First time at Cava and didn't know how everything worked. The gentleman with the yellow bandana was informative and quick. Went with the bowl and got the two types of chicken. A lot of salads, drinks and sauces to choose from. Clean bathroom and restaurant. Plenty of parking. It looks closed when you're looking from the outside, but the windows have a tint film. Stopped in here for lunch today and man! This place was hoppin'! The line was wrapped all around the restaurant and there were at least 8-10 people at all times lined up for To Go orders. We hopped in line, and it moved pretty quick. I was excited to try my Greek Salad considering there were SO many people in there. I ordered it as it came, but you can totally customize every dish with what you like and there were lots of healthy options. My salad was delicious! Their hummus is always fresh and love the option for free multi grain pita bread for dipping. Service is awful!!!! There's potential to this location but you can definitely tell it's not managed or run by any type of manager. Walked in and served by a kid, he signed and puffed and stared at me. I told him can I get a build your own bowl. Their saffron rice looks like an old Jasmine rice that's been sitting there with no flavor or color to it. And I asked him where's the saffron rice, he was just so annoyed and all I wanted was grilled chicken and cucumbers on top. The most easiest order, he put 1 scoop of chicken and 1 tablespoons of cucumber. To have the audacity to charge me $16.00 and no free pita. He charged me for the pita as well. He handed me the bowl and I told him it was a to go order. Then he hands me the bag for me to put the food in there. And then I asked him for my receipt, which he wasn't going to give me. Cause he knew what he was doing. Giving me attitude when I didn't do anything to him, then charges me all this extra stuff. Never go to this location and now I have food poisoning from it. Also food looked old and has been sitting there for a while. The guy who served me, if you read this. Maybe food industry is not the right path for you and if you're having a bad day. I was very surprised this evening. Cava has been my go-to for good food in other locations and I expected the same here. I was very disappointed. Let's start with the cleanliness of this location. I can understand one table being unkept if the place is busy and they are short-handed. But that was not the case. The place was empty when I arrived and they had 3 girls behind the counter and one cook. There is no reason why the dining area should be so dirty. Napkins were thrown on the floor, and the table I briefly sat at while waiting for my food, was sticky and dirty. Customer service was terrible. It was like pulling teeth. They were rude, with a terrible attitude, and were unorganized and disoriented, which speaks a lot about management. Looked like 3 girls were left on their own on a Saturday night. If there was a manager onsite you could not tell. Not the best representation of Cava and certainly not where I want to spend my money or time. I will surely not be coming back. read more

I placed an order online for pick up. I got an email saying it'll be ready at 12:30pm. I got there at 12:30 and had to wait another 25+ mins to get my food. The ladies there was working hard and was trying to get everyone's order out of the way, but the online ordering confirmation needs some work. To have someone wait 25+ mins during lunchtime is not ok, especially when you're on lunch and have to get back to work. I wasn't the only one waiting. There were people there waiting a while too for their orders and you can also see the frustration on their faces. The food wasn't bad, a bit too salty for my taste. Next time if I order online for pickup, I'll probably wait another 20/25 mins after the confirmation time to pick up my food. read more

My only cava experience has been at this location I previously visited back in November the customer service experience wasn't friendly as I asked questions by it being my first time , the options of availability was limited all the items I was hoping to add into my bowl wasn't available and extra items I had gotten alone with my pita bread was left out of my bag . To come back months later and to have the same experience I've very disappointed with this location again the customer service was even worst . I wish I had taken a picture there was almost nothing to chose from and there was a line of customers . Really there wasn't anything to add into the bowl but the left overs completely empty food line . After checking out went to get utensils there wasn't any available . So moving from NY I'm not used to the tinted windows- I had no idea what I was walking into- my husband did some research into cava and we knew it was a healthy food option and possibly Mediterranean. I was very happy with the labels on the glass telling you exactly - what it was, how Spicy sauces/dips were, how many topping you can pick. They made the food selecting process very easy! The taste was amazing as well! We got the super green salad mix + Jasmine rice for a base, then my husband got the honey chicken salad which was very good! He was looking for the spicy lamb meatballs but they were got at that moment, I got the braised lamb You get 3 dip/spread options I did the harissa which is supposed to be spicy with three but it wasn't very spicy at all, the Tzatziki, and the red pepper hummus- everything was buried under the toppings so I ended up mixing everything anyway. Toppings are unlimited a lot of cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions. Very good! The pickled red onion wasn't as sour as other places- which made the flavor blend in very well worth the rest of the bowl. I alway like a crunch factor and got the pita crisps and love those! You also get a dressing at the end tried the Greek vinaigrette but with all the other dips and flavors I couldn't tell you the taste!
