We had no issues with the vehicle and they supplied the helmets, goggles and a cooler with ice and waters. We had tried to research where to go but the interactive map guide was great. The staff also helped us pick some trails and tried to text us with closures. All in all - great family memories. Hopefully we will be able to come back to Sedona in the future when trails are open and we would rent here again.

We were picked up in a small luxury bus that seated 14 people. Our tour guide was Sheldon and he was absolutely wonderful! He had a cooler filled of water waiting for us on the bus too. Our first stop was Horseshoe Bend. It was so gorgeous there ! The hike to the bend is about 1.5 miles round trip and it's actually up-hill in both directions. It's not bad at all though. There's no shade so I wouldn't like doing it during the summer! It's also a sandy trail so wear appropriate shoes! Our next stop was Glen Canyon Dam. This is where we were given our boxed lunch. The view here was so pretty ! It was nice to sit in the grass and look over the dam during lunch. The boxed lunch was really good too ! It was a turkey sandwich on marbled rye bread, Poor Brothers kettle chips, macaroni or potato salad, and a chocolate chip cookie. Our final stop was Antelope Canyon. We were handed off to another tour company in Page run by the Navajo. We got into the back of their truck and were driven to the canyon. It was about 15 minutes from the tour company. Our guide was great, although I can't remember his name. The canyon itself is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life ! The Navajo guides space the tours out and keep them moving so it's not a clusterf*ck inside. They also take great pictures for you ! I noticed the guide was putting my iPhone on the "chrome" setting and adjusting the brightness. All pictures turned out great ! Make sure to put your phone down and enjoy this place though ! We had plenty of bathroom stops to and from this trip. We stopped at the Cameron Trading Post, so if you're looking for Navajo souvenirs, you're in luck ! I would also recommend bring breakfast or snacks too.

We didn't know that the pick up time would be at 615am from our hotel followed by a 3 hour drive to page, however time flew by! The entire way up, our driver Shelton, shared some awesome history about the regions we were going through. We made plenty of potty breaks along our trek. He took us to horseshoe bend, Glen Canyon Dam and Antelope Slot Canyon. We were provided a rather large lunch too! Overall the trip was an all day experience however it did not seem to drag on as some other tours I have been on. I would highly recommend this tour, even to locals. You will see a side of Arizona that will amaze you!

A MUST TO DO IN SEDONA!…read more This would be the third time visiting Sedona in the past three years. Before we had our personal vehicle, we used to go off-road to the trailhead for the Devil's Bridge Trail. However, as the driver, we don't normally get to enjoy the scenic views like our passengers can. Today, we had the pleasure of riding with Lee. SHE IS AMAZING!!! Lee was full of energy and had a lot of knowledge of Sedona, its landscape, and G-wiz. Definitely made this private tour an awesome event this Christmas vacation for our family. At our party were just two adults with one three-year-old. Lee wanted to ensure that we had the proper booster seat or child car seat that would work best for our son. This tour that we had gone on was the Red Rock West. She did brief me that a portion of the trail would be the same route that I had taken a few years back when we drove to the Devil's Bridge Trailhead. I was honestly fine with it, like how I mentioned that I drove that trail before. This time, being the passenger princess, it was nice to actually learn more about Sedona and its beauty. A big benefit was that I could fully enjoy the roller coaster without strategizing my lines going over this dirt road. During this trail, we did have a part where we got gotten of the Jeep and walked around, even exploring the preserved log cabin from the first pioneer of Sedona. As a bumpy-rated trail, it had enough bumps, challenging climbs/descents, and beautiful scenery to keep all parties happy. It was fun, challenging, and absolutely a great time from start to finish. The two hour tour is amazing, but if you've got the time and the coin, rent it for the entire day and explore the whole areas trails. I'll certainly be doing it. The next time I come through Sedona. They do thorough checks of the vehicles after you rent them, so if you're gonna play around excessively, buy the insurance! All in all, it was a great time and we finished the day happy and very satisfied with the fees we paid.

What we actually encountered felt completely misrepresented. The trail was extremely rough, intensely dusty, steep in multiple sections, and far more treacherous than advertised. This was not a casual or beginner-friendly ride by any reasonable standard. Had the terrain been described honestly, we would never have booked this excursion. I have pre-existing back issues, and the constant violent jolting over deeply rutted terrain made the ride physically painful and stressful instead of enjoyable. By the end, it felt less like sightseeing and more like being shaken inside a paint mixer full of red desert dust. Adventure is one thing. Accurate disclosure is another. Customers deserve a realistic explanation of trail conditions, difficulty level, and physical impact before spending money and putting themselves at risk. Sedona is beautiful, but this experience left us disappointed and feeling misled.

The check-in process was very easy and the people working were very friendly. We received a detailed map with turn-by-turn directions so we didn't fear getting lost. Don't get me wrong, I did have a good time, but it was too jerky for me. If you're debating, do it!
