They had the perfect pita chips. They were soft with the perfect amount t of crunch. Other locations I have been to have never been this good. My bowl was just as great as other locations. They had great customer service also. Everyone super nice. But those pita chips.......oh my goodness!!

Time in, and time out this location continues out do themselves, not with the food. Needless to say, but with exceptional, and welcoming service by Raquel and the rest of the team. The food brings me in, the staff make me stay. This is the role model store, of all that i've ever been to. Thank you and Keep up the work!

Ingredients are solid, taste well. However both times I got a Pita wrap/Gyro they were messy and sloppy to the point of dissatisfaction.

Omg so many thoughts on this experience…read more I'm so glad i didn't immediately know it was a restaurant located in a hotel. This prob would have deterred me, even a little bit. The Apple map directions here confused me a little due to this, but parking was really plentiful so that's a huge plus! I went on a Sunday morning and lo and behold there was a hole farmers market or pop up set up all through haymarket! Busy weekend for a brunch but haymarket is SUCH a cute little vibe and town with so many hidden gems, like this one!! Literally every single item I saw waiters bring out from the kitchen looked so scrumptious, every person around us immediately began digging in and enjoying their meals...and honestly, no crumbs were left behind pretty much every time. We started ordering a yummy cocktail. I was really in the mood for the Paloma with grapefruit juice but sadly they were out of grapefruit juice fortunately, they had plenty cocktails available that were not explicitly on the menu! I ended up having a delicious espresso martini, prepared, right and honestly, I would have had another!! Not too sweet. Not creamy. And with 3 beans. Impeccable no notes. I ordered the red House breakfast. Man those home potatoes were so delicious....they clearly cooked them seasoned deliciously and then flash fried, so crunchy!!!! Amazing. I found that their execution on their meals was really impressive. My sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly and paired so yummy with the toast. The bacon had delicious flavor too. I ordered a biscuit because I had heard that their biscuits were really yummy but unfortunately they did not have their bacon biscuit so it was just a classic biscuit. It was good, certainly dense and clearly homemade. My girlfriend got the poutine. Looked so delicious and was really enjoyed! The gravy was thick and flavorful! We sat down and enjoyed plenty of conversation and a really nice environment. Nobody rushed us, service was just the right amount of attentive without interrupting conversation constantly, and the floor to ceiling windows let in beautiful natural light and views of the town. It was the perfect brunch spot for a low-key, but delicious meal. Just a hair out of the way without being too far. I came out with a really good friend of mine to celebrate my one year wedding anniversary with her and it was the perfect possible location. Shout out to the staff for being so welcoming and kind, and even taking a picture of us when we asked to commemorate the occasion. I'm sure they are used to people walking in to the hotel lobby looking as confused as I was looking for red House Tavern.

The food was average at best when it came out. Super disappointed. We came here for my mom's 5 year beating cancer anniversary and it wasn't much of a celebration.

Stereotypical decor and menu, Grains and Grog stood painfully empty on a Saturday afternoon playing music nostalgic to anyone who graduated high school before 2010. I ordered a Manhattan. Hallway through, looking down at the bottom of the glass, I saw two tiny flies floating at the bottom. As disgusted as one can reasonably be, I asked for another one to be made (why I bothered, I can't say. Maybe it was because I had already drank half). I found another small fly in the second before the server left the table. Another fly in the third as well. We didn't finish our meals for obvious reasons. They brought us the check, discounted the manhattans and 50% the check, though I didn't feel I should have paid anything. After paying the check, they said it was a mistake. They brought us the wrong one and would void the sale. The "correct" check they brought us was the full meal sans the 3 botched manhattans. We won't be going back

The drink is really good cold, but once it became room temp, the honey overpowers the drink, so def have it cold. The breakfast burrito is really tasty but I think it would be a thousand times better with potatoes instead of beans. The beans don't really go with the sausage, egg, and cheese. Or at least give the option to substitute it with potatoes. My wife got the Gable (turkey bacon, egg whites, brie, plum chutney, spinach on focaccia panini) and it was really good. I took a bite of it and enjoyed it more than my burrito. The home fries were also solid. The people working were pretty nice and the inside is decorated well. They had fresh flowers on the tables which is something I appreciated. Really ties in the room.

It was served with fries that were a bit bland and soggy to our liking. But the sandwich was perfect even though I always want more protein on the sandwich. It was still made well and not lacking protein. The sandwich was served with an au jus that complimented the sandwich a bit. The fries took away from the sandwich as the sandwich was great and deserved to have a better side than what it was served with. We also ordered wings (bone in). We had an order of grilled mango habanero and jumbo fried Thai chili. My husband who does not even care of bone in wings loved these wings. These wings were a great size, flavorful, tender, and overall 10/10 if not more for how the wings were prepared and cooked. Probably the best quality wings I have ever had and for the price it was well worth it. I cannot wait to go back and have it again and try other options for the wings. Service, it seemed the establishment was understaffed and the two that were there were working very hard to accommodate everyone as best as they can. If the public cannot understand how businesses suffer in todays economy with lazy people, then do not come here if you cannot be understanding and patient. The two servers observed n a Thursday afternoon appeared over worked but doing their best to maintain good customer service. The ambiance is a neat environment. I would not mind coming again to try their breakfast or again for a lunch in the dining area. There is a bar area on another side where others seemed to be comfortable and enjoying themselves. Very cool place.
