Also emailed Dave and Lisa, providing the details of our past order- waiting on a reply. Our request is simple: do you have access to past order history or not? We were planning on reaching out to the company after our windows are installed for assistance in reattaching them- maybe we need to look at other companies. Franchise owner called me and threatened to call Yelp about my review. Lisa said their office does not retain records from 2006 and that it was unacceptable that I trashed her business on Yelp, especially since I called the business the day after Thanksgiving. Enter Rod, who came in with patience and expertise. He actively listened to what knowledge we already had and asked probing questions to help better understand which options to show us. After learning about the differences between manufacturers and materials, we landed on Hunter Douglas New Style composite/hybrid shutters and with Rod's guidance, picked out a mix of panel/bi-fold options, the right height dividing rails, shade of white, proper mounting and frames. Rod was extremely patient with us, walking through each room and helping us understand how things would look in the end with each option.
