She was so communicative and helpful. I was at home alone with my 3 month old and she helped by carrying my frenchie out to the vehicle (because she hates grooming with a passion and will only go by dragging). One of the groomers, Lindsay is ssooooo rude. I asked the owner a simple question and she YELLS from the back a very nasty and rude response in regards to my dog. They are very rude up here. Please be careful especially with Lindsay.... I strongly believe she abused my dog once or twice and we've gone to them for a while. If you're unable to do your job then you should let the customer know so they can find someone who can and not just take their money and do a half ass job.
