    Spicy Greens left, Mezze right
    Spike S.

Chicken Wings, Pork Belly, Double Patty Double Cheese Burger with Bacon, Mac and Cheese, Birria Tacos? Geez, when is the last time that you had something green in your colon. (That was a rhetorical question; don't answer that!) I know some of you eat bunny food every day, but for the rest of us this is our occasional healthy departure to a garden-based meal that actually tastes good. I really like the Spicy Greens. It is exactly what is says it is. Lots of spice, lots of flavors and excellent falafels. My wife had the Steak Mezze Bowl. Also, delicious. All the ingredients of these meals are fully described in the online menu and of course you can modify the meal to suite your tastes. The food was fresh and it did taste good! Seldom do you get a meal in a fast-food restaurant that looks as pretty as the picture that enticed you to order it. Such was the case at CAVA in Broken Arrow. My description of the appearance of Spicy Greens and the Steak Mezze Bowl would be, "it looked like the dog's breakfast." (Check my pictures) The bowls were far from over flowing like the menu pictures and I'm pretty sure there was at least one ingredient missing from my Spicy Greens. I ordered it exactly as described on the menu, no changes. The friendly young lady assembling it had to pause a couple of times while building the bowls, and try to recall in her mind, what actually went in them. Friendly service, clean bright store, but I recommend the CAVA on S. Memorial My meal pictures might save you from converting to veganism; keep them handy. If you get to feeling a draw to the green side, look at the pictures.

I am addicted to Cava and frequent this location often because it's closest to Muskogee! It's such a flavorful option of quick service style Mediterranean food. It's in the perfect spot by all my favorite shopping, and it's cute for dining in or grabbing to go. I like to sit at the outside seating when it's warm. The selection of drinks is one of my favorite features too. I always get a kids pita because it's the perfect portion size. And I could eat pita chips and harissa dip all day everyday. Definitely try the Harissa if you like things spicy! Everything on the menu is good.

Cava offers delicious food with a variety of flavors. The service is prompt and attentive, and both the bathrooms and dining area are well-maintained. We enjoyed our meal outside, which was also kept clean. I highly recommend trying Cava.

Can't wait until they give you bigger portions. Still tiny meal for $20. Probably tastes good but at this point I can tell this place doesn't care at all. I had to put my order in the Togo bag at the register. This restaurant reminds me of a high school cafeteria but at least school food was bigger portions and cheaper. This place sucks because it tastes so good but they treat it like some fancy restaurant. Lol

Half chicken half meatball lots of pickles and lemon herb tahini. Plus all the toppings.

After a quick recent Yelp search this place kept popping up as number 1 in the area so I broke down and tried the restaurant again. It was nearly a completely different experience! The pita bread is probably the best I've ever had. The portion size has much improved. The mix & match plate options are more balanced. I love I can order a LARGE tabouli salad! The garlicky potatoes have always been delightful. They packed all of the things I paid for and curbside was literally instant. I WILL return many times if this restaurant keeps up these new changes. I suspect the restaurant is under new management or something.

I went with the Falafel Shawarma (when it comes to Mediterranean food & it's my first time visiting, I usually try their Falafel before I try anything else). They have a lot to choose from because I almost went with a couple of other things (that I'll come back for). Their falafel consists of: "Garbanzo and fava beans blended with spices and fried until crispy" along with tahini & pickled turnips being on deck. I enjoyed the falafel in each bite. I'd ask for extra tahini next time (speaking of which... I just found out you can buy their sauces bottled at 8 & 12oz). The spices were subtle. I didn't have a big appetite to the point I didn't get a side, if I had space for one, I would've ordered the garlic potatoes, house rice or lentil soup. We went on a Sunday (after 6pm) & it was pretty business inside & curbside. Located inside one of the newer plazas in Tulsa with other local businesses. Side Note: I want to try all of their bowls & the Banging Beef Shawarma.

The hamburgers are outstanding -- juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly how you order them. You can tell they use quality beef, and the toppings are fresh. Also tried the fish. The beer batter is light, crispy, and golden without being greasy. The fish inside is flaky and tender, and the portion size is more than satisfying. Paired with their house tartar sauce and a side of crispy fries, it's comfort food done right. This tavern hits that sweet spot: great food, good prices, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Definitely a place you'll want to come back to again and again.

Having reservations helped, and our table was ready upon arrival. Our server, Rebel, was the standout of the entire experience. She handled our large group single-handedly, keeping orders organized and service on point the whole time. Friendly, engaging, and attentive--she's exactly the kind of person you want taking care of your table. We started with Wings, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Giant Pretzel. The wings looked good but fell short in crispness and flavor. The Pretzel was solid, but the big surprise winner was the Mozzarella Sticks--definitely worth ordering! For my meal, I had the Chicken Club with a side salad. The sandwich was excellent, thanks to the perfectly toasted wheat berry bread that really made it shine. The side salad, however, was a miss. It looked fresh but lacked flavor, and I wish restaurants would serve salads on chilled plates to keep them crisp. Overall, Main Street Tavern is a solid choice for lunch or even after work on the patio. The food has its highs and lows, but with Rebel taking care of you, the experience is well worth it.

Our waitress Dakota brought out water for us shortly after sitting down and gave us a quick summary of their seasonal menu items and a few drink suggestions. We started with a relish board and both of their seasonal lemonades. The relish board was good and had some very unique items like pickled berries that were tasty and had notes of cinnamon. The mushrooms were fresh and the meat options were also good. The relish board also came with fry bread and 2 dips which really stole the show! The fry bread and dips were incredible! I ordered the coffee crusted bison that was cooked perfectly and very tender. The white bean puree tasted just like mashed potatoes but with so much more flavor. Everything was seasoned perfectly but i felt the squash could have been cooked a little bit longer as they were a bit tough. The filet we ordered medium well came out medium rare but tasted good. Overall, our waitress Dakota was very accommodating, answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Today was their redemption day. Again, our server was spot on great. My wife ordered the 7oz. Filet (medium rare) with baked potato and house salad. I ordered their "Famous" French Dip sandwich with fries. My wife said the steak was good, but a little more on the rare side. The potato was good and had the salt encrusted skin. She said the salad was good and it was accompanied by a very tasty croissant (which I stole from my wife). My suggestion is to provide those croissants as a gimme for every table, since no bread was served to snack on until the meal arrived. My French dip was loaded with shaved medium rare to medium prime rib. It should be loaded considering the price of $25 for a sandwich. The Au Jus was salty, just the way it should be. The sandwich was great. The fries were ok, a little on the cool side. Again, our server was phenomenal. She did not let a drink go dry and was not intrusive while we were eating. She would show up with the drink refills, then ask if we needed anything. She truly seemed like she loves her job. We're still not sure if we will patronize this establishment again, because you can get the same quality of food at Texas Roadhouse for half the price and unlimited, free hot rolls. YMMV, this was our experience.

The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time.
