Located in cottonwood about 1 hour south of Sedona. Fun fun fun! I want to go again 10 times!…read more This is usually a self guided kayak excursion. Ben came with us today, a special treat and he is amazing, had knowledge of the river, plants, birds. He made sure everyone was safe and had a good experience. The time on the website and email are slightly off. It says 10:00a to 1:00p. This is more than enough. Meeting time is 8:45a and you need to be at meeting area by 9:00a. Then you get on a shuttle for a 10 minute drive to go up river where you will launch. So you car is at the end point of kayaking. We got a tandem inflatable kayak which cost about $150 for 2 people. There are taxes and don't forget gratuities, in cash. Don't know if they take venmo or Zelle. The adventure...so most of it is easy slow floating. There are a few spots where it flows faster and you may have to steer trees and rocks. We came in last week of August, so low water season. The river is only 3-4 feet deep in the majority of places. The weather was perfect today at around 70sF near 9:00a and around 82F at 10:00a. High is 88F at 2-3p. It rained in the last few days so we got very fast flow and completed our trip from 9:00 to 11:15am ish. We were down changing and in the car by 11:30a. In the 2.5 duration, you may get out on land halfway and take a snack / water break and stretch legs for circulation. We were told that high water season is spring. Something about May being the month where they let water out so water is lower then as well. The Verde river provides water to Phoenix. You can be all levels and come. The guide will give you general instructions in the beginning and provide life vests. All ages kids and toddlers can come. If your kid is smaller than perhaps age 12, you may need to bring your own baby or kid sized life vest for them. Your butt and arms, and bag will be wet. They suggest a zip lock bag to hold your phone and wallet, but bring any backpack. It will get a little muddy from your feet (just clean it at home). Definitely need hat, sunglasses. Suggest to bring 1-2 liters of water and snacks. You have time to eat 1 hour in on the land. Suggest you to wear swim suit or quick dry T shirt, and board shorts (for surfing, boogie boarding) or quick dry hiking shorts and water shoes like Teva. There is a lot of trees on the route but you'll get sun. They do not take more than 11-12 people at a time. I hope this helps. I look forward to coming again.

We ventured on the rocky, bumpy trail called "Lil Outlaw". Ian most expertly managed our Jeep, sharing with us Sedona's history, culture, scenic points incl. canyons, climate influenced rock formations and geological makeup of this amazing terrain. We brought bottles of water and chicken salad tortilla wraps (homemade by The Lass and GranTyke; The Lad acted as a culinary consultant..:) This was mid level tour which included a few mild drops and plenty of bumpy off-road riding. A MUST TO DO IN SEDONA!…read more This would be the third time visiting Sedona in the past three years. Before we had our personal vehicle, we used to go off-road to the trailhead for the Devil's Bridge Trail. However, as the driver, we don't normally get to enjoy the scenic views like our passengers can. Today, we had the pleasure of riding with Lee. SHE IS AMAZING!!! Lee was full of energy and had a lot of knowledge of Sedona, its landscape, and G-wiz. Definitely made this private tour an awesome event this Christmas vacation for our family. At our party were just two adults with one three-year-old. Lee wanted to ensure that we had the proper booster seat or child car seat that would work best for our son. This tour that we had gone on was the Red Rock West. She did brief me that a portion of the trail would be the same route that I had taken a few years back when we drove to the Devil's Bridge Trailhead. I was honestly fine with it, like how I mentioned that I drove that trail before. This time, being the passenger princess, it was nice to actually learn more about Sedona and its beauty. A big benefit was that I could fully enjoy the roller coaster without strategizing my lines going over this dirt road. During this trail, we did have a part where we got gotten of the Jeep and walked around, even exploring the preserved log cabin from the first pioneer of Sedona. As a bumpy-rated trail, it had enough bumps, challenging climbs/descents, and beautiful scenery to keep all parties happy. We booked two ATVs that each fit two people. The staff were very flexible with timing and allowed…read moreus to push our reservation back by about 30 minutes, which we really appreciated. When you arrive, you sign a waiver and watch a safety video that goes over the basics before heading out. They provide helmets in a variety of sizes as well as goggles. Unfortunately, the goggles I received had a broken cushion. I didn't notice until we had already started the ride. I was able to push them up and keep them in place, but they should probably check through their equipment and replace items that are broken or worn out. There are two main routes you can take and have plenty enough time to do both: * Outlaw Jeep Trail: this trail is mostly flat and takes you out to the Honanki Ruins. There's a $5 fee to park your ATV there if you want to walk over to see the ruins. It's about a 10-minute walk round trip and a nice quick stop. There are also restrooms there, which is convenient. * Diamondback Gulch: this trail is much steeper and more adventurous with sections that go straight down and straight up. It's definitely the more thrilling of the two. They provide a map and a sheet with step-by-step directions so you know where to turn and stay on the correct path. They also have their phone number posted on the front of the ATV in case you need to call for help. Some feedback: 1. Replace or remove broken equipment. 2. It would be helpful to list suggested speeds for both courses. One driver was going around 30 mph, which felt a bit fast for the flat trail, but I wasn't sure if that was considered safe or normal. 3. Clearer instructions on the trail loops would help. We weren't totally sure if we completed the loop, and we noticed people entering the Diamondback trail from two different spots. Overall, the staff were very friendly, the ATVs were great, and the whole process was smooth and easy. It was a really fun experience. Four hours was a little long for me as a passenger, but I still enjoyed the adventure.

My wife and I rented a Bronco from Anthony at Broncos of Sedona while on vacation. He brought the…read moreBronco to us, clearly explained what the rules were, offered suggestions on trails and was very pleasant. He asked us what trails we planned to do and let us know he would be tracking us. Fuel is included in the price and he picked the Bronco up when we were done. He made it so easy. We scheduled an 8 hour rental to be delivered at 9am to our hotel. That would have put the end of our rental at 5pm. He was gonna be busy elsewhere at that time, so he told us he would appreciate it if we could hold on to it till 6 or 630. We enjoyed our time with the Bronco. It had 30K miles on it, was clean, in excellent condition and had the nice large touch screen. It was a soft top and had the 2.3 Ecoboost so it was noisy. Tolerable for a rental, but if we actually were to buy one we would get a hard top and V6 Ecoboost. One thing what was dissapointing was that the navigation did not work. It said something to the effect that activation was required. I will maintain the 5 star rating because Anthony was a true professional. Not pushy. No attitude, easy going, casual. We are a Ford family, so it was nice to have an alternative to Jeeps or UTVs.

We got to use a brand new 4 door Badlands trim with Sasquatch package. We hit Broken Arrow, Devil's Staircase, Schnebly Hill and a couple other trails as well as driving around town, it handled them all equally well and almost as easily as the RZR. We coordinated with them and they brought the Bronco to us and picked it up from us where we were staying near Cottonwood which made it very easy. We would definitely recommend to others who want to test drive a Bronco or want a cheaper off-roading option to see Sedona than a local RZR or Jeep rental. My wife who doesn't have any off-road driving experience was able to drive it with ease, the big screen and camera on front were a big plus for her.
