Recently one of my AC unit has stopped working, after scheduling 2 separate visit from 2 separate companies and have no AC for about a week, they both suggested i need to replace my unite on the roof for almost $10 K, then I have got introduced to David who responded to my call the same day and showed up at my place only to tell me that he can fix the unit for $500, he scheduled a come back next day, called in advance to tell me the price of the board that he needed to replace and 2 hours later my AC was up and running. He went beyond what we asked him and checked my other unit which was not working properly and apparently needed a service very badly (considering we juts bought this house and did not know the condition of that AC package). Omar from Temperature Control came by the next monday and he cleaned up my other AC for almost half of the price of the other companies. they are very professional, on time and care for the costumer. My hot water heater pilot went out and I needed a quick fix. I called Castleworks Home Services Company and they were willing to come out that same day. I opted for a repairman to come out the next day to check why the pilot is going out. This was the 2nd time in 6 months that I had this problem. Luis Valencia was the technician that was sent out and he quickly targeted the smart brains of my water heater had to be replaced. It turned out that me heater was over 10 Years old, so I opted to have the unit replaced since the cost was only a little more for a new unit. Luis was able to make the installation happen on the same day and was very professional and did an excellent job. Since my hot water heater is located inside a closet in the middle of my house, there is very limited space to maneuver. He was very neat with minimal disruption to my living area with the removing of the old heater and the installation of the new. I would definitely recommend theses folks for water heater service. Highly Recommend! My 40gallon water heater needed to be replaced and is located in the attic area of the 2nd floor. So not a simple swift replacement. The person scheduling the appointment is very friendly and efficient. Took down my information and an appointment was scheduled very quickly. Scott (castleWorks tech.) and his helper were amazing. They arrived well prepared for the task on hand. Very professional, friendly and kept me informed on the replacement steps that they were following. Unfortunately it started raining just as they arrived but they were prepared. They protected the furniture and covered the carpet with plastic wrap all the way up to 2nd floor. They even removed a shoe cabinet that was anchored to the wall so it doesn't get damaged Took down the old unit and installed the new. First, personality goes a long way with any service, and Thomas was very easy going with a ready smile and an infectious laugh. Second, Thomas did not "pull any punches" as he told us of our water quality and all the ways the loss of our hot water could be remedied. Third, he gave us a long list (along with recommendations) of our options. Nice to have a choice. Fourth, he worked diligently until the removal of the failed unit was taken out and the new one was replaced. Not an easy task moving a refrigerator and shelving. New connectors, valves, insulation, pan, straps and emergency shut-off were installed and explained to our understanding. Fifth, CastleWorks took our credit card. Our Noritz tankless water heater had started alternately scalding us and freezing us in the shower. I went to the Noritz site to find their authorized service people and that led me to CastleWorks. Lee and Dan came out a few hours after I called, diagnosed the problem, explained our options, and answered all of our (okay, my wife's) NUMEROUS questions about said options. There was no pressure to choose something more expensive than we needed or to rush into adding more equipment right away (we are considering a water treatment system but there are complications because of our water setup). Despite having to go very far afield for parts due to issues at a nearer warehouse, they got the job done the same day they started it. Overall, even though my old Water tank leaked, making it unusable , the pain and worry was lessened thanks to Scott and Mike....Castleworks who came on a weekend both Saturday and Sunday! I've had a heater that did not work for a few years. I finally decided to get it fixed because of how cold my house would get. Put in a new tankless water heater less than 3 yrs ago (spent thousands of $$$ on this)- have had multiple problems ever since and have lived without hot water for days Supposed to have a tech come this afternoon and he texted me he was on his way. An hour and a half later- noone is here- I called them and they said he got stuck on a job!! I left work to be here and no idea when someone will fix my hot water heater!!!!! UPDATE: They came out this morning as promsised and fixed the current issue To their credit- The GM called me last night and said they would replace the unit with another brand they find more reliable (New generation of Noritz w Bluetooth) I am sure they will schedule the replacement as promissed and have a new unit in the next couple of weeks-in the meantime I have hot water again! read more

I needed to find out why I was only getting warm water for a couple days. I called the company and within 24 hours they came and found out I needed a new heater. However, since my Water Heater was eight years old, Miguel Lopez, the technician, told me it might be better to get a brand new water heater since mine probably wasn't gonna last too long and that I had needed to flush it at least every two years which I never had known before. He wasn't pushy at all and let me find out from my daughter another quote from her plumber. It turned out that Castleworks was much less money and for the same exact water heater.
