I called her immediately on Wednesday morning to please fix the name and the delivery charge At 4:00 p.m. on the day of the viewing the basket of daisies was there and it was so full of nothing but daisies that the effect of the gerbers was completely thrown off. I'm not real sure We need the extra money on those flowers. They looked overfull And crammed together. Plus, there were no ribbons with the names and the misspelling was STILL on the card. I called and she answered from her car and she turned around and immediately brought me a new card. But the damage had been done, my mother in law had seen the card and we still didn't get any name ribbons... And that free delivery? Not free. I can see why Karen is successful and has a high feedback rating because she is very nice and very customer service forward. However at the end of the day, and especially at a funeral...
