I hadn't had a detail in a decade and it was just filthy inside and out. It's a NEW car, minus the dent I need to have vacuumed or sucked out and the driver's seat. Saab leather cracks sooner than other brands. My Nissan Pathfinder LE (1998) lasted much longer. I took a video but will get pictures later and upload to phone. I cannot believe the ceiling. Like no one ever smoked! It's shiny, shiny, shiny. They did the interior and exterior, plus engine. Elite detailing isn't cheap but if , like me, you paid cash for your used car and have no payments, who cares? It's like a couple months car payment or so. Do yourself a favor and call for a quote. The website has no prices but they also do ceramic coating, with several tiers of packages. You can do a mini-detail or just regular car wash but if you leave the car with them for a day, they will give you a NEW CAR back at the day's end. I'm still on Cloud 9. Floating! Every time I see my baby, I smile! PS. THE SB INDEPENDENT BEST OF LIST IS HORRIBLE. The best acupuncturist, not just in SB but California, is Anthony Kar. He's probably the best in America. He wasn't on the list. My friend, Evan Schoolnik Berger, has a food tour company that didn't make the list. My chiropractor and gym made it. Barry Family Chiro and SBAC/SWELL are the best in town. But David's shop should have made the list.

I was told by my friend that works nearby that my car was driven around and I had knew it was too because I left the car with a certain amount of gas and lost 30 miles. Never again will I bring my vehicle here let alone recommend this POS company.

I had two cars washed by Guillermo/Nova Spa (and his partner/helper, whose name I don't know) for…read morethe first time, and both ended up damaged in the process. Guillermo won't own up to either. One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you. I wouldn't have a problem with you if you took responsibility.

The owner only agreed to redo one of them and after redoing that window it still had bubbles. He insisted they would go away after a couple weeks. None of them did. I brought it back again for them to redo all the windows. The bubbles are even worse on the third attempt. The owner straight told me that he doesn't check any of his installers work, so I'm not surprised there are lots of issues because there is zero communication going on from management and their installers. Do not go here. You'll end up paying more because you'll end up going elsewhere to have the job done correctly. If the owner makes things right by me, I'll update my review.

Like if there was a problem, she would be a problem to deal with. I then called Tri County and spoke with Kirsten. I was specific that I wanted to be sure there were no leaks and she assured me they guarantee their work, so I gave them the business. Within an hour after dropping off my car she calls me to tell me there's rust around the windshield frame and that the other people did a really bad job, blah, blah, and that they wouldn't be able to guarantee the work because of it or I could take it somewhere and pay $200 for them to fix it, I was not pleased at all. I asked if this was common and she said it is. Then state that up front before I bring my car in, so I can look somewhere else instead of finding out you're reneging on the guarantee AFTER my windshield is already out of the car. Then she calls me at 2:00 p.m. when I'm 15 miles away to tell me my car is ready. I ask when they close and it's at 3;00 p.m., so I have to bust a** to get there in time. Who closes at 3:00 p.m....?, and you need to say that IN ADVANCE. I finally get my car out of there and it's obvious right away there's a weird squarish sticky mark right in the center of the windshield. And as the next 2 days go by, it just keeps getting worse. Sticky square marks everywhere, nice work. I call and speak with James the owner who tells me that the Fuyao windshields have been problematic and this is the 3rd time in several months they've had issues. Hmmmm....and yet you keep coming back for more? I decided I'd had enough and took my car somewhere else. I was even nice enough to return the sticky squares windshield back to them. At the end of it, I realized that nearly everything Kirsten and I discussed went into some vortex where in the next hour or day, she acted like we'd never discussed it. This is no way to do business.
