I was running late to an appointment and I had my 2 months old in the car, Irene (the owner) offered to bring my coffee out to me so I didn't have to drag my daughter out and I could make my appointment on time. In a word, all of their coffee is phenomenal ! The atmosphere is relaxing and I jokingly say my office is in the corner on the right. The lattes are great! Coffee beans roasted locally and the sweetest barista ever; always with a smile! Irene is the bomb and so aren't the lattes; as is, with non-dairy milk, or with flavorings they are all excellent espresso drinks and drip coffee. Love the blend of people when they are busy... always can find parking on the street even if I'm just running in... but if not it's easy to park on the side of the building....it' a sweet block to walk down anyways! read more

Very good! Never noticed this place until I had to find a place to meet with a client. I love how when I walked in the owners (I assume that's who they were) smiled and greeted me. Very genuine. I hate it when you walk into a business and no one acknowledges you. Business owners need to remember that I can go somewhere else but I CHOSE your business today. I was looking for something hot, creamy but with no sugar. I was recommended a drink "caramel...something" sorry, I cannot remember it but it was GOOD! Nice spot.
