Our waitress was so nice and explained everything we had questions about. Literally as soon as we ordered our food it came out 15 minutes later I had the shrimp Alfredo with broccoli and it was very good. The shrimp were so big and seasoned very well. The broccoli was also seasoned well and went well with the Alfredo sauce the ambience is so beautiful. It's so nice. It's so serene. It definitely gives Italian vibes. It is also very clean in the restaurant. The breadsticks and salad never miss! The breadsticks were so hot and fresh and very good. The salad was also very good and cold overall I will be back at this restaurant very soon! I truly never realize how good Olive Garden was!

When I opened my cloth napkin, it was dusty and had hair in it. The utensils were dirty, but sadly I was too tired/skeptical to ask for more. Since Luke kept walking past and didn't ask if we wanted or needed anything, I asked the hostess when she came by for paper napkins. She got them to us quickly. There were dirty dishes in our table but they just sat there and Luke walked past them several times like he didn't see them but was very attentive to the table behind us. I usually give a least 20% for a gratuity but it felt wrong to do this as if I were rewarding poor service, but I did leave about 17.5%. The restrooms were nasty also. Certainly not the expectation or experience I would have thought for a fairly new restaurant. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. On a positive note, I had the chicken margarita and my significant other had the chicken Parmasean. Both dishes came out hot and were very tasty and delicious. Maybe next time I'll get it to go but it's hard to think about that when the restaurant didn't seem very well kept.
