If I could give no stars I would. Just got done getting my transmission and coolant changed. Get back home leaking oil. Open it up dipstick just on the engine. Took it back they just put the dip stick back say it's fine. On my way back home car shuts off and last I check over heating. WONDERFUL WORK. I HAD A WORKING CAR AND NOW ITS NOT WORKING. Update 1: So they sent someone over to look at my car and apparently my radiator is blown. Funny cause before that my car worked fine. If the radiator was broken or even suspect why didn't they say anything to me? The girl at the front just told me it's done I paid and said my car was outside. I read reviews about this place but thought eh can't be too bad and now I have a car that I can't drive. Update 2: So now they are compromising and saying they have a replacement part but we pay for service. My dad is still really pissed that the car might be damaged. What I'm still really pissed about is that I drove it back initially and said it was leaking. All they did was put the transmission dip stick back and send me on my way. If they had only done even a cursory check I wouldn't have to deal with my car shutting off on the road. Final update: Just don't want to deal with jiffy lube anymore. Taking it to personal mechanic. Update 09/19: removed the grey colored pads they gave me to put under the car last night because I thought it wasn't leaking and in fact, it is still leaking, the pads were just masking it. Now there are new spots on the garage floor. Update 09/18: I went back about a week ago and the mechanic (I did not get his name) let me go below and look at the drain plug and pan. Neither looked to be stripped. He did show me that they had replaced my drain plug with one of theirs at some point - it was not the factory drain plug (you can see it in my posted photo). I don't know why it was replaced because that was never mentioned in previous visits. He replaced the drain plug and gasket again and since then it has not leaked. I upped my star count because they allowed me to go down and watch but still disappointed in the fact that they continue to tell me that's not the car that is leaking and do not believe me. Update: they were actually open on Sunday so I went back. They said they just needed to tighten the filter and drain plug and it should be fine. As of today 09/05 it's still leaking. Not as much but it wasn't leaking at all before and it shouldn't leak. Here is my experience so far: Last Tuesday I came in to get my oil changed. I've been here a couple of times before and everything went well. I went out of town for work and my car sat until Saturday morning. Pulled the car out of the garage and noticed fresh oil on the garage floor. Drove immediately back to this Jiffy Lube and told them my car was leaking oil. They looked at the car and said there weren't any oil leaks and I showed them the photos of my garage floor. They asked us if we had any other cars that parked there - no and I took the photo right after I pulled my car out. They just kept saying that there weren't any leaks. They took my husband down below and let him look and my husband said it looked like they had wiped everything down. We went home thinking they probably tightened up whatever was loose and just didn't want to own up to it but it was fixed. That night we left for dinner and another puddle in the floor. My husband jacked the car up and took photos of the under side and just as suspected it's leaking. Now it's Sunday and they aren't open and a much bigger puddle in the garage and I'm going to have to miss work to bring the car back on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday and they are probably closed. Found out I needed to make an overnight trip to Georgia last minute (family emergency). My oil needed changing before the trip. It's 6:00pm, I have to work all day the next day and leave immediately for Georgia after. Google did not bring up this Jiffy Lube, I was headed to Wal-Mart and going to throw myself at their mercy because I called 4 times on the way over without an answer. Passed Jiffy Lube right before getting to Wal-Mart and pulled up to see if they were still open. To my surprise they were open until 7:00! It was about 6:15 at this point and they happily still accepted me. Hopped right on my car. 5 minutes later she verified that I wanted full synthetic instead of a blend. Offered me some basic other services that I planned on handling myself. Out of there by 6:35 with a clean car and fresh oil! Thank you for the great experience! !!! DO NO BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS GOD AWFUL PLACE!!! These people are crooks! I took my car in for a routine oil change, after having had no issues with them prior. If they recommended a new filter, I paid for it. I made the mistake of trusting them. On my 3rd visit, everything seemed to go as usual. The girl at the front desk came in shortly after telling me I needed a new air filter, which again, I agreed to, asking if a start my car a special way. I was confused by her question, since most cars seem to start the same. Key in the ignition, turn to the right...not much involved in that. I asked her why she asked, to which she replied that my vehicle was having issues starting. I am beyond baffled at this, since I've been driving around all day every day with no issues at all for the last couple of months since my last visit. They start the car in front of me at which point all I hear is clicking noises. By this time, I became furious. I drive a 2016 Chevy Tahoe, always maintained well, but for the last three times, I went to Jiffy Lube. The guy working on my car, I think Devone is his name, tells me my battery or alternator may be the problem. Please keep in mind, my car has only been with them for the last hour or more! He proceeded to tell me that the battery was fine, and it may be the alternator. Both services are offered by these crooks! After doing a few google searches, it seemed more than one person has had issues like this with Jiffy Lube. This Devone guy then tells me that my battery is completely dead. I don't know what they did, but I know they did not service my vehicle properly. They did replace my battery, and it seemed to start up just fine. Anything to make a sale I suppose! My husband came up to the shop after I told him my car wouldn't start, and helped these morons put in a new battery, because they have no clue what they are doing! After leaving there, we took the old battery to be tested, which was dead, shockingly enough...the alternator was also tested, and worked fine! I left the place we tested the battery and alternator at, and realized my car had an awful smell. I've taken photos as proof of EVERYTHING, including my husband putting in my new battery. In addition to this, I wanted to be sure that my oil change and filter were done properly, taking my car to be looked at by a mechanic who always changed my oil. After a few minutes, he discovered that my filter was not closed properly and my battery was not screwed on properly, missing one of the bolts holding the battery on. Little did I know that in proper filter installation would leave the engine open to dirt and debris, which can cause severe damage to the engine. To top it off, after removing the air filter completely that they installed, dirt and debris were in the cabin. I have no personal vendetta against any of these people, I just want to inform the rest of you guys what shady crooked and awful things these people do. I will be in touch with their manager in the morning, but in the meantime, I'm having everything that they have touched rechecked. I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Jiffy Lube in Burleson, specifically TAYLOR (Mechanic) and TYLER. They are Top notch and truly caring people that deserve a HUGE kudos!!! So my daughter (Who has been working really hard to save money to fix her used car), went to get in the car to go to work at 7:45am and it would not start! DEAD ALTERNATOR! (She just had to get a new battery 1 month ago)...So I called another place first and got a quote and then called Jiffy Lube and Taylor actually price matched the other quote that I had from another place! (Thank you Taylor)...So my daughter went to pick up the car (BTW, it is Saturday and they got her car fixed in no time at all). So she went to pick up her car and TYLER was completing her ticket and asked her how her day was going. She replied "Not so good, its been horrible" and he apologized and said listen, I am going to try and make it better. He took out 2 coupons and applied them to her bill!!!!! So after all was said and done, she got almost 50% off of the Original Price that was quoted for the work that was done! THANK YOU TAYLOR and TYLER for being such kind, and compassionate gentlemen!!! took my car there on September 7th. September 8th I could smell coolant September 9th the upper radiator outlet broke off. it's right next to the oil filter on my car. I asked them to fix it and pay for my tow truck. they said they didn't damage it and that it just broke on it's own. avoid this place. shotty work and even worse customer service. just a bunch of worthless people there. read more

UPDATE. I came in to get a oil change, my tire was perfectly fine. I noticed as I was about to leave, my air pressure light was on so I stopped, got out and asked the ladies why it was on. They assured me that it was because they aired it up and that it just needed to be driven on, now I have a flat tire. I am one to always check my tires because my air pressure light is sensitive, and when it doesn't come after I've driven awhile on it I check. I'm just overly cautious. It hasn't come on for multiple months and then the moment I go here I have a flat tire. I called up and she said that I just have bad luck and they did nothing wrong. Do not take your car here, they will just mess it up and blame you for their mistakes. They're expensive anyways, I only took my car here because Walmart is closed because of quarantine. Apparently I do have bad luck because they forgot to put the air filter in as well. Thankfully they put it in immediately and I appreciate that. For them being cooperative and putting it in after they were closed I gave another star. read more

HORRIBLE, I got my "oil changed" I paid for synthetic oil and they didn't fill my oil up. About a month later my engine started making a horrible noise, I took it to my dealership and they told me there wasn't oil in it. So Cameron the manager came to the dealership took a bunch of bs photos and told me he'd send me an "incident report" and corporate will call me; it's been about a week and I haven't received it as well as the phone call. And when I called Cameron said "we are going to deny any claim you make" so not only did they mess up my perfectly good engine they aren't even paying for the new engine that I need. DO NOT GO HERE!! They're money hungry and will do anything to get you back in to give more money. I'm very disappointed and furious because this could've all been avoided if oil was put into my vehicle.
