Amazing!! Nicest folks you can hope to meet,!! I had the "Drip Beef" sub, Wife had Philly Steak and onion rings. First, the Drip Beef: Amazing is not high enough praise. The bun was crispy on the outside, soft inside. The meat literally melts in your mouth. The au jus was made with pan drippings, instead of a bouillon cube. One dip in the au jus and I understood the "Drip Beef" name! Wife's Philly melts in your mo nuth no dip needed. Onion rings are real. Dipped in batter and fried while you wait. The wife declared "Happy Belly" My complaint? I couldn't eat any more or I'd still be eating. The restaurant is super clean. Period. Even in the corners. Great service and a vast menu. We had the sub and soup combo. We had the ham sub and it was larger than we thought. It had ample ham and you could tell the bun was fresh. We had jalapeños on the sub which added to the taste. The toppings were fresh. The soup was beef vegetable and was loaded with beef. A+ on the meal. I would recommend this place if you are in Tulsa. read more

Had lunch here the other day.......part of the lunch was out of this world fantastic, and part of it was relatively uneventful.......I had the gyro, which was out-of-this-world fantastic.....the creamy yogurt sauce, fresh pita, and tender meat were utter perfection. My wife had the Philly Cheesesteak......it was OK, but nothing terribly fantastic. Service was on point, and prices were good. The food is always, always, ALWAYS, exceptional! I highly recommend the Greek gyro (wrap). I've gotten it a few times and it's a sizable portion, the flavor of everything tastes amazing, and they actually wrap it. The service as A-tier, the place is always clean and the people are always welcoming. By far the best location to enjoy Bill & Ruth's, and definitely the best place to enjoy a gyro read more

Visiting Tulsa on business. This place was close to the hotel and Greek sounded better than McDonald's. I got the gyro platter and I'm so happy I did. When you ask your wife what she wants to eat and she says "I don't know ", bring her here because if she can't find anything on this diverse menu, she isn't looking. read more

a really appreciate thy is place and their customer service. I was staying nearby in a hotel and I placed an order for a gyro, fries, and bakalava, but on doordash I got each one individually, they wrote me a very kind letter about getting a combo next time to save money. much respect and appreciation. The folks were so nice and the food was great! I think they could scale down the menu quite a bit. Stick to mediterranean because my falafel plate was excellent. The prices were higher than I would have expected honestly and the soda machine was broken. This was our first time in Tulsa and the tip jar got robbed while we were there ... so sad! read more

We went to the restaurant in 3202 S. Memorial and absolutely loved it. We were treated super well and would go back for the costumer service alone. The food and ambiance were also excellent. The plate comes with so much food that is very well-prepared, especially considering how affordable it is. The food we ordered had unique flavours that I really enjoyed and that are hard to find around Tulsa. The ambience was neat and clean. Its 100% worth going back. read more

So I grew up on B&R's on 15th and have been to a few others and this one does not let me down. It's so close to work and easy for me to just goto B&R's for a quick sandwhich. Once again i stick to my all time favorite supersub on wheat... mmmm ya.. Can't go wrong there... One of the guys at the office really likes their gyros and I think the next visit I will have to get me one b/c it looks good too!. I can't say I have ever had a bad experience here and they are always pretty quick to get the food out. If you are in the mood for a sub this is the place to be. My husband has talked about Bill and Ruth's for years and I finally had the chance to try it. My hubby realized immediately that things are different from what he remembered. I ordered the Greek salad and a lot of the lettuce was black or brown on the edges. I picked it out and what was left was just ok. My hubby ordered a sub. The bread was really good and soft and he said his sub was not bad but not as good as it used to be at the old original location. He has always bragged about the sushi being the best in Tulsa but there isn't any sushi on the menu anymore. Probably a good thing considering that they serve rotting lettuce. They might have been a great little hole in the wall back in the day but their time has passed. Sorry to say we won't be back. read more

I always like to give small shops a try but this one was a mediocre to say the least. They haven't updated their menu and need to retrain staff. My 10 year old sibling could talk to people better. Since we're ordering takeout you would think the employee would put some utensils or napkins in our bag but..no now I'm stuck with a soggy salad I can't eat. Waste of money read more

Located right by my hotel and NOT a fast food chain. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak cause it's one of my go tos. The 12" was only a dollar more than the 6"? Ok, I'm good at math, that's a deal. The place was clean and the food was good. It seems like a local family owns this spot. read more

We have recently relocated here from the food mecca Houston, Texas. My son and I both ordered the same thing. I will say that the food was way more than we expected. The food was juicy, hot and the portions were large! Very filling meal. We were mostly impressed with the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the dining room area. I'm definitely not a fan. I ordered a turkey club with avocado - the large sandwich is absolutely humongous and there is a lot of meat and the avocado was ripe. On the other hand, the bacon was pretty gross - super burned crispy pieces that tasted like they were microwaved and not really "cooked up" and there was a ton of mayo but it had a sweeter taste that I didn't appreciate. Maybe it was some sort of signature dressing but that was no good. Interesting that they used shredded cheese and put it in the bottom of the sandwich - would have been good if it wasn't swimming in that mayo-ey stuff. I had a doctors appointment in the nearby building, on the way back to the office I thought I'd pick up a quick lunch! I was a little skeptical due to the reviews, but overall had a pleasant visit. I wouldn't a chicken salad upon the lady at the registers recommendation for a salad. I had an avocado... It was ready in about six minutes and I was on my way. I would actually give this a 3.5 star rating if I could. It was slightly better than average. Two of us got the cheeseburger special and one had the Italian sub. All of the bread that was used seemed to be a little too generous of a ratio as compared to the meat and filling. We prefer a better balance of filling vs bread. The food was decent. The prices were ok. read more

Dan sent a text to management asking about sodium levels in their food and explained that he had to limit his sodium intake for medical reasons. When you go for a salad but you only get a 1/4 of a bowl's worth of lettuce. One of the most unique parts of the visit was learning that the person seated at the table next to us was the previous owner. She is still a regular customer, and her photo is proudly displayed on the wall in the restaurant. That says a lot about the history, loyalty, and character of this place. I also accidentally left my credit card behind and did not realize it until about an hour and a half later. I called the restaurant, and the management immediately helped resolve the issue. They kindly arranged to mail it to my home in Los Angeles, and I have now received it safely. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. A special thank you to the management for handling everything so professionally, and to Heather for her kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service. Highly recommend this spot for great breakfast, quality food, welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly cares about its customers.
