    Falafel Bowl with Garlic Sauce
    Adelyn P.

Enjoyed a nice meal at Cava on Democracy Blvd. We were in the mall's food court for lunch. I had falafel and loved it. I tasted my husband's spicy lamb and it was great but too spicy for me. Nice servers and a roomy space to eat. I recommend. P.S. so excited that a Cava is coming to my area soon.

Stopped by to try the new steak they have at Cava! I got a greens and grains bowl and remembered to scan my barcode on the app! I didn't get a receipt though. Please make sure to get your points! I have left several times and not had a receipt and been out of luck on my points.

I love that the Strawberry juice is back they shouldn't remove it from the menu

This franchise provides a healthier "build your own bowl" approach with a decent selection of greens (including spinach), proteins and toppings. It ends up being quite tasty. I'm not partial to their drinks though, which don't taste anything close to what their hipster names might indicate. This location is usually pretty fast and the staff are pleasant. Good place to pick up a quick but healthy meal.

I've been a cava fan for years, and this location is no exception! Conveniently located in the Montgomery mall food court, this is one of my go-to locations when shopping or just spending time with friends. Cava is a Mediterranean-style build-a-bowl restaurant where you get to choose between a variety of bases, proteins, and toppings. They let you get grains+greens, which is my go to. The basmati rice is to die for and they even throw in a free mini pita bread with your bowl. They always have a variety of toppings and sauces, so it's easy to try something new every time you go. They recently increased their prices a bit, but it's still well worth it because a bowl from here can easily make for 2 meals. Highly recommend trying this out when in Montgomery mall!!

I'm never disappointed when I come here. Their food is so delicious. It's like Chipotle in that you get to choose your food as you go down the line of food, except it's more delicious (and expensive). This particular location is in the Montgomery Mall, by the entrance to the Arc Cinemas.

Today's visit to CAVA was great!!! Hadn't had it in a while, so it was refreshing to eat it again. Ordered White Rice Bowl with Grilled Beef Meatballs, Grilled Chicken, Cucumber, Feta Cheese, Eggplant, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Harissa and Sriracha Yogurt. Tasted so good!

It's accessible with plenty of parking nearby, including several disabled parking spots right out front, is absolutely beautiful inside with stunning black-and-white tiles adorning the counter (where you can order -- although there is also a screen-type ordering system in the entryway, as well) wall, enticing photos of all the important things in life -- those being fresh figs, olives, spices, and unfiltered coffee being poured, all along the wall above the tables with most comfortable seating! There are Turkish plates and copper pots hung above, as well, to give a splendid feeling of how food can be heartily prepared and beautifully served -- and beautifully served it is here! The caffeine-free mint tea comes in a gorgeous metal pot and is drunk from a glass glass (meaning a glass made of glass, not ceramic) with eye-catching decorations that will help to bring you into the spirit of the meal you are about to have .... The Quinoa Tabouli Salad with Falafel is spectacular! It's standout amazing, delicious, refreshingly oh-so-fresh, crispy, crunchy, yummy -- how many good-to-great things can I say about it? If I keep complimenting it as much as it deserves, you might get bored, ha ha! You might think that I'm exaggerating. I'm not. Of course, it's possible I'm biased and have tastes that just happen to align with this particular falafel spot's way of preparing things -- but I think not! I think this is objectively over-the-top in greatness! The District Salad is equally splendiferous and worth your time to indulge in savouring every bite. There are so many great-looking things here I can't wait to try! I must taste the Shorbat Adas (puréed lentil soup), (non-quinoa) Tabouli, Toom, and many other things here! The variety is very wowing! Most places just don't give you this variety in terms of various dishes or the variety within each dish that this place does -- and that contributes greatly to not only your appetite but also your health. So much care is clearly put into everything here from the décor to the drinks to the hospitality. It's really like a mini, super-tasty trip to the Near East -- and welcomes everyone equally. I'm so glad I stopped in! I can't wait to go back! Highly recommended! Very much deserving of an absolute, all-around Yay! :-D (By the way, from a not-falafel fan I know: 'You know I'm not a fan of falafel, but that was really good -- everything! We need not ever go back to the other place -- even if it's free!' What better endorsement could there be?)

Got the vegan black bean quesadilla and mixed berry muffin. At 99 cents each, the muffin is a great price. It looks and tastes homemade, and not as sweet and "cakey" as other commercial bakery muffins. It was moist with sweetness from mostly the blueberries and cranberries (nothing dried, all fresh). Loved it and will buy again. The quesadilla was made to go on a hot skillet. The tortilla was perfectly toasted and crispy. It was stuffed with vegan cheese, black beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and corn. The beans were seasoned well (chipotle) and the vegan cheese and veggies complemented perfectly. Came with also a side portion of spicy crema sauce which added a kick to the dish. Staff was polite, food is great! Will continue supporting these businesses!

Back then the food quantity and the service were top notch-great service with a smile and good quantity portion size. Since then, everything has gone downhill and this place is hit or miss depending on who makes your food, not to mention that anything worth having or anything that is not a cheap item has been removed from the menu (ex: hearts of palm, and now even the popular jackfruit tacos!) Only the cheapest ingredients left behind such as beans, chickpeas, onions, cilantro so they can major profit more and more. The menu has become boring to everyone I know with no exciting new items but just the same old and taking away certain items that the customers love. (Other Moms locations I go to switch up their menus with yummy offerings that Ive never seen offered at this location) Their prices have also gone up quite a couple of times since before covid and on top of that their portion sizes have lessened by more than 50% and still they get stingy only at this location when scooping the scoops always shaking the spoon to lessen the portion of each scoop and still finding sneaky ways to raise the prices more or take away anything that might cost more. Ive also noticed they only hire Hispanics now which I don't care but they definitely do not give service with a smile and half the time they don't understand what you are asking for and get rude if you sub or ask for something that might require a change. I am Spanish so of course I understand the language and alot of times they talk bad or whisper to each other right in front of me when you are undecided or make changes to the menu items. In my opinion, a different manager is needed that values customer service as the current manager is rude and does not like when you ask for substitutions and very stingy as well with portion sizes. Back in the day if i wanted half a scoop of one topping and half of another on my tacos it was ok, not anymore. A lot of people who don't come here often rate good as a good lunch spot but when you come here consistency, you start to see the flaws and lack of service,

The restaurant has a dim moody vibe to it in the interior dinning area, it's very romantic and intimate which I love. Makes for a great date night option for sure. Food is great, very straight forward options so I wouldn't consider the menu overwhelming. We ordered the bouboulina bread, beef tartare and the grilled shrimp for appetizers. For dinner I got the crab cake and my husband got the NY strip - both of which were prepared well. The staff were friendly and very accommodating - I had requested to be seated specifically in the interior dinning area despite booking for outdoor seating (was the only option online to book for the time I wanted). One of the staff members called me back and we were able to shift my reservation time to accommodate the request which was very appreciated. This is my second time here and I love it - highly recommend.
