Bud was a one man band on the Wednesday we went, and he had our group plus two more people custom fitted with bikes and helmets, seamlessly, efficiently and friendly. He walks you through the itinerary, gives you a quick class, lets you practice in the parking lot, and sends you on your way! (He even gives out his phone number in case you need anything!) Truth be told, we brought a couple of our pocket e-bikes, intending to ride them, but ended up renting his pedal assist bikes instead. Turned out to be a good call with the hills and all, and we weren't afraid of running out of juice. You park at his place, and you're in n out so easily! Hands down the best way to visit Chapel of the Holy Cross and Cathedral Rock! You don't have to wait in line like all the cars do! Go see Bud! read more

First time on an E bike and it was great! Andre went over the operation of the e bike step by step and even let us test ride in the parking lot. Andre laid out a trail on a map to follow and even had us follow home for a 100 yards to get our bearings straight. The e bikes were great, with the hills around Sedona they easily help you climb them with minimal difficulty. We were able to bike to Cathedral Rock on the road only open to the shuttle bus. Did a quick 20 minute hike, snapped some pictures and headed out. Bypassed all the car congestion at the Chapel of the Holy Cross and zoomed all the way to the top where we parked and walked around the beautiful chapel. Our 2 hours flew by on the bikes which are very comfortable and easy to operate. I would definitely recommend EZ Rider to anyone wanting to see Sedona the EZ way read more

Renting Ebike from them was the best part of our Sedona trip!! It was too good I almost didn't wanna share on Yelp... During our 4 hour self tour I can't tell you how many people asked us where to rent these bikes! While everybody else was wasting time looking for parking and stuck in traffic through uptown Sedona, we zoomed and completed all the vortex and some more within just 3.5 hrs. What a great experience. Ish was great who helped us when we arrived. Got us all set up and even took us 8 or so blocks to get us started. We were able to go down to Cathedral Rock when cars weren't allowed due to parking spaces. Folks were walking down/up and it's a climb. We breezed down and up on the electric bikes which were allowed when cars were not. Well worth the money and great service! read more

Amazing place! At first found some other ebikes Yelp tried to lure us too. They didn't pick their phones but I am glad they didn't. Because we found EzRiders as we saw their bikes riding around town and grabbed the number. They were amazing. Genuinely made the whole trip to Sedona an excellent trip. The guides were awesome in explaining how the ebike works (my first time using one), and gave us great pointers of where to go and what to check out. Very nice people. Parking was easy (behind the complex where the business is located). I recommend booking the 4 hour tour and taking your time and really enjoying Sedona. Great way to see the local area, check out the shops and see sights that are a pain to find parking at (or get access to). Be aware that most trails don't allow ebikes on them, which is fine anyway because there is so much to see and do without even getting directly on the trail. I called to see if there were bikes available as etrek adventures and another company weren't picking up their phones.. he answered right away and within the hour we were at his shop filling out paperwork! We told him we wanted to go to Church of the Holy Cross. He gave us a quick-start demo and rode with us a ways and made sure we were comfortable before letting us strike off on our own. His instructions were quick and concise and we were able to ride safely and get to our destination without a map. We finished a little early and he had recommended Cathedral Rock nearby as well. We didn't have to contend with the congested Parking lots and traffic due to the huge influx of Sedona visitors. Drop off was quick and easy. A great way to get around! read more

Bikes are the way to go in Sedona. We rode right past the line of cars at Chapel of the Holy Cross and right up to the chapel. Locked are bikes up, visited the chapel and took in the views. On are way down we passed people that were still trying to park their cars. Next we headed to Cathedral rock. The road was closed because the lots were full. The gentleman at the barricade waved us through and told us the bike rack was in the second parking lot. After climbing Cathedral we rode down to Oak creek village and stopped at Courthouse and Bell Rock. When we were returning the bikes a family in a car said they passed us a couple of roundabouts before and couldn't believe we arrived at the same time. Everyone in the family said the bikes were the best part of our vacation. The only con I have is I wished we could have rented them for 6 hours instead of 4. If I ever go back to Sedona I'll be doing the ebikes again. There are some big uphill climbs and an ebike is the way to go. read more
