Tired white paint on the walls and almost zero artwork. There are some pieces of metal artwork in a few places on the walls but that is it. Paint is cheap and could make a world of difference with different colored window trim and wall (and the ceiling looks like it has not seen paint in years). Get some artificial plants and a couple trees. This place needs a marketing wake up call. Get on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media and advertise.
