Today Saturday afternoon I ate here. The food was good, but my experience was overshadowed by the way I was treated. From the moment I walked in, employees were laughing and whispering. After hearing my accent, they commented that I wasn't from here and continued making remarks between themselves. I felt judged and disrespected for something as simple as the way I speak. No one should feel uncomfortable or mocked because of their accent. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff treats all customers with basic respect and professionalism. read more

Chicken Wings, Pork Belly, Double Patty Double Cheese Burger with Bacon, Mac and Cheese, Birria Tacos? Geez, when is the last time that you had something green in your colon. (That was a rhetorical question; don't answer that!) I know some of you eat bunny food every day, but for the rest of us this is our occasional healthy departure to a garden-based meal that actually tastes good. I really like the Spicy Greens. It is exactly what is says it is. Lots of spice, lots of flavors and excellent falafels. My wife had the Steak Mezze Bowl. Also, delicious. All the ingredients of these meals are fully described in the online menu and of course you can modify the meal to suite your tastes. The food was fresh and it did taste good! Seldom do you get a meal in a fast-food restaurant that looks as pretty as the picture that enticed you to order it. Such was the case at CAVA in Broken Arrow. My description of the appearance of Spicy Greens and the Steak Mezze Bowl would be, "it looked like the dog's breakfast." (Check my pictures) The bowls were far from over flowing like the menu pictures and I'm pretty sure there was at least one ingredient missing from my Spicy Greens. I ordered it exactly as described on the menu, no changes. The friendly young lady assembling it had to pause a couple of times while building the bowls, and try to recall in her mind, what actually went in them. Friendly service, clean bright store, but I recommend the CAVA on S. Memorial My meal pictures might save you from converting to veganism; keep them handy. I am addicted to Cava and frequent this location often because it's closest to Muskogee! It's such a flavorful option of quick service style Mediterranean food. It's in the perfect spot by all my favorite shopping, and it's cute for dining in or grabbing to go. I like to sit at the outside seating when it's warm. The selection of drinks is one of my favorite features too. I always get a kids pita because it's the perfect portion size. And I could eat pita chips and harissa dip all day everyday. Definitely try the Harissa if you like things spicy! Everything on the menu is good. read more

Fist time trying cava today and what food we had was delicious; the portions were just insanely tiny. 1 tablespoon of cucumbers, 2 small falafels, maybe 2 tbsps of rice in a kids meal. My harissa avocado bowl was barely half full. While the flavors were great, it's just not worth the money. I'll stick with Meddy's read more

Cava offers delicious food with a variety of flavors. The service is prompt and attentive, and both the bathrooms and dining area are well-maintained. We enjoyed our meal outside, which was also kept clean. I highly recommend trying Cava. read more

Love Cava for healthy, on the go meals. This is a great location. Employees are super friendly and service is always fast.

Can't wait until they give you bigger portions. Still tiny meal for $20. Probably tastes good but at this point I can tell this place doesn't care at all. I had to put my order in the Togo bag at the register. This restaurant reminds me of a high school cafeteria but at least school food was bigger portions and cheaper. I went to this location last night and got excellent service from the kid who was working the front (about 30 minutes before close). This is my favorite location. I eat cava 3+ times a week and this one is by far my favorite. The service is always really good and the portions are perfect 9/10 times. The food always has lots of flavor, and eating here as a vegan could not be easier. Falafel is absolutely fantastic, light crisp on the outside with a warm soft inside can't wait to come back tomorrow lol read more

Food is fantastic very good menu choices. Fayetteville location seems to provide more food than does the Bentonville location.

We frequent this CAVA, the food is always fresh and delicious! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean. I've never seen any dirty tables or trash on the floor. read more

Cava. We were invited to enjoy a meal during Community Day prior to grand opening with a gaggle of other diners. The new team did a good job. Upscale, trendy, minimalist with tables screwed to the floor like a Burger King in a bad neighborhood, I'm not sure I get what is supposed to happen here. Think Chipotle burritos but with more emphasis on bowls. I hate bowls, so I had a Pita. Any where else this would be a Gyro, but when in Athens. The pita was fluffy and joosy and didn't feel as substantially full as what might be enrobed by a tortilla. The traditional flavors were all present, but it was confusing to me why I might choose Cava over a traditional Greek deli or restaurant. Sure, I enjoyed Zoe's from time to time but there I didn't feel the FOMO of choosing only one of 6 sauces or the guilt from wanting them all and the worry wondering if it all would work. My friend had a create his own bowl and although I felt like he didn't really choose all the much, he enjoyed it. His highlight was the Pita Chips, which were toasted/fried Pita with the consistency of a flat overcooked sopapilla. They aren't bad, but they aren't a real side. They don't actually seem to have any real sides. Chipotle does sell chips and salsa, but Cava doesn't have an analog. Badly they offer trendy non mainstream sodas so expect to enjoy your Greek like entree with an oddly flavored beverage from some hippie millennial gen z save the world soda or beverage company. Blueberry is an interesting flavor - it just isn't great with crazy feta. All in all we will probably venture to Cava again - and the team they assembled was super professional, nice, and customer focused - but the compelling reason to make this a top stop for Greek is missing. read more

I wanted and asked for extra meat, he said the charge would be 6.60 $ ok that's fine but what I received if this is considered extra meat has left me shocked because i wouldn't even consider this to be a normal amount of meat for a dish, 2 bites at max !!! And I was also charged extra for 1 more scoop of rice I am very disappointed! Truly shocked !!also the attitude I received when I was in there tonight was awful. I am in utter disbelief & would nt recommend this type of service and I am truly shocked that if I'm paying for extra meat and receive literally only 2 bites of meat that's not ok!!! Wife got a bowl and after she added everything it was half full. I got a pita and also not very full. Cava is trying hard to be like Chipotle, which is fine but you get half the food for a high price. Our pita, bowl and 2 drinks were almost $30. Hope it was just a new staff and management improves the portions as designed by the size of the bowl/pita. May give it another chance one day. read more

Paid for full chicken, received none. Asked on the app for a fork since I don't have access to any utensils away from home, and did not receive any. Bowl was left open when placed in the bag and spilled all throughout the bag, so my lunch turned out to be a bag-salad eaten by hand. read more

The food is great but they are really failing with the delivery using their app. Ordered drink and a meal and only received the drink........ they offered to refund me 50% hahahaha so you want me to pay for 50% of something I never received??? I will eventually be fully refunded in 3-5 business days. How hard is it to have an employee make sure the driver has the entire order before they leave? read more

My friend loves this plc & it's just 3 minutes from me so we met for a late lunch. Their were 3 doors so I'm not sure I came in the right one. I was early & went to the restroom really quick it was very clean which I appreciate. Btw this is the BA location. Alex helped us order since it was my first time. He was very helpful, kind & informative. I reallllly liked my lemon chicken bowel but opted for the garlic & dill dressing instead of lemon. My friend got a side of pita bread & ?Skug? dip (it was green& looked like pesto, [I was skeptical] & tried it & it was sooooo yummy. I was pleasantly surprised & realllly enjoyed everything I tried! Thanks for a delicious lunch experience! She loves the blueberry tea. I got1/2&1/2 tea. I liked the pita bread a lot more than I have other places. Curious what is different.
