My car unfortunately got rammed by a 18-wheeler truck that took out pretty much the entire right side of my car, on every panel (FML). I came here because of Geico's local recommendation, and because my parents have had good experiences with them. They not only have an auto body shop, but also a Geico representative and rental car desk (Enterprise) all in the same office so I could kill 3 birds with one stone when I brought my car in. Due to the extent of the damage, my car took a grueling 3.5 weeks to return back to me. Keri coach emailed me every few days to give status updates, which I really appreciated so I didn't have to call for updates myself. It was expected to be returned to me on 11/30, but for some reason I didn't receive a call/email that it was ready and had to follow up myself at that point the next day. No biggie, but I was getting restless, needless to say. Keri coach was willing to pick me up in my car, from the train station since I didn't have a ride early enough to get my car by the time I got out of work. Keri Coach Works is very detailed, and although I realize numerous accidents will never make my car 100%, I have the most confidence that 99.99% of it will be great with Keri. Called to inform me my car was ready. Received a subsequent call from enterprise rental saying my car was ready and to come drop off the rental. Then, 30 minutes later, Kerri Coach called to say it was a mistake and they needed more time to fix my car. Essentially they colluded with enterprise. When I dropped off my rental they wanted to charge me the full rate for the extra week it took to fix my car, unbeknownst to my insurance company who were told it was finished a week ago. My car's battery was dead when I went to pick up my car...an indication that it was in fact ready the initial day they called and let it sit in the lot for an extra week. First I checked Yelp and was happy to see that my good friend had used them and was pleased. She also knew of a friend who was happy. Geico made it so easy and there is an Enterprise rental right on the premises...The whole process from the minute that I entered and met Don and then Frank, to they guys at the counter and Stella calling to let me know that my car was ready, was an absolute please. Amazing place if you want to have any bodywork or paintwork done. I was the victim of a hit and run and went here to get my repairs done. Dan and Liz went above and beyond to help me make the truck look new again. They took the time to walk around the truck with me and tell me what work was gonna be done. They even took care of getting rid of some old scratches and fixed an old paint job that was botched by a previous repair shop. The truck looks as good as it did when I got it off the lot. I was treated with professionalism throughout the entire process. The work was completed within days and there were no delays. I actually got the truck back sooner than expected. I also had my rental vehicle waiting for me when I dropped my truck off and when picking up the truck I was in and out within 5 minutes. I can't recommend the place enough. I brought my Pontiac Solstice (black) to have the door repaired /replaced. When I got the car back after the door was replaced it was raining so I couldn't really inspect it much.. The rain let up and I wiped the water off and come to find OVER-SPRAY ALL OVER the CAR!!!!! Even the chrome door handle had over-spray. VERY sloppy job on that part. My detailer, in Oyster Bay saw what had happened. This is the same guy who detailed it 5 days before the accident and there was no rain the entire week. Car was PERRRFECT. Now, I get it back from Keri Coach Works and it look HORRIBLE! now it will cost me another $200 to have it detailed again (exterior only) and get their oversrpray and the water spots from them leaving it to bake in the sun. I came back and they told me IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I left a message with manager and waiting for return call. If it is not taken care of I will be filing a lawsuit. read more

Keri coach works did an absolutely amazing job fixing my tesla model 3 performance after the unfortunate accident that caused over 20k worth of damage. It was a complicated fix on the drivers side into the door panel and the front bumper as well. Even through the pandemic they stayed open and got the job done. They fixed it to the point where it looked even better than new and the car was shining like the day I first bought it back in 2019! I worked specifically with Dan and not only did they handle my claim professionally with extreme ease, they established a very friendly environment and communicated with me ever step of the way during the repair progress. Unfortunately this review recounts a major negative experience. My car had been involved in a collision and my insurance company had recommended Keri Coach because they have a deal with them. So based upon that convenience and the positives from before this should have been a simple and painless procedure. No it was not. When I went to drop the car in for the first time everyone was so polite. They have a claims expert from an auto insurance company with a make shift office in the small waiting areas. Now I never had to use that service before but that should have been one red flag. Then there is a small area for the car rental company who has their computer set up in the same waiting area. This was the set up when I used the service. The adjuster that happened to take my case was named Daniel. Seems they just sit there all day and just take customers as they come in randomly. My insurance covered partial costs for a rental car as I needed a car to get to work while I waited the repairs. The paperwork was expected and I got a decent car to drive for a few days. After leaving the car there I got a call later on with the quote. It was above my deductible cost which meant they would cover the feed after I paid my deductible to the shop. With the damage done and me needing the car fixed I agreed to everything. That was business as usual. I got a call that my car was ready days later. I came in end of day, parked the rental car on the side of the shop and went in to get my own vehicle. Jack was there and made some comment about me cutting it close as he was about to close up for the day. As I was signing the paperwork for the work done and paying the balance of my deductible Jack mentioned that for any survey if anything under a 10 (which is the best possible score) given, please let them know how they could help change that score with any follow up service. Sounded like a standard thing he told customers and at the time I did not see any reason to give anything but a 10. I was told all repairs are guaranteed and he even made sure I handed in my rental keys and signed out. The repairs looked very good. As I was driving away from the shop I noticed the steering was funny. The car kept dragging to the right which was not a natural thing. It definitely did not do that before. Next business day I called the adjuster and his first response to me was that my car probably needed a wheel alignment. I explained that there was no steering issue prior to the collision. He did not seem to want to help but finally agreed to have me bring the car back. This is where things went south on multiple levels. I get into the office and am met with hostility and sarcasm. Jack was trying to give me a physics lesson on how the road is not straight but naturally curved so it may be that the car will tend to go to one side or the other. Daniel the adjuster is still trying to determine when I last had a wheel alignment as well. I politely explain that it is very noticeable when the car steering leans to one side and you have to constantly adjust the wheel which is not natural at all. The owner of the shop Randy rudely interrupts me and says something like I should have my hands on the wheel at all times. Then as I try to explain further how I felt my car was not fixed properly I am interrupted abruptly by Randy again saying that everyone taking about this is pointless. So they reluctantly take the car back and say they will do a wheel alignment for me. I had to get another rental which was more money I had to spend. I felt very threatened and uncomfortable. I received a call sometime later that my car was ready. I went into the office earlier to make sure there were no issues. As I was waiting for my car Jack had me come over to the desk and draws me a picture of a road and again tried tries to explain how the road naturally curves. Well both rental cars had no steering issues and my car before the collision had no steering issues so that nullified all his arguments. He then mentioned the wheel alignment which they graciously did for free (of course they got reimbursed from the insurance company) and then more talk of the curve of the road. I was getting somewhat annoyed and then Jack makes a sarcastic comment saying I look nervous (probably implying the steering issue was my fault). I waited there for a bit with the rental keys. The secretary finally walked up to me to physically take the keys out of my hands probably because they wanted me out. But I wanted to properly hand in the keys to the rental agent whom was busy with someone else. She said it would all be taken care of. I left with that horrible experience. And to add insult to injury I got a parking ticket from the rental company. Apparently the secretary at Keri Coach lied to me and my rental was not processed properly. I hope their attitude has improved over the years. read more

Like GC above, it was implied by the insurance claims adjuster that it would be preferable that I use Kerri Coach vs using my own auto body shop. I had no problem with that assuming that the work they did was comparable to my guy........it wasn't. For starters, the damage to my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali required that a special emerald white paint be used as i paid significant extra money for that color when i leased the truck. I left the truck there two days. I get the call to pick the truck up, settled up with them (cost to repair the rear quarter panel was $2500, less my $1000 deductible) and was about to drive off when i thought i'd give the car a closer look. The entire passenger side of the truck that was painted was a totally different white color, making the truck two toned. A man named Paul was apologetic and said they needed to keep the car an additional two days to correct it. Two days later, i pick the truck up and noticed the cab reeked of paint fumes. I was not going to leave the truck there to correct problem, I just wanted to get out of there. I had to drive home with all windows opened to air car out (which took several days). The next day, i go to gas station to fill my truck up. I opened the gas panel to insert the gas hose........where the gas pipe USED TO BE. To my shock, they had detached the gas pipe and never reattached it, meaning i was driving around with the gas pipe dangling close to the ground. I went back a third time for them to reattach pipe. I then took car to my auto body guy to get his take on the job quality. He opened the rear passenger door and found that they never painted the inside of the door jam. I now have my truck at my auto body to have truck correctly painted which will cost my insurer again to repaint the truck. Lastly, knowing I was unhappy, i have received three emails requesting i complete a survey expressing how "happy" i was with the job quality. I do want to add that the people there are very likable (Stella , Melissa and Chris) , the product however is not nice. read more

I just recently had my car repaired at Keri and I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone there. Don was amazing and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. I dropped my car on a Monday morning and it was fixed by first thing Friday morning. They did such an amazing job that I feel like I have a brand new car! Not only did they fix the damage perfectly but they vaccines and washed the car and even put air in my tires (I had been avoiding this for months!). I have had to have my car brought to Keri Coach Works on 2 occasions for significant damage in 2 different accidents. Each time, the people there were extremely helpful, pleasant, polite, and in the last case which was an accident, expressed a lot of concern over the people in the car and their safety/health (which is the most important thing after an accident). Their crew explains everything clearly, answers all questions up front, in easy to understand terms, walks you through the process, and does it all without constant calls and details. My (parked) truck was hit in a snow storm and Geico told me I had to go to this body shop. The shop itself was awesome, they had my car done in 4 days. My issue was with Geico and their use of after-market parts. I had recently purchased nerf bars for my Jeep, that I was going to attempt to install myself. But I figured they had my truck anyways. So I asked them and they installed them for me and charged me what they charge Geico for the labor!!! All nice people here AND there is a car rental kiosk at the front desk. read more

GAVE US A $10,000 NIGHTMARE -VERY DISHONEST AND NO REGARD FOR THE SAFETY OF ITS CUSTOMERS- I had my car towed there after an accident because they are an authorized shop for State Farm. The whole passenger side of the car was destroyed and the airbags had deployed. My car had cost $21,000 brand new and Keri Coach insisted to State Farm that they could repair my car for $15,000 rather than total the car. They kept my car for a month and made me run up a $1500 car rental bill. Before they returned my car, Keri Coach told me that they had inspected it with a factory tool from Nissan and that it had passed and was fine. The next day the dashboard said that the tire needed air but the manual air gauge said the tire was fine. The same day the car suddenly got stuck in the Drive position and could not be shifted into park or Reverse! The tow truck took the car back to Keri Coach. The next day they told me that they had made a small adjustment and insisted that I accept the car back a 2nd time. I refused and notified State Farm and Keri Coach that evidently the car has undiagnosed mechanical damage and is unsafe to drive. State Farm said it was up to Keri Coach whether or not to total out the car. Keri refused even though they knew it was not possible to safely repair the car because they wanted to make the upwards of $15,000 for the repairs. I had no choice but to trade the car in at a dealer as soon as I picked it up from Keri because I'm not going to risk my life in a dangerous car. But this has cost me $10,000. I'm currently proceeding against Keri Coach by all available legal means in an effort to recouped at least part of the money I had to spend to dispose of the unsafe car they forced me to accept. The bad thing is that this unsafe car will now be on the road again putting another driver, their passengers and other motorists and pedestrians at risk. read more

I brought my car to Kerri Coach Work to be repaired. when I went to pick it up for the "first" time there was new damage in several places that the shop caused due to sloppy work and there lack of respect for the vehicle. after an Additional 2 weeks I finally get my vehicle back, looks good (thanks to my insurance company breathing down there neck) Not worth the stress, aggravation,time off of work etc.. My right front fender popped out when I went through a snow bank. Also there was a small piece of the grill which also came out. This business quoted me a repair estimate of $1500. I was told I needed a new right front fender and a new grill. I was told the job would take 4-6 days. The second auto body shop I went to popped everything back in in 3 minutes at no charge. He also put in a small black piece. Keri Coach either was ripping me off or don't know what they are doing. Probably the former. My rating is really minus five stars, not one star. read more

Terrible job! They painted over the side mirror directional signal which they left very loose and almost falling off. The moon roof wasn't working. There was a bubble in the bumper they gave me. Crooks. Liars. Cheats. I took my car here to be fixed. The guy gave me an estimate. Then when I decided to actually have the car fixed, I went to take it to this place, and they said the estimate was wrong. So I went back to, as they said, have another look at the car. I went back, and the individual I spoke with was sitting there texting on his phone while I was there during my lunch hour to get the new estimate. Then I asked the guy to send me the new estimate by email. He would not, however, complete the estimate until I said to him that I would do the repairs. In other words, he wanted me to commit to using them before he even told me how much it would cost. In addition, he asked me to put a deposit down on the parts to be ordered. All the while, GEICO had sent me to this place so GEICO would be paying for the repairs. When I called GEICO, they were shocked that this place would want a deposit when they would be paying for the repairs. I called another body shop, and told them the same story, and they said that they were also shocked that they would ask for a deposit when an insurance company would be paying for the repairs. Needless to say, to ask me to commit to repairs, before they would even give me an estimate, I will not ever ever be going to this place. The people who work here are nothing but crooks, liars, cheats, shysters and are interested only in making a buck rather than providing a service. I told GEICO about this situation, and, hopefully, GEICO will refrain from referring people to this fourth rate sewer. read more

It took them awhile to repair my auto properly. I was rear end in an auto accident; brought the car in for an estimate on a Saturday; was told to come back on Monday since the estimator/adjuster is off on Saturdays; came back on Monday morning; was told to come back the next following Monday since July 4th was on Friday at the end of the week and would not get back car before the weekend; left my car on the second Monday with the body shop; was called after 2 days to come pick up my car, that it was ready and finished, went on Thurdays to pick up my car; pointed out 5-6 things that were not corrected; was told to leave the car and pick in up the following day, finally picked up the car on Saturday where "all" the repairs where done. When I left the body shop, I drove immediately to the Valero gas station to put gas in my car and notice the body shop missed some damage to the rear of my car. This is a recommended shop of my insurance company that is why I went to Keri Coach. My experience with the body shop is that they are too quick to finish and get paid; I was told by Don from Keri Coach "that I have a good eye" . I wish I could have given tthem 5 stars but was disappointed when I showed up to pick up my car. I spent 30 minutes showing them what they missed and they agreed with me on everything I pointed out to them. read more
