I go here every time I want something fast but healthy. The menu will tell you if it's GF, V, DF etc so it's very accommodating to those who have food sensitivities. Normally get a bowl but decided to get the Faye's wrap today, it was delicious. Lamb is an up charge but I think it's worth it!! Kairos is essentially a Mediterranean Chipotle!! You get your choice of platter, pita, salad, grain or protein bowl. For protein there's falafel, meatballs, lamb gyros, and chicken. They also add lentils for the protein bowl. Then you choose three spreads - the best spreads ever between hummus, red pepper feta, baba ganoush or taziki. There's tons of toppings from grilled veggies to cabbage salad to olives and feta. To top it off they add pita! There's also feta fries which is on my list to get for next time. Just ordered Togo food for the first time from Kairos and it's so good I had to stop mid bite to come write this review! I would add pictures but I'm sure you don't want to see my half eaten food! Phone did not eat first in this case. Whatever you do make sure you order the feta fries so amazing! The fries are fresh and have a thinner perfect cut and the perfect flavor & came with a yummy dressing. (I sprinkled a little lemon on mine for a boost of flavor) I also ordered a harissa chicken pita and added some yummy spreads and toppings and it tastes even better than it looks! Im super excited to try their other yummy juices but this time I ordered the lavender lemonade and it's so refreshing and the perfect amount of sweet. I selected the power greens for my bowl because I love mixed greens for health benefits. I chose the falafel as my protein and it was great, flavorful and not dry at all. Other protein options were lamb, chicken, and meatballs! You can select up to 3 spreads, I recommend the babaganoush, red pepper feta, and taziki! I got a little of all the toppings, so much flavor! Everything was delicious. The lamb was the def the star of this plate and also the best I've ever tried before. The falafel and the pita and everything else was delicious as well. 10/10 would go back. It's a pretty good replacement for Babaziki. I loved that place but unfortunately they shut down. But at least there are other great options for Greek food. P.S. Def try the wide varieties of teas and craft soda they have. I chose the Grain Bowl, which starts with basmati rice, and then add one protein and three toppings/dressings and then whatever veggies you like. Two years after my first review, we still go here a lot. The food is consistently good and the portions are super fair. They do a great job of blending a lot of different flavors and making it come out cohesive. They are also fast and friendly. They have outside dining if Covid is a concern to you and seem to keep everything clean. I eat a lot of different places and I can honestly say there is nothing else exactly like it. As most of the other reviewers have already pointed out, this is a somewhat unique concept, at least in the realm of Greek food. It is a choose-your-own-adventure, culinarily speaking. I am always fond of choices, making this a great place for lunch. I wouldn't say the menu is necessarily authentic Greek food, but it is a more Americanized version of the one of my favorite styles. There are all of the usual suspects here; hummus, feta cheese, lamb meat, etc. But the preparation isn't really authentic and the food itself doesn't seem to have that Greek flair. Salad bowls, rice bowls, wraps adorn the menu. Choose your base, add the meat and toppings, and you are out tha door. I got the Kairos Platter in order to try a little bit of everything. The chicken was okay but was the least impressive part of the meal. Serving size of the chicken was small. The spicy harissa spread was top notch, and the hummus was very traditional. Tzatziki lacked any real flavor and needed a ton more dill. The rice was white, so it was like eating air. The salad was small and uneventful with a decent Greek dressing. All in all, it was a bunch of 3.5-4 star stuff. Bumping up slightly for the concept, and I got my belly full, which is always worth an upgrade. I will certainly go back and try something different next time, but I think everyone can find something they like here. Would be a great introduction to Greek style cuisine. read more

I am visiting from California. This was not a good experience. I've been to many Greek restaurants and this is probably in bottom 25%. We got gyros- our Norma favorite. The veggies and pita were good, the feta cheese cucumber sauce was very good, the meat bordered on disgusting when compared to what we were used to. Perhaps something else would've been better. There was at least one bone in my meat, a plastic piece in my cherry cola, and the cream soda didn't have any sugar in it. Good idea for kid sized pitas for kids meals. read more

I absolutely love Kairos. It's my new favorite place in town. I get their salad bowl with harissa and roasted red pepper hummus with their "spicy" dressing on top. I ask them to load it up because I really love spicy food. Their feta fries are also the best I've had in a while. This is my go-to. I seriously went almost every day last week for dinner. It is spacious, clean, and they cater to food allergies. Everything they have are fresh ingredients with helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. When you think of their staff, think Chick-fil-A!!
