GO TO CASTLE COLLISION. I am at a loss to express my gratitude to everyone there for their exceptional professionalism and service. From start to finish, they made a very painful situation far more bearable. I came out to my car in a parking lot to front bumper damage. Front bumper and grill had to be replaced. And it all had to come out of my pocket. When I called Castle (after reading reviews here) - Paula told me to come in any time for a quick 10-15 minute estimate. From beginning to end, Paula was helpful, sweet and informative. When I brought the car in for the estimate, Stephen, who was my point person, gave me an absolutely zero pressure estimate - and even tried to help me a bit on price since I was paying out of pocket (didn't want to go through insurance). He promised to have the car back to me in 2 days. Well, after the parts came in and I dropped off my car - he was able to have it back to me THE SAME DAY! (He had the parts a day earlier so had painted them before I was down my car). He saved me big time on the car rental (which by the way is all done there at Castle, and when you are done with it - you just leave it there - no hassle whatsoever). I really felt that the estimate I was given was fair based on the research I had done prior and was relieved that I was charged exactly what I was quoted and the work was completely so quickly and beautifully! Plus, they warranty their repairs as well for your entire ownership of the vehicle. They really take pride in their work and it shows. I have experienced some unsavory situations with other body and repair shops - but now I know who I will go to, and send all my friends to if I ever need anymore body work (though I hope I don't!) I would give 10 stars if that were an option. First things first I'd like to thank Mike, Sylvia and the auto body technicians for everything. The work performed was nothing less than perfect. Making an appointment over the phone with Sylvia was painless and fast. I was able to bring my vehicle in the same day and I was able to leave the vehicle with them so they could get started right away. This was great! Mike helped me through all the paperwork and calling my insurance company. He informed me on pre-existing body work that I didn't know about (I bought my vehicle CPO), I was kept up to date in a timely matter on everything from the insurance adjuster coming out and approving they're quote to the body work process on what was completed and being done. My 2012 Nissan Maxima truly looks better than it did from when I purchased the vehicle at the dealership. The vehicle looks brand new, paint job is perfect as if just came off the assembly line. The body lines are perfect! I am nervous to drive my car and I will notice every ding and scratch that happens now! Castle collision is ran better than most car dealerships let alone bodyshops. Other than restoring or touching up a vehicle a trip to a body shop is never on anyone's agenda. Any car I own that needs body work I am going to bring here in the future 100%. Walking around the front end of my almost brand new and beautiful leased car one day I suddenly noticed that the bumper and grill had been smashed by what must have been an out of control trailer hitch. Because my trusted dealership recommended that I bring my car to Castle Collision I knew I would have a perfect repair. I was impressed by Castle's bright new building. Castle Collision is definitely the place to go. We have gone to Steve multiple times, and he never disappoints us. We have taken our 2017 Lexus, my brothers 2016 Hyundai and a 2017 Cadillac that unfortunately we hit. All cars come out like if nothing ever happened to them. BRAND new. Steve and the secretary take care of everything. Our rental was there as soon as we got. And our cars were given back in a timely manner. As to other body shops that in order to get paid for storage You are left without a car for a month (it has happened to me, and overcharge the insurance) Castle not only is it a clean body shop, with coffee and comfortable setting that you can sit in, the respect is. They do not give you cheap materials and they get everything from t your brands manufacturers and each repair is guaranteed for life!!!! Steve kept me up to date on everything even the small details, if they needed to contact the insurance for anything extra. I wasn't left in the dark. I created an account just to voice my opinion on this establishment. Brought my younger brother here on a family recommendation, i was told to see a Mike Hansen and he would take care of me. First please let me say i would give them a negative rating if i could, and please people save your money and avoid this auto body shop. Mike Hansen constantly lied to my younger brother and told him that he would be getting his car on days that he didn't. He not only lead us around in circles, he also kept his car unassembled until my younger brother brought him the Geico issued check and then he waited for it to clear (AS IF A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY'S CHECK WOULD BOUNCE). They not only judged our character by deeming us untrustworthy by not releasing the car on an orderly time they also have caused our family with a great deal of troubles. Over a month to fix a bumper and light, other complaints have been filed against this establishment. Please if you care about your time and mental peace, AVOID them. I just leased a new 2016 Nissan Rogue, I had the car 4 DAYS and some MORAN TEXTING rear ended me!!! I went to Castle Collision as recommended by my insurance agent. He has a long standing relationship with Mike at castle so I felt I was in good hands. The other insurance company tried to give me the run around with where to take my car for a quote to fix it. When I should get the rental car. They even told me I should drive it with the bumper falling off untiI the parts came in!!! I called Mike at Castle and he had me in a rental car in less then two hours, called the other insurance company and told them to send an adjuster that my car was not moving anywhere. He also fought for me and got my rental covered from 8 days to 14 days. I got my car back in two weeks and it looked good as new. Mike and Castle Collision have a customer and a friend for life. I had the unfortunate luck to have someone run into my leased car's driver's side door when I was stopped at a stop sign. Insurance covered everything, and sent me to Castle Collision in Westbury to get my door replaced. Upon entering, I was greeted by the office manager, Paula, whose smile and kindness helped me get through the unpleasantness of having to get one's car fixed. I was next greeted by the manager of the business, and then my individual case manager, both of whom went over the top in customer service. I received updates on my car, and never had to worry about extending the rental myself, as Castle took care of everything! They even have the rental cars on-site so that Castle is a one-stop-shop for all your car care needs. Wow where do I begin!!! From the moment I called they calmed my nerves and made me feel like everything was going to be okay even though I was a little freaked since my accident. They had me come in immediately and coordinated with enterprise to set up a rental for me. Once I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces. The office space was very professional looking and they had coffee and baked goods for the customers. This shop is AMAZING ! They did IMPECCABLE work on my car, and the staff really knows how to make a customer feel special. The representative who assisted me was named Steven and he treated me like family from start to finish. From making arrangements to have the rental car company on site for when I dropped off my car, to keeping in constant communication with me on the status of my repair, to taking the time to explain the process and to address all of my concerns. Steven made it so that everything was easy for me after my accident. I knew immediately that my car was in great hands with him. This shop is a breathe of fresh air. I got into an accident on LIE and was really shook up, with significant damage to the front of my CRV. I thank God for preserving me. I'm also VERY thankful for Castle. I found them on the Honda website, and got my car to them. I had no previous experience or knowledge of them beyond their ratings. Mike and his Castle staff took excellent care of me, and my car. They helped me get the rental, and did everything with my insurance and even kept my insurance company honest and on their toes. They ensured only Honda approved parts were put on my car even when Insurance Company ordered after market parts. They refused to use them and made the Insurance company order the Original Honda parts and performed a detail while keeping me in the loop on everything with weekly voicemails. Caste Collision is the best Body Shop in NY hands down.They don't go the extra mile to make sure your car is done right,they go the extra 100 miles.My cars passenger side fender had a huge dent and paint missing from it with a couple of scratches.They finish the job really fast and they detail your car (Inside and Out)they also wet sand to.By the way they do a better detail than most detail shops so I think they should open a location for that.When I came to pick up my car it looked like it was Brand New out of the showroom.They are a Professional Body Shop and there name says that having 3 Locations.There staff works really hard in getting cars done and getting them done right.They also gave me a warranty for there work that they did.If you ever need Body Work call Castle you'll be happier than ever. read more

I brought my car in after a tree damaged my roof. My initial visit took no more than about 20 min, which was great. I was helped by Mike who was super helpful the whole way through. My car was in the shop for about 3-4 weeks and Mike called me every few days to give me an update on the progress and what was going on, which was extremely appreciated. The initial time estimate was about 2 weeks for the repairs, so I appreciated not having to wonder about, nor having to call on my own to figure out what was going on when they experienced delays.
