Staff was prompt, friendly and attentive. Although it was the lunch rush, the staff moved with ease and quickness. The restaurant itself had charm, cleanliness, and fully stocked both in the restroom and for drinks and utensils. The food itself was both delicious and afforded. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I can't help but wonder if something has changed since all of the other Yelp reviews were written. My experience was not up to par with what I'm reading in the other reviews. Just to preface, I love Mediterranean food. I have been to both Greece and Turkey. I lived in Chicago and worked in Greek Town and ate there regularly. I know my stuff. First off, I picked up a carry-out menu on the way to my daughter's dance class (which is located upstairs from the restaurant). The prices on the carry-out menu and what I paid were two different things! (See photos for receipt vs menu pics) My total based on the menu should have been $46.92 but I was charged $56.40. I did appreciate that they accept ApplePay, but I'm still miffed about the price variance. For reference, I ordered, 2 gyro sandwiches, 2 chicken sandwiches, a Greek Salad, a gyro salad, 2 stuffed grape leaves and 2 Spanakopita. With the salads, I asked for a typical Greek salad, no custom requests other than no olives. The salads were full lettuce, barely any onions, cucumbers or tomatoes, and an insane amount of parsley (about a third of the green in my salad was parsley). I don't know about you, but in my world (and in Greece), a Greek salad is mostly tomato, cucumber and onions as well as lemon juice and oregano. This salad had zero oregano. The plus is that the amount of meat they put on the salad was insane. The sandwiches had the same problem as the salad -- too much parsley, not enough onion/cuke/tomato -- but ample meat. Final complaint, the tzatziki sauce was not good. It seems to me they cheaped out on using Greek yogurt. It was yogurt-esque, but tasted way too processed (definitely not homemade). There was very little if any onion or cucumber in the sauce. I ended up throwing it all out. The spanakopita and the dolmas were VERY good. I think the previous reviews must have been based on quantity, not quality. My advice: never ever take a sushi recommendation from someone who thinks all-you-can eat sushi is the best thing ever. QUANTITY and QUALITY are 2 different things.

Great gyro spot. They do pita pockets instead of wraps. They are stuffed full of meat and mixed around with other ingredients you want. It overflows. Also, good house made sauces.

This place has the best gyro sandwiches in Brentwood. They have more meat than other locations. All of the sides are tasty as well.

The chicken was too seasoned and salty to even eat and the sauce is so watered down there's no point in using it.

I ordered 2 gyro sandweech (spelt that way on purpose) and 1 white meat chicken sandweech (all had same toppings) with a side of white sauce and an herb sauce. I did a build your own, which allowed you to choose which toppings you wanted. I also got them toasted, but there is a name for the process that makes them toastier. Just ask for it to be extra toasty, they'll know what to do. My toppings: protein of choice, feta, lettuce, onion, tomato, Mediterranean ranch, black olives, rice, and tabbouleh! It looks small from the outside but, there is seating within for you to actually enjoy the experience of eating in. I must say I enjoyed the white chicken sandweech a lot more than the gyro. The chicken was seasoned so well to where it elevated the entire wrap. Will most definitely get the white meat chicken again. Gyro 4/5 Chicken 10/5 lol For all 3 wraps and the two side 2oz sauces, I paid $48. I guess I should've paid attention to the pricing, but it's devoured now. They do special deals on certain days for $9.99 which includes a drink. Monday: some sort of bowl and drink. Tuesday: sandweech, side of fries and drink. Go on a Tuesday! It's cheaper if a sandweech is what you want.

The restaurant is well established and doesn't rely on frills and gimmicks to attract their clientele. Lots of brown and neutrals dominate the aesthetic - cultural decor and an occasional tv can be spotted along the walls. All the kebabs are well seasoned and full of flavor. The meat is both crispy and juicy. The complimentary pita is served warm and is pillowy soft. Some of my favorite hidden gems on this menu are on the appetizer list. Don't skip over the chefs appetizer with creamy cheese, olives, herbs and ground walnuts! I also love the light but flavorful white bean soup with tomato broth and generous chunks of chicken.

They maintain an impressively enormous menu with just about every style of kabob on the planet! They also serve lamb shanks, gyros, and falafel among other options. The lamb is extraordinarily tender and pretty tasty, although the flavor isn't nearly as good as the best I've eaten in the Middle East. But I have unfairly high standards as a world traveler. The beef dishes are very good too, but again, not the best I've had. The service is fantastic with welcoming employees who make you feel right at home. We made a special visit to Osh to try them on a weekend trip to Nashville about a month ago. I'd…read moresaved them in my Nashville bookmarks for some time after they received a lot of acclaim on Yelp - I believe at one time they were on a Yelp list of best restaurants in the US. We were certainly excited to try Uzbek food, as there's nowhere that serves it where we live. The restaurant doesn't look like too much from the outside and the parking lot is a little run down. However, the inside is very updated and super clean and comfortable. There's lots of seating, what appears to be a private room in the back, and some high-tech features, like a machine that you can use to alert waitstaff if you need a refill, a to-go box, or any other kind of attention. The bathrooms were also immaculate. Service was a little strange. I wouldn't say it was slow - every time we placed an order or had a request, our food or items were promptly brought out to us. However, the challenge came in getting the attention of our waitresses. Two ladies took care of us, alternating based on availability. One was very nice and friendly, the other a little gruff and irritable-seeming. But both were completely averse to coming in and checking on us without one of us flagging them down. Perhaps they're used to the little machines? I don't like using those because they come across as too demanding; I'd prefer to just be visited and checked in on from time to time by staff. Not so here. Despite not being very busy, our visit took a lot of time, even though the actual food service was fairly quick. Onto the food, the most important part. We ordered a lot because I wanted to experience as many unique dishes as possible. One waitress first brought out a complimentary serving of pita and what I believe was suzma, which the menu describes as a yogurt-based cheese. This was one of the highlights of our meal, actually, as the pita was hot, fresh, and very lightly charred. The suzma went very well with it. Then we ordered a chicken somsa and some Uzbek bread. The chicken somsa was alright; the pastry was delightfully flaky, but for me it was way too onion-forward. The Uzbek bread was another highlight. It was a temperature and textural delight - so warm and fluffy - if not a flavor bomb. It was great to polish off the remaining suzma from our complimentary treat. For entrees, my husband wanted to try the signature osh, while I ordered chicken shashlik. The osh was probably the better of the two but he didn't love it. It was quite greasy and the lamb was on the gamey side. My chicken shashlik had definitely been near charcoal too long; it had an overly-charred, unpleasant chemical-y taste. The accompanying rice had so much butter or oil in it that it was greasy, too, and although that imparted more flavor into it, I felt gross after a couple of bites. Everything was cooked well, just the flavors really didn't quite come together for us on this visit. It's hard for me to believe, given the average outstanding reviews and consistent praise this place gets, that our experience was an average one. Perhaps we just came on an off day or ordered the wrong things for our palates, since we're fairly unfamiliar with this cuisine. I would be willing to try again some day, but sadly our first visit didn't quite wow the way we'd hoped it would. I appreciate the clean and pretty environment and quickly prepared food!
