The facility was clean. Procedure went smoothly. The staff prepped our son and had a shusher sound machine to play during the procedure. My husband and I were there to sooth our son during the process. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes in the wait room. If you have a question, you send a message in your portal and you get an answer back immediately, even if to say "a nurse will call you this afternoon" if it's not an immediate need. Everything is so efficient and so easy it's like autopilot working with them. The office itself is beautiful and clean and any amenities you need. Second off, everyone on the staff is so nice. They felt like my friends and sisters cheering me on. They are very thorough and consistent and always explain things and give you a chance to ask your questions. Lastly, dr Amin was amazing. I felt like I was with a pro who has seen it all and can navigate with you whatever comes up. I found them through a friend who had the same great experience and will be sure to send any other friends that are looking for reproductive help their way.

They got me in pretty quick and the process with insurance was a breeze- thanks to the amazing front desk! Barbara and Co Kim are usually the ones who help me and make everything so effortlessly for the patients. The whole facility is nice, clean and well-kept. They also have an in-house lab room where they process your labs and immunizations inside the clinic so you don't have wait in those ridiculous lines at Labcorp. Very up to date clinic! After spending my entire reproductive years working on my career, I suddenly realized that I wanted to be a mother. For me, getting pregnant was harder than getting accepted to a medical school. I went to quite a few IVF doctors in OC. Most of them are very pretentious, have you waited 1-2 months for a consult, charge for a one-minute call. Being a physician myself, I cannot believe the types of tricks these IVF doctors play to earn a living. But I also understand why patients all put up with it. We just want a baby.. period. I went to Dr. Cassidenti after a couple of failed and unpleasant treatment cycles at other "fancy" reproductive facilities in Orange County. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Cassidenti is very honest and straightforward in her consultation style.  Her group does not spend millions of dollars in advertising and promotional seminars, but the doctors and ancillary staff in her group are all very sincere. Dr. Cassidenti personally answers all my questions the same day.  I was never left in the dark. Her office does not pressure you into buying multiple cycles nor do they recommend unnecessary procedures. You can trust this group. They are ethical and honest and know what they are doing.
