    Spicy Greens left, Mezze right
    Spike S.

Chicken Wings, Pork Belly, Double Patty Double Cheese Burger with Bacon, Mac and Cheese, Birria Tacos? Geez, when is the last time that you had something green in your colon. (That was a rhetorical question; don't answer that!) I know some of you eat bunny food every day, but for the rest of us this is our occasional healthy departure to a garden-based meal that actually tastes good. I really like the Spicy Greens. It is exactly what is says it is. Lots of spice, lots of flavors and excellent falafels. My wife had the Steak Mezze Bowl. Also, delicious. All the ingredients of these meals are fully described in the online menu and of course you can modify the meal to suite your tastes. The food was fresh and it did taste good! Seldom do you get a meal in a fast-food restaurant that looks as pretty as the picture that enticed you to order it. Such was the case at CAVA in Broken Arrow. My description of the appearance of Spicy Greens and the Steak Mezze Bowl would be, "it looked like the dog's breakfast." (Check my pictures) The bowls were far from over flowing like the menu pictures and I'm pretty sure there was at least one ingredient missing from my Spicy Greens. I ordered it exactly as described on the menu, no changes. The friendly young lady assembling it had to pause a couple of times while building the bowls, and try to recall in her mind, what actually went in them. Friendly service, clean bright store, but I recommend the CAVA on S. Memorial My meal pictures might save you from converting to veganism; keep them handy. If you get to feeling a draw to the green side, look at the pictures.

I am addicted to Cava and frequent this location often because it's closest to Muskogee! It's such a flavorful option of quick service style Mediterranean food. It's in the perfect spot by all my favorite shopping, and it's cute for dining in or grabbing to go. I like to sit at the outside seating when it's warm. The selection of drinks is one of my favorite features too. I always get a kids pita because it's the perfect portion size. And I could eat pita chips and harissa dip all day everyday. Definitely try the Harissa if you like things spicy! Everything on the menu is good.

Greek salad and a Harissa bowl.

Cava offers delicious food with a variety of flavors. The service is prompt and attentive, and both the bathrooms and dining area are well-maintained. We enjoyed our meal outside, which was also kept clean. I highly recommend trying Cava.

Can't wait until they give you bigger portions. Still tiny meal for $20. Probably tastes good but at this point I can tell this place doesn't care at all. I had to put my order in the Togo bag at the register. This restaurant reminds me of a high school cafeteria but at least school food was bigger portions and cheaper. This place sucks because it tastes so good but they treat it like some fancy restaurant. Lol

Half chicken half meatball lots of pickles and lemon herb tahini. Plus all the toppings.

They're very skimpy on their portion size for the price they charge for a bowl. Very disappointed

There is an abundance of wine to choose from. Our server was rushed (and they were packed) and I didn't get a lot of direction on the wine so I just ordered a white sampler and just asked for three dry varieties. The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. I would come back to try more appetizers and a flight of their red offerings. I also want to know more about the winery. Maybe after the busy holidays.

New favorite restaurant in Oklahoma!!!…read more I've lived in the Middle East and I can tell you this place is an absolute gem for the very healthy ancient cuisine. The greedy part of me thought I shouldn't review this place because the food is so good I don't want the quality compromised by too much customer service but the food has literally compelled me to write this. Friday evening 6:30pm: the place doesn't have a single chair available, tabouli is sold out. Plan accordingly. The Mezza Platter & the Shish Kebab are winners! The tenderloin shish kebab was the best I've EVER had! The tzatziki cucumber yogurt dip was perfectly thick...not runny like other inferior restaurants. The cabbage roll was surprisingly pleasant. I liked the herb olive oil dizzle over the hummus and eggplant dip. I also enjoyed the subtle hint of charred eggplant in the background of the dip. The place is across from Natural Grocers so it's perfectly located for multiple shops and stops. Will I come back? Definitely! Honest review & not paid by anyone to write these words. Also, I'm not AI!

We're a sharing is caring group and I sampled from the other vegan items ordered. The falafel was great, the red onion and cabbage salad was great, and the red lentil soup was sooo good. The meaty meats agreed and enjoyed their vegan, vegetarian, and meat options as well. I'm glad we came in! I wasn't aware they had so many vegan items on their regular menu. This spot is going into the heavy rotation category forthwith!

After a quick recent Yelp search this place kept popping up as number 1 in the area so I broke down and tried the restaurant again. It was nearly a completely different experience! The pita bread is probably the best I've ever had. The portion size has much improved. The mix & match plate options are more balanced. I love I can order a LARGE tabouli salad! The garlicky potatoes have always been delightful. They packed all of the things I paid for and curbside was literally instant. I WILL return many times if this restaurant keeps up these new changes. I suspect the restaurant is under new management or something.

I went with the Falafel Shawarma (when it comes to Mediterranean food & it's my first time visiting, I usually try their Falafel before I try anything else). They have a lot to choose from because I almost went with a couple of other things (that I'll come back for). Their falafel consists of: "Garbanzo and fava beans blended with spices and fried until crispy" along with tahini & pickled turnips being on deck. I enjoyed the falafel in each bite. I'd ask for extra tahini next time (speaking of which... I just found out you can buy their sauces bottled at 8 & 12oz). The spices were subtle. I didn't have a big appetite to the point I didn't get a side, if I had space for one, I would've ordered the garlic potatoes, house rice or lentil soup. We went on a Sunday (after 6pm) & it was pretty business inside & curbside. Located inside one of the newer plazas in Tulsa with other local businesses. Side Note: I want to try all of their bowls & the Banging Beef Shawarma.

It is definitely divey, but oh my gosh-the food is delicious and a great price. Can easily get full off of an $8-9 shawarma or kebab wrap. The plates are about $11-13 and great if you are more of a meats and rice kinda person. I suggest trying different types of kebab. The hummus is really authentic and creamy. It tastes like all the hummus I had in Palestine and Jordan. The family who owns and runs this place are sweet and keep it clean. If you've never had kofta kebab, try that first as a chicken/kofta kebab plate. I really am a huge fan of the folks running this hole in the wall, and the great food is such a treat!

The Reuben i got was fresh and hot. The meat was sliced thin and it was tender. They used Kraft thousand island dressing on it but didn't take away from the sandwich. I just wish I'd sprung for the extra meat. Not sure if $8 for sandwich only is the usual in the area but I dont think it was too much to pay. I dont have anything to compare. Service was fast as I was the only patron ordering and only one other customer was seated eating. I know a reuben is meant for rye but I wanted to change breads . I was informed that I couldn't and decided to order anyway. The place is in a small storefront with a few tables but it seems like it has its regulars. It was clean and pretty quiet besides the TV playing in the background.
