Great service with great people. Enjoyed the food and unique presentation on queso. My wife and I will be returning to support this local business

I have tried so many chilaquiles in my life and this is by far the best ones I ever had. From the sauce, to the tortilla! Customer service was on point! Always checking to see if we needed anything else Highly recommended!

we went last night for a quick supper. Wowsa! there were of us, 2 couples. we were greeted immediately upon entering. the employees are very friendly and helpful. we ordered at the counter and found a table. we had the jalapeño appetizer and queso. the chips and salsa are my hubby's favorite. he likes the thicker chips and these did not disappoint. I had a breakfast taco (which I reheated the next day and it was AMAZING!) and the carne guisada taco. the tortillas are fresh and very, very good. the carne was tender and tasty. I also tasted the tortilla soup. YUM! a great broth with well developed flavors. Castillo was in the soft opening phase, which we didn't realize. they run it smoothly and efficiently. the kitchen was super quick. everything arrived hot and tasty. they said they will have a full service bar in the future. all of the employees are friendly and professional. prices are great too. you will love Castillos and won't be disappointed. give it a try. we will return. we all decided this place is very good. very. good.

Had to go back because I have a list. Lol Knocked out a potato, egg & cheese breakfast taco and tried the club sandwich. The taco was good. It was a nice size and really nothing extraordinary. The club sandwich was nice, fresh and beautifully made. The Cholula mayo is what made it. The cold cuts once again were the regular deli meat & cheese. Nothing special. On the crinkle French fries. They were dark on the outside but didn't seem fully cooked on the inside and I'm trying to figure out whether they were made in house or store bought frozen as they appear to be a thicker cut of fries. Will try the poblano chicken on my next visit. As always, the staff was extremely nice.

Went for breakfast. Tacos were stuffed and fantastic. Tortillas are homemade and fluffy. Pancake was huge! Wish there was warm syrup but we didn't even ask. Just swallowed our food because it was so delicious! Water, juice, Soft drinks and coffee are self serve which I love! A little chilly inside but once you eat, you'll warm up. We will be back!

Chilaquiles - Green Seriously must have.

We're new to the area and we think this is the new breakfast spot! To say we were impressed in an understatement. This restaurant is so efficient, service is on point, and the food is delicious. The way this restaurant functions, it was obvious there is great leadership, work ethic and dedication to the establishment. It stayed busy while we were there but tables were flipped so quickly and smoothly. Its order at the front and then sit yourself, but while there are no servers, the staff does check in on you time to time, which was nice. We met and spoke to the owner, who seemed well known and liked by the locals, who was also working hard cleaning tables and sweeping himself, and wow. He sets a wonderful example for his team. Truly commendable and clearly running things well. Now on to the food. The breakfast tacos with salsa were great, my husband's chilaquiles were delightful - better than any others we've had (I stole a bite), a great balance of cheese, crema, flavorful salsa, and eggs. Seriously, I think they're a must have. Honestly, I see why this place stays packed, but don't let the line scare you away. It moves quickly and tables flip just as fast. Total recommend and I cannot wait to be back.

I was told the food was delicious at this restaurant. The place looked new, decorated well. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The salsa was very tasty but not hot. My friend ordered a fajita burrito and they had a good amount of protein in them. I will have to come back on a weekend and try their menudo.

Our fajita meat today was old, and smelled off. We requested medium but it came beyond gray, and zero char- it was sweaty. This showed up within four minutes. The rice was dried out. The beans were, too. As I said- two thirds of the time is great. Sometimes bad visits happen. Then comes the annoying dance: I do *not* want a manager. I sure didn't need an argument (!) from the server about cooking theory. Not looking for free food. We were very hungry and now have to go find another restaurant. We paid and we left. All done. No desire to keep playing roulette with which experience we can expect, and the server pushback was the kicker. You'll be fine without us.

The food, the ambience, and the service are all outstanding. We went for Cinco de Mayo and the restaurant was packed however, from what I understand, it is often packed. Let's start with our server who was just wonderful. He not only guided us through the meal and the drinks, but he had very practical recommendations. His service was timely, and his friendliness was wonderful. We have the fajitas which were not only an apple serving, but the beef chicken and shrimp were all very flavorful. Typical to fajitas it came with enough accompaniments to really really make Forray a wonderful meal. The serving is so ample that it became a takeout meal as well. The ambience is typical of Mexican restaurants. However, the people who we were dining with in the same small dining room were incredibly friendly and old-time customers of the Restaurant. I can't tell you how many years. But given the food and service, I understand why. I'm guessing because it was Cinco de Mayo. There was also a mariachi band and they were just wonderful and added to the venue considerably. If you're in or around Katie Texas, you really do need to stop here.

Once seated, the waiter was very attentive and accommodating in checking in on us and getting our orders going. Food: 5/5 We ordered the beef and chicken fajitas to share. The beef fajitas were flavorful just as I'd hoped but the chicken was a bit dry. With the order we each get our own plate of rice and beans and choice of tortillas. The flour tortillas were delicious, almost like home made, so much so that I took the leftovers tortillas home to enjoy with butter. The highlight for me was the Skinny Margarita with my customization of adding a shot of Amaretto. I've been disappointed at other places because they never taste fresh, or have an extremely tart flavor, but the bartender had it down to a science because when I tell you from my first sip it was like heaven! Fresh, not too sweet and I only had one and was tipsy, I wasn't the only one. My two friends got the same one and agreed it was delicious and they too were tipsy. And you get your money's worth. In addition to the above facts, my toddler ate a bit off my plate Saturday/Sunday and exhibited symptoms similar to mine. On Monday, June 30th at 9:04am, I called to share my experience with the staff. To be clear, my intention in calling was not to leave a negative review, but simply to bring the matter to the restaurant's attention - privately. Unfortunately, the owner, Albert, was defensive throughout the call. He said things like, "I don't doubt that happened, but we've never had a complaint," and dismissed my experience rather than showing concern. I explained I wasn't calling to leave a bad review but to make them aware. But alas, here we are.
