I usually love to go to cava but im beyond disappointed. I go to cava at 5:50 and got my food at 6:27. I understand they were understaffed but they still had four people working. The part that was upsetting is that usually i get garlic dressing and they were out so i said can i get the balsamic. the lady doing it sat there talking and just kept squirting in the balsamic and it was drenched. i immediately was like okay its fine it probably wont be that bad but i couldnt even finish my bowl because all i could taste was vinegar to the point where my stomach hurt. i spent 14 dollars on that bowl. im just very upset with this experience. read more

DO NOT USE THE APP FOR PICKUP!! I placed my order and arrived at the designated time. My order was ready 20 minutes after the prescribed pu time. While waiting, they kept asking about the details of my order. The extended wait was a concern, but upon unbagging everything, they got the order wrong too. Honestly, stand in line and order it to-go. I noticed several people doing exactly that - lesson learned. On a good note - the food is always great! I will return - but the app is a no-go. read more

One of my favorite places to eat! This is the only place that my husband and I both agree on. I love how the toppings are unlimited and when you ask for avocado you get HALF AN AVOCADO. My favorite protein is the grilled chicken. I've had the harissa chicken, braised lamb, meatballs, and falafels, but my favorite is the original chicken and second is falafels. I usually get the grain and greens bowl, but switch up the rice or greens mixed in, then basically get all the extra toppings except pickles and olives. Cava is my coworker lunch time destination. I love their fresh food and the tasty drinks. They have several lemonade and tea options. The service is always great and they are awesome at explaining their food to new customers. It's always clean and there is outdoor and indoor seating. I enjoy coming here. read more

RAW LAMB BALLS! After waiting 30 minutes in line for food, I bought 3 chicken and rightrice bowls with lamb balls added. Got home to eat. The lamb was so severely undercooked the meat was actually RED in the center. I called to speak with the manager - Kaitlin - who YELLED at me, told me there was no one else I could speak to, that they are not going to change their standards for me, blah blah blah. She was beyond hostile to me to the point that you could clearly tell she needs anger management training. I will call the OK Dept of Health. read more

Food was really good, but....dirty tables all over the restaurant. It was 1:45, not exactly still lunch rush. Two employees were discussing that if a customer comes to ask if their order is ready, that the customer can just wait and it's not their job to check. Took order to go, no bags for take out. Asked if they had salt & pepper, she said they don't have salt and pepper for customers. One napkin holder 1/4 full and the others empty. I really want to go back but.... Let me start by saying the food was amazing!! Super fresh and flavorfully satisfying! A few distractions took away from my boyfriend and I enjoying the tasty food such as, the staff were hostile towards each other and extremely behind on getting customers through the line. Many options were not available and customers were waiting in line which was confusing the staff and customers. The dining room was messy and many many tables were left unclean with the trash can overflowing with bowls, trays, and utensils. I am very happy to see the birth of a new restaurant chain and have so much grace for this location, because I have been in the process of helping open new restaurant locations before. However, I was concerned with the lack of management and communication between staff and managers. Mostly I felt like helping but obviously that would be inappropriate. I will definitely dine at Cava again, but I will be doing it online until things have improved and staff is more comfortable in there positions. Thanks! read more

I tried Cava for the first time this week. Had it for the third time today since I like the food so much. It's delicious. However, the service is TERRIBLE. No "hi, welcome to Cava" when you walk in. They don't ask if you want all the ingredients on your entree. They assume and very quickly throw your order together. Today, they left off an ingredient in the salad that I had to ask be added after the lid was put on it. The amount of food you get varies each time. They tried to charge my order with the guy who was behind me. I've had to ask for the complimentary pita bread every single time. They don't seem to know what they're doing. The checkout guy, who I had not seen before, did not say one word to me today. And a "thank you" goes a long way. I didn't hear that once in the three times I've tried it this week. They don't bag food to go which is frustrating because you have to do it yourself unless it's an online order. I dropped my pita bread on the floor while trying to bag everything myself. Also, today they did not give me a receipt so I had to go back. Three times is not a charm. I'm done with Cava and will not be recommending it to anyone. So disappointing. read more

I went into CAVA in Edmond the other day with my daughter. Let me start out by saying that I love CAVA and will definitely not stop eating there. It is delicious. The first time I went to a CAVA, the person taking my order explained the process to me when I went in, and I was trying to explain it to my daughter. Then I started telling the girl what I thought my daughter would want. The girl taking my order seemed to get irritated and walked off. She started refilling some of the food and took her sweet time coming back to us. She came back to us and said are we ready yet? I said "yes I was ready a little while ago when I started placing my order and you walked off." She said well what do you want? She got all of our food and just kind of threw it up there on the counter, I ended up paying another lady, who was very nice. I just didn't understand why that was necessary. There was nobody behind me in line. I didn't understand why she was in such a rush to refill things when I was standing there waiting. read more

I had to take lunch for 20 two hours away and this Cava location helped me order the popular items, suggest dos and don'ts and had me setup and out the door by 9:45am the day of my lunch. Brooke and Gunner made sure everything was packed well for the trip and everything I needed was on board.
