. It's expected that drinks get mixed up and made wrong every now and then, there is a lot to remember and when it's busy it's easy to make a mistake. I don't hold that against anyone but the same guy has made the same mistake both of the times I have been there and served by him. I always get my drink Blended and my Fiancée gets hers Iced and he made them both Hot both times. I doesn't smile and really just acts like he doesn't even care at all. read more

First time in to Dutch Bros. We are huge coffee drinkers and we're excited to try a local business. The customer service was spot on. A gentleman met us at our car, as we were second in line. He offered our dog a treat when he arrives to the window. When we got to the window, the woman explained every drink under the sun. She was so sweet, and helpful. Once our drinks were orderes, and we were waiting she asked us about our day, trip and talked to us about the area, and the local life. I couldn't have asked for better service, so personable. This is one of my favorite Dutch bros ever ever been to and I'm so glad that they're my neighborhood one! They are always so friendly and doesn't make a ton of small talk. They always ask how I'm doing what I got going on for the day. My drinks are ALWAYS done right and they're quick... that's all that matters :) I just moved here a few months ago and there is on guy who was working today (11/9/18 at 12pm) who always wears a hat... he's my favorite. He was outside taking orders in line wearing a dark shirt. He made me feel right at home when i first moved here and told me all the cool spots in town. We had a good solid 5 minute conversation. Wish I remembered his name! I literally only have ONE complaint. There is a guy who works quite a bit at this location who was working the window today at 12:05pm. Whenever I get to the window and he's there, I almost want to turn around. He's never nice. He practically ignores you. Never says have a nice day. He literally yelled loudly at someone across the lot right in front of my face and took a good solid 20 seconds because even acknowledging me and then all he said was "what do you want?" Told me the price. Yelled outside more and laughed with the coworkers. Ignored me. And literally handed me the drink. No "here you go"... no "have a nice day" etc... and this has happened every time I've had him at the window, which has been at least a dozen times. Please train him more to be friendly to customers or just get him off the window! He's literally the only negative I have about this place! Other than that specific guy, this place is amazing and great!! I don't let one bad employee stop me from coming :) thanks for being THE coffee place in town! You da best! read more

Very very slow drive through. 10 minutes in someone parked, walked inside and then came back outside to her car with 4 drinks. I'm assuming she works there, but it seemed to slow down the line considerably. Not like what you get at the Grants Pass Dutch Bros. Got an iced Honey Breve, which is what I normally get. It was not as flavorful and they don't have bottles of honey but rather packets that don't taste as rich. There was something else off about the texture and the flavor but I can't pinpoint what it was. When I asked for drizzle they put caramel and chocolate drizzle on it instead of honey which is what I wanted and that didn't mix well. A little disappointed. Service was okay. Where I am from they are always so poppy and bubbly, these two weren't and kept to themselves. Didn't converse much. Definitely not what I am use to when it comes to Dutch Bros service. read more

We stayed at a local camp ground and this was our "Go-To" morning stop. The staff was all VERY friendly and helpful every time we visited and our family LOVED how their crew had music playing, were dancing and even singing and just made it an all out enjoyable experience just to get coffee and some smoothies. I literally made a yelp account and got the app to right this review. My boyfriend and I went to Dutch bros like an hour ago and got our usual drink. I asked the male employee who was working about the Dutch soda, and he explained it to me very well and asked me if I wanted to try it. He even gave me the paper with all the flavor options on it so my boyfriend and I could both see it. We decided to try the drink, and he offered to add cream and whipped cream which ended up being the right decision. He gave us the drink on the house just for trying something new! Dutch has always given amazing customer service but that was top notch. I've never had a disappointing experience there and I'm really happy we have one in this town. I am pretty new here and had heard amazing things about it, and to be honest I had my doubts. But they went above and beyond everything everyone told me and have made me a returning customer.
