Great dealership experience. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Ross in Sales and Ashley in Finance were great to work with and awesome at helping me get the car I've been wanting. They both had the patience and push through to get me approved and get the payment I wanted. Anyone looking for a great car buying experience and great cars in excellent condition check this place out.

Bought a Mercedes C300 in excellent condition. The car was in pristine condition, low milage, and hasn't had issues since I bought it 2 years ago.

Ali and his team are the greatest ! Got my s2000 here and the whole time we were working out the deal there was no peer pressure or anything and they answered any questions I had . I expressed concerns about the car missing the tool kit in the trunk and they went out of there way to order it and ship it to my house ! Definitely will be coming back for my next car !

No pressure tactics, no surprise fees, fair pricing, and a quick and easy transaction. It's refreshing compared to the typical used car dealer experience, and I genuinely appreciated that. The Bad: I drove off the lot and immediately noticed two warning lights on the dash: charging port fault and airbag. You know how cars flash a few lights on startup and they disappear within seconds? That's what I assumed. Besides, you're spending $50K+ on a car and you don't expect to drive away with these active warnings. I simply trusted Zed on that. Both turned out to be real issues. $1,400 paid to fix it. During my inspection, one of the Falcon Wing doors hesitated when opening. Zed said it was probably the sun, shade, or dust interfering. I took his word for it. It wasn't. $650 quote from Tesla. One week later, a steering rack warning appeared. $4,000 quote. Total damage in week one: over $6,000 on top of the purchase price. My Take: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know about these issues. But either way, it's clear these cars aren't being thoroughly inspected before they hit the lot. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, but $6,000+ in repairs within a week makes 4 stars hard to justify. Would I buy from here again? "Maybe..." But next time I'm bringing my own inspector, spending more time on the test drive, and checking every light, every panel, and every moving part myself. Bottom line: Good dealer. Smooth process. But do NOT skip a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Do NOT assume the car is in good condition because you're having a good experience during your time at the dealership.

Update: In less…read morethan 2 years since buying this car, I've had to put about $4000 into repairs. Water and engine oil tanks were both cracked and had to be replaced. (There was actually a warranty/recall on the engine oil tank but by the time I figured it out, it was too late. It seems the dealership could've gotten it fixed for free but didn't...). Intake manifold flap was faulty and had to be replaced. Tires had to be changed and all brakes needed maintenance only a few months in. Etc. I accept that I bought this car "as is," but I was told certain things worked, and given representations about the cars condition, such as "It's been well-maintained..." and they were blatant lies. This was my first time buying my own car and I didn't know exactly how to check these things. They took advantage of that. I regret buying this car from them and I will never go to a sketchy used car dealer like this again. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake as me. Buyer beware. Do not buy cars from Nash.

I flew in from the Bay Area and bought the car without seeing it in-person. The process was professional, easy, and completely stress-free. A special thank you to Morris, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt good about my purchase. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made the buying experience that much better. Morris went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The Cayenne is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, and I truly feel like I had a first-class buying experience. It's clear that Carbeeco cares about both the vehicles they sell and the customers they work with. If you're looking for a high-quality vehicle and want to work with someone you can trust, I highly recommend Carbeeco and especially Morris. I would absolutely buy from them again!

Liars. Liars. Liars…read more They don't even deserve this 1 star. Ever since I bought my Sienna here, I've had brake squeaks. I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

Scammers. Thieves. They sell bad cars and then refuse to take responsibility…read more I bought a car from this place and was GUARANTEED by the salesperson that there were no mechanical issues with it. I even have him ON VIDEO stating that there were no mechanical problems with the vehicle. Now that I have the car and the problems have continued, he completely denies ever saying it. The second I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted them about it, and instead of properly diagnosing and repairing the vehicle, they simply RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT like that somehow fixed the problem. They told me that if the light came back on, they would fix it. Well, BOOM -- the check engine light came back on, and the car was having serious acceleration problems. I brought the car back to them, and they claimed they had "fixed it." I drove home from the lot and the ENGINE STALLED. The power steering went out, and I nearly crashed. This was not some minor inconvenience -- I was put in a potentially life-threatening situation because I was driving a vehicle that I was told had no mechanical issues. They took the car back again and claimed they "fixed it" AGAIN. I got the vehicle back, drove it for maybe 2-3 days, and BOOM -- the check engine light came back on. Then the engine died again. When I tried starting it, the entire vehicle was shaking violently. I called them immediately to explain what was happening, and instead of taking responsibility or trying to help, they told me it was MY problem and THEIR problem was supposedly over. It gets even worse. I was told they hoped I would break down on the side of the road. I was also threatened and told that if I came to the business, they would "kick my ass." Seriously? THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS IN AMERICA. If a customer buys a vehicle from you after being told there are no mechanical issues, and the vehicle immediately develops serious mechanical problems, stalls while driving, loses power steering, and repeatedly throws a check engine light, the responsible thing to do is address the problem -- NOT threaten the customer, intimidate them, deny what was promised, and tell them it is their problem. I have video evidence of the salesperson telling me there were no mechanical issues with the vehicle, and now he denies saying it. At this point, this isn't just about buying a bad car. It's about the way customers are treated when they come back with legitimate safety and mechanical concerns. I strongly recommend anyone considering buying a vehicle here GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing, and document every conversation and promise made by the dealership. Needless to say, the only reason I would recommend buying a car here is if you want to spend your time dealing with mechanical problems, threats, intimidation, and potentially taking the dealership to court. Absolutely terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle or an honest dealership.
