The bad: There are no directions, ie: where to locate the mounting holes for the brackets, size of bolts, which end of the strut is up? The kit is somewhat incomplete. I looked online and in the box. Best bumpers in the industry and customer service deserves 10 stars! We had our bumper for about a year, but one slight issue with the powder coating, mainly due to the extreme winter we had. I reached out via email and they were more than helpful. Max (owner), called me and setup a time for me to come the same day since we were on our way back from Tahoe. Knowing my wife and kids were coming, they even emailed me with places to eat nearby since we'd be arriving around lunch time. Talk about amazing customer service! When we arrived, they were awesome! Multiple products for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness I purchased the brush bar, rock sliders, ARB Compact Air Compressor with mount and air fitting kit, and the fog lights upgrade kit for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness directly from CATuned Offroad's website. Parts were UPSed within 3 days of placing the order to the shop I used for the installation. There was a two-week lag from when the shop received the parts and I could get the car in for the installation. On the scheduled installation day we found out the lights had not been included with the shipment, but the brackets were. Upon contacting CATuned, they quickly figured out the issue and shipped out a new light kit the same day. This type of customer service is one as a customer is greatly appreciated and any business should strive to provide and CATuned did just that. The shop I used is more 4x4 forward and the bulk of modifications are done on Jeeps, Toyota, and the like with a few Subarus under their belt. They were very complimentary of the quality of the products, ease of installation, overall fit, and how good it looked. Needed to swap out my 15 year old suspension on my 3rd Gen 2002 4runner. Figured I might as well buy an upgraded and lifted kit instead of OEM as the replacement. First place I took it refused to work on it because of some rust on the old components. 2 places after that did the same thing. Called up Max because his Yelp reviews were good and it seemed like off-road and lifted kits and builds were an everyday normal thing at his shop. I told him about the rust and he said, no problem; bring it by today. Brought it in and he had the entire kit installed the very next day. He even knew about some extra parts anyone doing a build like this for my generation should do for more durability and a better quality lift. Had an issue with the kit itself from Toytec and the front springs. Max knows lots of guys in the community and through his connections, helped me out to get through to Toytec management to authorize a replacement. Max then installed the new springs quickly and my problems disappeared. The guy is honest, easy to talk to, offers competitive prices, fast turn-around on his work, knows his stuff, and honestly cares about your build and your satisfaction. 5 stars all the way. A lot of times these small independently owned shops will outclass the bigger guys any day. You can't go wrong taking your rig here for any job, big or small. After reading different shop reviews and talked to a few shops I came across CATUNEDOFFROAD on IG and decided to call and pick their brains on my 4Runner TRD PRO build. I came to the shop and talked to Max I immediately liked him his way of being and knowledge of off road products and what I wanted to do with my rig. When I would ask for his opinion he was very honest and never made me feel like a "newb" which I really appreciated, a few weeks later I showed up with 2 4runners full of stuff to be installed we spoke of a time line and Max not only deliver on time he did an OUTSTANDING job all the parts/fitment/finish was just damn near perfect (I'm a perfectionist with OCD) and I was amazed he walked me through every single install I couldn't be happier. CATuned off road is an amazing company. I wanted to do a suspension and body lift kit on my 96 4runner so I asked local shops around me and they either quoted me an insane number or they refused service because it was a bit of a different build. I called Max at Catuned off road and he gave me a quote that was half the price of other shops and did it the next day. There was even some rust problems and shifting problems that he took into his own hands to help me out with my build.
