Great service today from Anaya and Ruth! My falafel pita was delish as always! Excited to try the hot harissa pita chips too! Can't decide between my fave cucumber mint lemonade or the new strawberry citrus lemonade. Yum!

Lunch rush hour is real! Line was super long around 12:15pm on a Tuesday with about 20-30 people in front of me. Got to the counter to order around 12:40pm. Ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl with grilled chicken & steak. I added tzatziki and garlic dressing, both was fresh and delicious. I took a star because the they really skimp you on the portions of the hummus and dressing. Service was friendly and ordering was smooth.

I absolutely love CAVA.. the food is always fresh and the combinations are always interesting. The service is good as per the people working, but this location is extremely slow. If you're on a break I strongly suggest ordering a head by at least 30mins. Then when you arrive you only have to wait a additional 10mins for your order

Came here earlier in the week, I believe on a Tuesday around 12/12:30, during the lunch rush. There were two people working the line, 2 people were working online orders, and one cook. The line was almost touching the back wall. I just want to commend the workers because none of them looked flustered or frustrated. They were handling the lunch run rush really well. But 2 people is just not enough. I think I waited about 40 mins to get my food. I just wish they had more help, I hope the owner/manager sees this. Other than that, the food was good and the employees were friendly (like precocity mentioned).

    Sh*tty $14.00 salad

I ordered the chicken and rice salad, and honestly, I wish I hadn't. When it finally showed up--20 minutes late due to "preparation," not the driver--it looked like something my dog would refuse to eat. The proportions were all wrong, like someone just dumped random scraps in a bowl. Presentation? Think "cafeteria leftovers" meets "yard accident." The taste was no better--bland in some bites, weirdly bitter in others. The chicken was dry, the beans were mushy, and the dressing tasted like it had given up on life. I've had better meals in airport vending machines. If this is what CAVA considers worth waiting extra for, I can only imagine what a "rush job" looks like. Total waste of money and appetite.

Sometimes you go to a place not only because the food, but the service. Vanesa has been outstanding every time, great friendly service.

The food is phenomenal, they have a family combo for four that is perfect for a family of 4-6 people, the portions are so large we always have leftovers. Amazing baklava, hummus and baba ganoush. Good salads especially if you love sumac-based salad dressings (which I love yum). The inside of the restaurant is so beautiful with pictures of Istanbul and the traditional lanterns. Great place and right in the middle of Southlake, so no need to trek to Dallas for great Mediterranean food.

We were greeted and seated right away. Service throughout was warm and attentive, our server checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. They started us with warm, crispy bread and a yogurt-based dip that was quite flavorful. I ordered the lamb shish kebab platter (well done), and we also tried the chicken shish kebab platter. Both came with buttery rice, a fresh salad drizzled with olive oil, and yogurt sauce. The chicken was tender and properly seasoned, but the lamb was the highlight. Lamb can easily turn dry or overly gamey if not handled right, but this was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor even when cooked well done, exactly how a good shish kebab should be. I skipped dessert this time, though they offer a few options, and I noticed what appeared to be a buffet setup, which I'm curious to try next. Overall, a solid, well executed Mediterranean meal. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

We arrived early so the restaurant was not too busy but it started to fill by the time we left. The ambience remains upscale casual with a gracious greeting as you enter. We were given one of the half moon booths that faced outward to the restaurant. I ordered the hummus as a starter and it was very good. It's a mild hummus without a strong garlic element. It was very enjoyable. The wife started with babaganoush and loved it. The dip was smoky and very flavorful. For entrees, the kid had the Caesar salad and ate everything except the croutons. The wife had the spiced meatballs and loved them. The meat was tender and the sauce was very rich. I had the chicken kabob and I was in heaven. The kabob took quite a while to prepare, but it was worth the wait. The chicken was well marinated and very flavorful. Best of all, it had a smoky flavor from the char, but the chicken remained tender and moist. It was phenomenal. I wish I could have that every night. It came with sautéed vegetables that were prepared perfectly. And it included a white rice that had a rich buttery flavor. We all enjoyed our meal very much and we were happy to return to this restaurant. I need to put it in the rotation more often.

I visited this restaraunt for the first time and genuinely enjoyed everything I ordered. Starting off with appetizers, my friend and I ordered the pan shared halloumi cheese. This is paired with tomatoes and fig jam and is a wonderful accompaniment to the complimentary bread and olives served for the table. I'm a big fan of halloumi in general but this one was particularly cooked well and a must order for next time. For main entree I ordered Hunkar Begendi, which is sautéed marinated lamb tenderloin with red and green bell peppers over creamy eggplant puree. The lamb was in fact tender and perfectly seasoned and the eggplant puree went very well with the slight gaminess of the meat. I enjoyed this dish overall and it didn't feel too heavy, which sometimes is the case when I eat lamb. The pieces of meat were cut small enough while not being super tough, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this restaraunt if you enjoy trying Mediterranean fusion spots!
