This is my first time eating at Cava. What brought me in was those delicious pita chips. I tried a few from a coworker. The bowls are delicious. Lots of fresh choices of veggies, hummus and meat. I love the lamb meatballs. I tried the braised lamb and it was amazing too. The star for me is definitely the pita chips. I also love the all natural sodas and beverages. The only downside is the cost. Lots of up charges. But if you go once in a while it's affordable. I topped my bowl off with fresh avocado. The staff are so kind a patient. Ashly was patient and aimed to please. I love minimal approach to the dining area. Lots of lighting. Both indoor and outdoor dining available. read more

My first impression was to Walk out, entrance door was dirty, the floor was nasty, no direction to order from.oh, 1 more thing , outside sign only says, CAVA only. So I wasn't sure what kind of place it was , my first impression from the sign was a coffee place.. Any way I went ahead to place the order, the person behind the counter had no gloves or mask on, the Rice overcooked from the sides( hard plastic containers are much better to hold the rice temps) not enough protein was served to match up the rice. Chicken was overcooked and dry. The Taste was there, just not handle properly. A good manager should keep up with these things. I might give them another try. read more

I live in the ATL area and of course we have CAVA there but this one hit differently. The food seemed to be more fresh if that's even possible but it is! My sister got the steak and I had honey chicken. Both were so moist, not dry at all. I've had both dry out on me at other locations. The portion sizes weren't skimpy unlike others. Been here two times with friends, I have to say the food is delicious and the staff is nice. This is located in the old Zoe's kitchen building on Augusta Street in Greenville. The staff is kinda stand offish not overly friendly. But that's okay, They have delicious healthy food. And vegetarian options, which is good a lot of my friends are vegetarian now. So this is some place nice we can go. The place is clean , nice ambience. Restrooms inside for guests. Would I recommend to others most definitely.,I've tried the Market Spice vegetarian bowl, so good. And the harissa avocado bowl, they also have a spicy chicken bowl that is good also. My friend had the side of red pepper hummus with pita chips. It was really good too! And the great thing about this restaurant is you can get any of the bowls or wraps or pitas with out the meat if you prefer it that way! Obviously I already knew I loved Cava as I'm a regular back at home. This location did not disappoint. The workers were kind and quick. Everything was absolutely delish. This was my first time actually eating at the Cava rather than getting delivery or take out. So I tried a soda, the Mexican cola. Very refreshing. I also tasted the blueberry soda but wasn't 100% sold. We also sat outside in the patio area which was lovely. 10/10 recommend Cava and this location. read more

AT first I was sooo excited to hear CAVA was coming to Greenville. CAVA is an amazing brand and I love all of their NC restaurants-never had a bad experience and the food is always fresh and delicious. The Greenville CAVA though is an exception as they're always short staffed, never fully stocked, and the managers seems to not care. This place has the potential to be great, but as a regular to this location I'd have to say it's very hit or miss. While many times I'll go and throughly love my meal, other times leave me furious as I wonder why I just paid $25 for two bowls with crunchy ass rice, lentils, and huge pieces of salad stems. Furthermore, the management here is horrendous. I've seen managers stand casually by and watch their line grow out the door as the three high-school aged workers who are forced to work doubles are trying to make 15 people's bowls. Next the manager realized I'm staring his ass down and he begins to start restocking. I think great at least he's helping them out-too bad man's not using gloves and it touching our food right in front of me with his bare hands! Lord only knows what goes on behind the kitchen counter. While this location is an amazing option and I love their food and drinks, there needs to be major changes to their management as I know the employees are overworked, understaffed, and never assisted by their own managers. This place has amazing options for everyone-meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans alike! Similar to Kairos or Chipotle but (usually) way better food quality. All in all this place is amazing but I've left there several times extremely disappointed by the food-just go here during lunch when there's at least one manager who knows what they're doing. read more

Saw this new place opened near work and couldn't wait to try it. Love me some yummy Mediterranean food any day! Cava did not disappoint. From the outside it looks unassuming. When you walk in, the space is clean and bright. Great selection of beverages and they have a menu with a good variety of options. The staff were courteous and offered up suggestions when I didn't know what to try first. I ended up choosing the Chicken and RightRice based on the flavor profile listed on the menu: "tangy". Chicken & RightRice is a bowl built on a base of lower-carb, protein-packed RightRice with Arugula, Chicken, Tzatziki, Hummus, Feta, Cucumber, Tomato + Onion, and Pickled Onion. Finished off with a delicious Greek Vinaigrette. It was a great choice! The serving is generous. I couldn't finish the whole thing for lunch. To wash it down, I got the Cucumber Mint Lime drink. While I would easily order the bowl again, I think I'll just stick to regular water as my choice of drink so as not to compete with the different flavors of the bowl. The Cucumber Mint Lime was refreshing and tasted okay but I think pairing it with the Chicken & RightRice bowl was a mistake (on my part). Overall, I would return again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new Mediterranean option. Lucky for me, this Cava location is very close to work so my coworkers and I will probably enjoy lunch from here more often than not. read more

I've eaten at a few of these "choose your own" type places( especially Mediterranean ones) and this is one of the best in Greenville. The food choices are all mouthwatering fresh, healthy and well seasoned. I chose to create my own bowl with greens and grains, various toppings( loved the tomato onion salad) and added a spicy chicken. I also added the tahini dressing. Every bite was fresh, delicious and healthy( which is the best part). The bowl was a hefty serving and I didn't feel they were stingy on any item or rushing me to make a decision. I know I won't need a nap after this, and that's a plus. Will definitely be back with friends. ***Added bonus was outside patio in the shade of individual umbrellas. read more

I absolutely love Cava so when I was in Greenville, I decided to visit this one. I went with creating my own bowl with rice, Honey Harissa Chicken and a couple of other toppings. There weren't any other customers in the area so we were able to get our bowl pretty quickly. In addition, they have a good a light of chicken and toppings which made the bowl super filling. If you are a fan of Mediterranean food in a Chipotle format, definitely give this place a try! read more

Poor Service, they gave me a half of spoon of rice and a little bit of salad. My bowl was filled halfway with the chicken and toppings. Very disappointed I used to talk so good about Cava. They used to fill up the bowl and it was colorful. Now it's just pure disappointment especially when you spend almost $14 a bowl. read more

Mediterranean food is my favorite!! Cava absolutely has the best ingredients and menu. The variety of options can please anyone and everyone's tastebuds. The waitress was so helpful not only to understand my needs but also to show me the options available. The vast menu makes is so hard to pick what is best because they all sound amazing. My husband got the chicken & right rice, it had fresh vegetables and little did he know that what he was eating was something he said he never liked. He didn't leave one crumb. I got the falafel & right rice, the roasted vegetables are amazing!! I also enjoyed the garlic sauce, it combined perfectly with my bowl. The atmosphere is clean, minimalistic and very organized. Although i prefer disposables when I eat in chain restaurants like these, i was surprised they has actual utensils. We came in on a Sunday and there was plenty of space to eat inside and outside. I am very satisfied with visiting CAVA in Greenville. It was an absolute pleasure to eat there. We will be back for more! read more

This place is great, I like the set up, it's tricky and hard to find, as it's inside off Augusta St. The staff was friendly, the falafel are good and I like the 3 dips and dressings YUM. Great concept. I've eaten here well over a dozen times. A generous serving of highly customizable delicious nutritious food at a good value if you avoid their overpriced premium proteins lamb and beef. Side of Pita wedges are can be tasty when available but VERY inconsistent, sometimes oil saturated or way over salted, so I don't order them anymore. Employees appear stressed and overworked. Wait time varies quite a bit. What stops me from eating here more often is that the floors are usual filthy with debris and very sticky. Quite a turn-off. Tables are usually not the cleanest either. I would love if these guys up their game; I would eat there more often. read more

I have been to this location in the past but this is my first review of it. I appreciate that you can do the complete order online and just go pick up your food. When I arrived at the location food was ready and awaiting me. The food was outstanding but there were a couple of issues. Of which, I could have rectified while I was there, but I didn't look in the bag because I trusted that all my items would be there and correct. They forgot my pita bread and gave me the wrong dessert. But other than those 2 things it was overall a pleasant experience. read more

The food is good but the management/service is not great. They are really stingy with how much they give you and it seems they will not refill when they are out of things. They spent 5 minute scraping the hummus container rather than refilling it. They always look at you like you are an alien when ordering. Not great service. read more
