I know how to do it myself, but I have to do it myself every single time I get my car serviced because the dealership doesn't. In the short time I was there, there were many more positive, helpful, informative moments, which isn't a normal occurrence when getting your car serviced. It's the small things like that, little details and thorough customer service, that really made this a really great experience. It's a bit further from home than my normal place, but I'm glad I ventured out. I have emailed Take 5's corporate office four different times over the past month with all of my documentation and receipts, and I have not received a single response. Not even an acknowledgment that my emails were received. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer after your company's negligence caused additional expenses is unacceptable. I expected accountability and professionalism. Instead, I've been met with complete silence. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location. Not only did they fail to complete the oil change, they also completely overlooked the screw in my tire, which could have led to a dangerous situation had I continued driving without knowing. None of the services I requested were done. I left with the same issues I came in with--except now with less trust in this location's competence and professionalism. If you value your time and your safety, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. This shop has proven they cannot be trusted with even the most basic automotive services.
