The employees said they were now not allowed to help me as they have many times in the past. As I was slowly walking down the aisle with my two 65 pound dogs, a young male employee came running out from the cash registers, yelling into his phone as he dashed outside in front of us. He scared all three of us, almost causing me to fall. This is not the first time I've seen him totally out of control. I never saw my groomer who worked on both dogs. She wasn't there at check in or check out. The worst day I've had at Petsmart.

The only downside for me is the time limitation at the self-wash stations. I have a French Bulldog, and because of their sensitive skin and tendency toward allergies, it's very important that they are completely dried after bathing. If their skin stays damp for too long, it can cause problems. Sometimes the time restriction makes it a bit challenging to properly dry my dog.
